I had to go in to have a diagnostic ran on my car. AsM was super helpful. He told me what the codes meant, how to get it fixed and the price for the parts I'd possibly need.

Bought a new alternator that ended up being a dud, went in for a warranty replacement and the employee gave me a remanufactured as a replacement without telling me. I only noticed after I reinstalled. Be careful. Mason is a badass and helped resolve the situation. $90 difference between new and reman.

Super friendly. The staff there is awesome! My husband sends me to pick up or with a list they are always ready to help me find whatever and talk over which one to choose. We have completely stopped going to any other places we only go to O Reilly now.

Have bought a few parts for my pickup at this location and the customer service is some of the best you will find for a parts store. The guys are knowledgeable about a good portion of the parts I've picked up from them and what they aren't sure about they look up pretty quick. Good store all in all, two thumbs up.

Wyatt I believe his name is. Was very excellent! He answered my questions on some oil. He said that he was raised to have respect for people. Give him a raise!! Robert and Michael the managers are also awesome. They will get mine and everyone I know business.

Excellent service with friendly smiles. I am female and they have never spoken to me as if I were stupid. When you go through the door they always greet you with a friendly hello and smile. they're always willing to help me try and figure out what is wrong with my car so I can order the part to fix it. Items such as relays, fuses, batteries, and scanning the car's computer for any issues. This particular O'Reilly's is located in El Reno Oklahoma.

I have been using O'Reilly auto parts store since I've been a mechanic. I always go to them because of they don't have it they will get from their warehouse and have it the next day. If you like to order on the internet they have a great website and always have deals to offer their customers!

Left my battery to be tested. Gave them my number because they said they would call when it was done testing, which could be up to an hour. An hour and a half later I went in to check on it. They forgot to call. Ticked me off. I bought a new battery only because another place I checked out did not have it.

I use their degreaser all the time. It cleans very well with no film left behind . Perfect for painting. They ordered it by the case for me.

Had to fix truck and they had the parts and toolsthat I didn't. I was able to work on and fix my truck in their parking lot. They even left the light on. Very knowledgeable of all the employees I did talk to.

not really much help I asked him if they had a better fuse tester and all they could tell me is it should be there by the fuses they couldn't come back and you know show me where it was at because I couldn't find it I used to work at this location and it's just sad
