We really like this hotel! Stayed here 2x on way back from Phoenix to MO. Rooms are very clean, hotel is like new. Beds are clean and comfortable. Water in shower is hot, first hot shower in 7 days. Didn't want to get out of shower. :) Big fridge, worked well. Noise was minimal, only heard one train horn around 10ish. Eric has been friendly and accommodating both times we've been thru. Thank you!Location for us is excellent. We don't usually partake in breakfast, except maybe fruit and yogurt, so can't comment on it other than it smelled good.We like that Starbucks is an easy walk.We have at least one more trip back to AZ, and we plan on staying here again on returning.

After a long day of Traveling. We started looking at places and reviews. Once we pulled in Brett was there to save the day. The place is clean and fresh. The rooms and Brett are 15 stars my son says We were all pleased that reviews lived up to our expectations and more. Again.. Brett at the front desk was a relief and really topped off the entire stay .. We will be back at the next opportunity. We now have somewhere we will always frequent whenever we come through. The Hasty family ..Rooms: Shout out to the House cleaners Top notch .. Extremely clean for a clean freak..Nice ammenities with real coffee cups and plates .Safety: Locked doors with Brett watching the doors.Food & drinks: Free family waters for bed.Noteworthy details: Brett at the front desk was amazing friendly and kind.

First the positives: Good location and courteous staff. BUT there were several negatives. Our room had a large dead (Thankfully!) cricket in the corner and a couple of pieces of dry dog food on the carpet. Edges of sink didn t look too clean. Breakfast was completely lacking no bananas, no oatmeal, weak coffee, no sausage or bacon, and eggs so runny my husband wouldn t eat them and he eats almost anything! And like others have said, we had to take the back off the toilet to get the handle to flush.

1st night was rough. Toilet didn t work, you have to open the top lid and shake the thingamabob that s the technical term for us in the biz to get it to flush. The ac was not working at all. Room was 78 all night. Woke up in this morning talked to the amazing lady that was making breakfast. Let me pause for a second she was extremely friendly and went out her way to ensure everyone one was fed and got exactly what the wanted. She kept everything clean and when I told her about my issue she got another lady to assist us right away. The front desk lady with red hair again forgot to get her name was equally amazing she apologized went above and beyond and got us another room with ac!!!!! The hallway felt better than the other room. I m not one to complain and honestly would have suffered through the hot room if it wasn t for my pregnant wife. I appreciate true customer service and genuine kindness. I would stay here again because of those 2 ladies. I just would ask for a different room bc 221 is hot as hell.

This hotel is a newer building in the Hilton Chain which was apparent from the well painted exterior and several fixtures in the rooms. The front desk and breakfast service staff were helpful, friendly and courteous. We enjoyed our stay. There were signs that perhaps maintenance and supply budgets were being squeezed as a water leak into the lobby was still dripping water and appeared to not have been addressed. If local and corporate management keeps their maintenance up, this hotel will continue to be a nice place to stay both for overnight travelers and long term contractor stays.

Convenient location next to the interstate. Dog friendly with a park immediately behind. Rooms are a nice size with full size fridge. Have stayed here three times on cross-country drives over the last two years; it's still very good but is starting to slip -- minor maintenance needing attention and breakfast offerings this time were less than usual. Hampton Inn next door a good alternative if full here.Food & drinks: Terrific Japanese restaurant (Ume) in the strip mall next door. Enormous portions and great value -- a huge surprise in the middle of OK!

The staff couldn t have been nicer or more helpful. But the facility is getting a bit run down due to lack of timely repairs. There was a leak in the entryway ceiling when we arrived, due to a dishwasher leak, but wasn t being repaired .One week later .we made two calls to the number in the post in response to my first review and never got a call back, so we contacted Hilton Corporate Customer Service to share our observations with them.

This hotel is easy accessible from interstate. It is very clean, staff is smiling and attentive. Room was a good size separate bedroom accessible from living room area and bathroom. Kitchenette was stocked just right. Breakfast was nice, had a variety of options to get your day started. Plenty of restaurants close by to choose from. Enjoyed our stay, wish we could have stayed longer.

Location and service were great. Now, when it comes to the room, the sheets were never changed, and we could smell the last person's BO. Sheets were dirty and full of human/pet hair. After a 16 hour drive I would've like to get into a clean bed with fresh sheets. The bathroom was okay, and the shower was disgusting. My 7 year old complained about the shower being dirty.

I was driving cross country from NC to CA with my cats so I needed to find pet friendly hotels to stay at. I ve never stayed at a Home2 Suites before, but was actually pleasantly surprised. The location was right off the freeway, there were food options nearby, and the hotel itself was pretty easy to find. Parking wasn t an issue, the hotel itself was clean, my room was spacious and quiet, AC worked, mini kitchen-super affordable, good value. I didn t interact with many staff members, however, the one I did upon checking out...very helpful. I needed a cart because I had my cats and luggage-none were available when I was leaving around 6am. The gentleman at the counter located one on another floor for me, retrieved it...so nice. I don t know his name, however, he was working early in the morning, had longer hair...very sweet and helpful. I ll definitely stay here on my way home.

This is a great place to call home when I'm away from home! The house keeping work their butts off! I see this bc I work in the oilfield & a lot of us can be very trashy & not want to help with long stay duties. All the front desk workers are polite & always concerned if we have everything. Or just simply asking if everything is okay. I would recommend this facility!! If a lot of workers would dump their own trash like me. That would really help house keeping...

We had a reservation with a sister Hotel Home2 and they were gracious enough to move us to the home to hotel it was a great experience .they gave us an upgraded room the pool was heated an indoor in open most of the evening. I room was exceptional the only reason I didn t give them five stars was they brag to us about their healthy choice breakfast. When we came down for breakfast it was pretty sad there was some water down oatmeal a few choices of bread and some old egg omelette other than that the state was fantastic but you get a full suite with a full kitchen so I would recommend cooking your own breakfast I will stay there again

Overall clean and nice. Was a little bit of mold in the showers and the Tesla chargers were not well taken care of. One was missing completely and the other was throttled so it extended my trip time because it didn't charge my car fast enough. Staff was super friendly and the pet fee was very reasonable. Breakfast was so-so but to be expected.

This is an excellent hotel. There are new signs in the hallway to try to get people to stop leaving trash which is great. Silly that people don t read it and just continue to leave trash. Ian is trying his best and when I told him he immediately put signs up and got the trash. My room was super clean and always a great stay. Can t wait to be back.

After reading reviews on this place I expected it to be clean and appropriately staffed. Unbeknownst to us, they had not had cleaning services for the entire day of May 21st. Honestly, I figured that meant maybe they wouldn t be able to clean he hallways floors, never did I imagine that meant they couldn t clean the guest rooms. Unfortunately I didn t find this out until after we had gotten to our room and unloaded and I noticed the floor, walls, and counters were dirty. As I went to call the front desk, our phone wouldn t work, so my husband went downstairs and finally found someone to ask about our room. Apparently the bed sheets were clean but nothing else had been done. The front desk guy stated the housekeeper had called out because of 40 guest departing and it was too much for them. To make up for the error he offered my husband water!!!! Why are they allowed to rent out rooms if they aren t clean. I know Hiltons pride themselves on cleanliness because there are stickers posted everywhere. This place should be shut down!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

The stay was amazing! We were 2 with 3 dogs and our room was HUGE, very clean, smelled great, and had everything you needed at a great price. On top of that Hillary, our check in rep was amazing. She was the most friendly person ever, and wish I had stayed longer because of her great service and the room!

This place is great! We will definitely be coming back. The rooms are spacious and clean. Nicely stocked with extra towels, soaps, earplugs, coffee, mini fridge, microwave and coffee pot. The bed was comfy. Shower pressure was great. The hotel itself was nice and clean. Complementary water, coffee and fruit at all hours. They also have a snack room at the front desk with a variety of options a little on the pricey side, but again open all hours so you're really just paying for the convenience. There complementary breakfast in the morning is like none I've ever had at a hotel before. Great options to choose from and they keep it very well stocked until breakfast hours are completely over. It was too cold to go out and visit the pool but I did notice they had one, also a 24hr gym. They also offer laundry service.

This hotel advertisement should first say Pet Hotel. This is one of the dirtiest smelliest hotels we've ever stayed in. Chips in our bed, gross stuff on the tv stand, bathroom floor dirty, shower door track yuck, room smells like dog. My son's bag set on the floor against the wall, when we left it was half covered in animal hair. Peephole for door missing glass so hole in the door. Animal vomit in the hall, pool floor dirty & cold (it's an indoor pool) no towels for pool area. Breakfast options very little, there was no filling of anything while we were there. I do not recommend this hotel unless you like these kinds of things. We would of left if we could find any other hotel available. Very disappointed.

The king suite is amazing and is larger than my first apartment. Cleanliness and style are impeccable!! I will never stay at another establishment if Home2 is available nearby. From check in to breakfast and check out Hilton nailed it!! Thank you for great stays!!

Spacious room, shower and bathroom. Clean room, fluffy towels and comfy bed. Full size fridge, kitchen sink, dishwasher and good lighting. We were going to stay at the Hampton Inn next door but they wouldn't let us park our motorcycles under the covered entrance even though it was going to rain and they had plenty of room. It worked to our benefit, we ended up with a much nicer room.
