While the rooms were clean and the front desk was semi helpful during our stay 2 other guests continuously called our room to complain about noise. When I mentioned this to front desk they said they'd handle it. The calls continued until well into 3 am. Front desk did not assist in the matter and simply told us at 4 am that they would eventually stop.

We stopped off while driving cross country at the Hampton Inn in El Reno, it was late and we were exhausted. The service we received was unmatched. Steffy helped us out getting a room, she was so friendly, helpful and welcoming! The building is nice, clean has everything. Our room was great as well. Everything you want in a hotel room. Would definitely stay here again and will likely check out other Hampton Inns along our route after our experience checking in.

Came to visit family & the prices for the room were cheap . We had a great time. Would definitely come stay again next time we are this way.Food & drinks: Close to so many restaurants.

Room was in fair condition. After we checked out they decided we smoked in the room. Then they charged not one time but twice for incidentals of 272.00 each time. We went to sleep immediately upon check in at 2 am in the morning after driving all day. We rushed in the morning to be out at 9 am. Barley even messed the room up. We don't even smoke cigarettes and now being charged for 2 charges of something we didnt do.We have not smoke what's so ever since we have been in our 20s. Umm we are 40 now. We call to settle this but no manager is available and can't seem to call us back. The front deak wants to be snarky and rude and tell us there hands are tied. We are now opening a case with cooperate to settle this. I can tell you for as long as we stay with this franchise I am shocked by this particular hotel itself. They can't seem to get there story straight either. It was first just housekeeping that called the front desk and then they made the charges. So no actual manager inspection them they tell me when I call them back the manager did inspect the room. So this should all be logged and in an incidental report they can't come up with. Maybe the desk clerk messed up rooms hmm?? This needs resolved because it is unprofessional for a hotel to do business in this manner.

BED BUGS LIVE HERE! AfterPosting this review, I have found references to other guests seeing and reporting bed bugs in their reviews on Expedia, Google, and Priceline. Some are more than a year old. And I have videos to prove these nasty buggers are still sharing the beds with guests.It looked pretty clean but then found bed bugs while checking out after two nights. Live, crawling in bed under pillow. Have four small bites as of today. The ladies at the front desk were nice, took videos and pics of bugs and gross stuff in fridge, but kinda grossed out and admitted they didn t quite know the process said they d comp our room even if it got them in trouble. When we started inspecting everything we realized how dirty it was along the floor and between bed and wall. Expired and oozing food in fridge. No manager on site (Sunday morning) so while the two ladies tried to be helpful, they took way too long comping our room and were very nervous about the whole situation. Asked to talk to manager on the phone like they were, was told we can t. Haven t heard back from insurance company who I feel owe me a vacation day salary and cleaning/debugging reimbursemen since I spent all day debugging on our return.Noteworthy details: Bed bugs.

I work in El Reno and live elsewhere. I have been staying here for a year with my company. Over the time I have stayed here the staff has went way above and beyond to make me feel like family. Sometimes I work several days out in the field and I usually get a call or a text asking if everything is ok with me. When my wife comes to visit they treat her like family. Very comfortable beds, very clean and over all a GREAT place to stay. Thank y all for everything you do to make my time away from family as good as possible.

Clean hotel, nice staff.Decent breakfast but during the week, the attendant burned the potatoes scorched the omelets.Stayed multiple nights and requested housekeeping. They did a nice job of tidying my room.

Always exceptional service. Great facility and is easily accessible.Rooms: Very roomy handicap accessible rooms.Nearby activities: Shopping and dining opertunities abound!Walkability: Easy walking access to food, drink, Walgreens and Walmart as well as several convience storesFood & drinks: Coffee shops, pizza, home cooking diner and multiple fast food and sit down options in walking distance

We come to this town / Hotels area to not get "into The City". Been here several times & will return !! Great food & quiet rooms. Has several restaurants nearby, too! You must come here!Rooms: Clean ...shower is large...shampoo smells great...beds & TV are nice.Food & drinks: Great & fresh offerings....

The room was nice. Someone left milk in the fridge and housekeeping missed it. The pool was pretty foggy/dirty and the card readers on the doors to the pool didn't work. The ONE worker was super overwhelmed. Breakfast was awful. Cold potatoes, cold oatmeal, burnt eggs. Cops had to be called for some reason well it's El Reno do we expect any different? Not the best but not the worst I suppose.

Front desk desk rude and unprofessional. I tried calling the front desk before arriving and it sounded like someone answered and quickly hung up the phone. Definitely, not something I would want to deal with after traveling many miles. After calling a second time, I was attended by the most unprofessional and rude front desk receptionist. Decided to cancel my reservation and book my stay somewhere else. I will definitely avoid this Hampton hotel or at least interacting with the late shift staff.

This was exactly what we needed and more. My recent experience with Hampton Inns has been very positive. This is no exception. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good. Had my first waffle since the beginning of the pandemic. It was worth the wait. Cinnamon Roll waffle batter... Oh My! I thought about getting a second, but I knew better.All in all, this is a tremendous value. If it's on the way to where you are headed, stay here!!!

Wow! This was an excellent property and they should be very proud of their cleaning staff. We saw them as they were cleaning up after the breakfast crowd and they were very thorough. Rooms were clean, comfy, and staff was very helpful. Would definitely choose this property again for a stay in the area. We were there on a Sunday night so some of the restaurants were closed, but we had some fun (and left some money) at the casino and enjoyed the restaurant we found.

Not as good as other Hampton's we have visited. They were out of shampoo so after driving 10 hours I took a shower but couldn't wash my hair. Then in the morning I tried to make myself coffee but the coffee maker wasn't compatible with the coffee pouch they supplied. The rooms were very clean & comfy so I gave 3 stars to housekeeping.

Beautiful well maintained property. Nice bedding as well as comfortable beds. Drapes that make the room bat cave dark is a plus. Business Center, Pool, Gym, and they are still serving a hot breakfast. Tesla charger as well as other EV charger on property is a bonus. Also the the best sushi restaurant Ume right across the parking lot. Tempted to stay another night just for sushi.

Fantastic hotel. Rooms are in perfect condition, clean, and the overall environment is great. Hot breakfast and good coffee. Good location with several eating places nearby. Nice indoor pool. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because one of the two elevators was not working. Had to wait several minutes for each ride.

Very uncomfortable beds small rooms and I believe they have bed bugs stayed 2 nights and ended up with some bites on my arm. Overly expensive was noisy I was not impressed and won't be back Noteworthy details: They have bed bugs do not stay here.

Made a reservation day before through a website and had no problems on either end. Staying in room 207 and it is awesome. It appears to not be busy but everything is clean. They have an awesome looking breakfast place. Laundry available for 1.00 dry 1.00 wash indoor pool and heated room.

This was a normal Hampton. We chose it because it has a Tesla destination charger, though we were worried it wouldn't be available. It was available; there is also a J-1772. Charging was at 8 kW. Bonus: There is a car wash next door.The shower could be maintained a little better. Breakfast was okay but unremarkable. I'm so happy they have 24-hour coffee stations, though, for those times when we have to leave at 4 AM.

Sadly it was the worst treatment ever!! Booked the room for the festival and tournaments in El Reno and no where on the site did it state pool was under construction. And not only that it wasn't until after we PAID to take our young children to a pool that we found out the pool was now open...thanks for letting us know!broken tub and curtain rod...called to let them know...oh someone will come and look at it tomorrow. Never was fixed nor did anyone come to fix it!No housekeeping for the weekend!! Called for clean towels just to wait for 2 hours and call again and then was told to come and get them!! Thanks again! Would've been glad to do it the first time but after waiting for them to deliver was different.It was just a HUUUUUGE disappointment all around. Which is horrible since we go up there and when we do...guess where we would stay??

Room was as expected at a Hampton Inn - clean, in good condition, etc. Was pleased to have a Japanese restaurant next door. The breakfast was ok, less pleasing than the previous day's Hampton Inn in Albuquerque. But the staff was less than friendly, both at registration/front desk and in the breakfast area. We expect better from the Hampton Inns.
