Went to see Keegan Cross about a vehicle we looked at Sunday for my wife. Keegan was an excellent salesman. Not pushing to get more than I was looking for. The finance department had our paperwork ready faster than any dealership I've ever been to. Everyone was very friendly and willing to help without being overbearing. It is the best car dealership experience I've ever had. I will return to them for my next new car. The experience has won them a customer for life.

I wanted a new ride and checked out Frontier on a Sunday. We met with Keegan Cross a few days later, already knew what we wanted so test drove it. He was like talking to one of my kids; not a pushy salesman. He got our paperwork ready, and showed me all my new jeeps features. Easiest and most pleasant car purchase Ive ever had. I highly recommend Frontier in el reno and Keegan Cross.

Jeremy was the one who helped us. He was super friendly and never once was pushy. He let us ask all the questions we needed and when we said we would be back the next day never once insisted that we do it that day. Super nice guy, knowledgeable and great to work with. Would definitely buy another car from him.

Words can not describe how the staff at frontier are. My family and I were traveling across country on our vacation, when our Pacifica died. We wound up at frontier. Where we were treated like family. The staff was able to get us in to a new vehicle and not only that but to stay late and assist us with getting it set up for our camper. These guys truly care.

They were fast about getting me in and out!! Chris in service was awesome, and Chevy the service tech that worked on my Durango SRT was awesome as well I really appreciated his attention to detail while he was checking the problems I had going on. Frontier has helpful, responsive staff. I appreciate everyone who helped tackle my car s issues particularly Kaylee who kept me updated on its condition. It ended up being a quick service. Very happy with my experience.

After previous under impressive dealership shopping I came across Frontier on a google search for the car I wanted. We drove a long way to see this car and were quickly greeted by Jordan. Jordan was so accommodating and knowledgeable about everything related to buying. There was no hard sale just we can work together . Jordan now feels like family and was so easy going with a good ole boy feel. We will return in the future but for now I have exactly what I was wanting!

1st Oil change and checkup for my Wrangler ( Stella ). My appointment went quickly and it is very comfortable in the waiting room. The dealership is squeaky clean. Everyone is always happy at Frontier.

They sold me my Gladiator and have just completed the second Jeep Wave oil change and services.They have a beautiful new showroom and shop.Every interaction I have had with them has been very good! Very friendly staff and they always work to get you taken care of!

Service department here at frontier 100% the best service I ve had in quite some time. I ll be honest Jordan was nothing but great awesome customer service, Jordan answered all my questions, made me feel like an actual customer to actually resolve any concerns or questions. This team here now in service are knowledgeable, respectful, friendly and care about you sort of speak, there was another gentleman that was also great Im sorry I don t remember your name for this review. The team that was there before was horrible and rude thank God that they got rid of those individuals. Thanks Jordan again and the service team at Frontier CDJR. Yeah also if you re looking for a sales person Jimmy won t let you down .

Had the dreaded DEF system message pop up on my 2013 Dodge 2500 Mega Cab last week. I called Cummins in Weatherford and they couldn't get me in for 5 days. I have bought every vehicle there since the 90's. I called other dealerships within my mileage range and Frontier got me right in and out. The staff there was very friendly and helpful. Best service I have received at a dealership in years. When I buy my next vehicle, they definitely will have my business again! Thank You guys! and gals!

I bought my truck from Jimmy a couple years ago and the whole experience was and still is great. Jimmy was very personable and worked with me to get the best deal at a very fair price. He was fully transparent and a great salesman. I walked away happy, which is rarely the case with dealerships around here. Even a couple years later he is still offering great service. I'm able to bring my truck in within days and they have worked hard to honor the after market warranty I purchased with the truck. It paid for itself after one visit.I would highly recommend this dealership and make sure you go see Jimmy!

I have little information about the place but the short interaction I had with staff left me feeling unprotected and un cared for, our bike was stolen from this property after being assured that our bikes and many other of our belongings were in fact safe they were not, after the theft was recognized a apologie was issued with know clear answer to be seen other than not my job not my problem

They have a great new facility and a comfortable waiting area, I arrived at my appointment time and they got right on my Ram truck and had it ready to go in no time, I trust they will take care of the work that I wanted done and at a fair price.

Traded a very well equipped Ram 3500 (which we bought here) for a Jeep Grand Cherokee L that was just as nice.The process was painless, quick, and the salesman was a lot of fun to deal with.There was no financing needed, but the paperwork went smoothly and was handled professionally as well.We have always had good experiences when buying vehicles here.The few visits to the service department for recalls have always been handled quickly as well.
