I don t usually leave reviews of hotels but this was an outstanding experience. Staff of hotels are always nice so that was similar but the room was just outstanding. I mean nice quality stuff, great shower, comfy bed , nice pillows, big tv , fridge and microwave, quiet, dark. Pricing was awesome for what I got. I slept like a baby. Woke up to a nice breakfast spread and good coffee. Was very pleased with this hotel and is better than 75% of the ones I ve stayed in. Only pic I have is of the breakfast. Sorry.

This hotel is out of order basically.1- my door lock was not working properly, when I left and came back on day 1 my door was opened! Every time I left I had to mess with it to get it to close. And no I did not want to move rooms as I had already unpacked and got settled in.2- I got this hotel because of the indoor pool. Pool was out of order3-I need to print things, printer was out of order. They said I could use front desk one but Marriott doesn t print in color!! 4-half of the washers and dryer out of order..**yes the hotel is clean and nice looking**And before anyone says so sorry for your experience.,etc.,etc. A nice % refund would be nice. That was not what I would have paid for my 3 night stay if I would have known they had all these inconveniences.

Came in at 1 a.m. and the front desk staff was pleasant and quick to get us checked in. The rooms were clean and family approved. I would definitely book again.Rooms: Clean and comfortable.

The nighttime desk manager who checked my family in stole my daughters phone. We ended up tracking the phone to his house and called the police. Just want others to be aware. One stole from us and the other staff member defended the thief when we asked for security footage. The rooms are really nice and clean but unfortunately we didn t feel comfortable staying after being stolen from and lied to.

My husband and I stayed at your hotel last night. What a wonderful experience we had! We want to make sure that the powers that be know what a wonderful front desk host Evan was to us. He was so friendly and helpful. He is a great employee!! He made us a fresh canister of coffee when we got there after a 600 mile drive yesterday, and it was delicious. We asked him for an address for a local diner and he looked it up and wrote it down for us. He asked us to let him know if we needed anything. He even offered to make us more coffee later if we needed him to. Our room was impeccable and the bed was very comfortable! Thank you Fairfield Inn of El Reno, Oklahoma!!! You nailed all 5 Stars from the beginning to the end of our stay!!!! We highly recommend you!!!!

The breakfast bar was scarce. Other then that the rooms are clean and well taken care of. The lobby was clean and the online check-in made for a quick and seamless entry from the lobby to my room. This could be a 5 star review but you have to do better with breakfast first.

Clean and friendly no complaints, until checking out, so the lady supposedly working thinks it's a way better idea to sit on her a$$ out front and watch people stand at the front desk. She had no name tag or anything to make her noticeable, housekeeping pointed her out, she then came in and waited on the guests waiting at the desk. The phone rang a few times she never answered it either, so I guess to her people aren't important.

No point posting 10000+ photos of the interior - there are plenty.El Reno is once a vibrant town 30 miles West of the Oklahoma City. It's downtown is worth visiting and it might benefit you taking 40 Business (vs I-40) to Oklahoma City.Hotel is conveniently located off exit 123. Has ample parking.Rooms are good size, nicely furnished and quiet.Comfortable bed, good quality bedding.Reasonable breakfast included. Good coffee.Enjoy your stay!

Nice room, clean, big. Night desk attendee knew nothing about dining options or ice machine location. Didn t know how to check us in as Bonvoy members using points. Needs more training? Breakfast was a disappointment. No waffles or ice water. Coffee pots were near empty and coffee was cold. Not enough of the usual options. Cutting either the prep and clean up times, or perhaps stretching the budget too thin. We ve stayed here a time or two in the past and were happy. This time not bad but could have been better.

My family of three stayed here during our power outage. The first night was great but the hotel lost power as well the next day. This staff was amazingly pleasant with all their stress. We left there and found another place to stay. A few nights later we came back to this hotel. They gave the same rate we had before and were extremely pleasant and accommodating. I a no only giving 4 stars because I had to fix the TV and a couple lights myself. Otherwise I would be giving 5 stars. I would return to this hotel and try other Fairfield s in the future. Kudos to their team.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL IF YOU NEED EV CHARGING CAPABILITIES!!!We chose this hotel for its location and the fact that it had EV charging. Once arriving, after a 7 hour drive, we were greeted with 3 out of 4 EV charging stations not working. When we brought it up to hotel staff we got a very indifferent response. We had to drive over 30 miles to a supercharging station to make sure we had enough battery to continue on in the morning. Not the way we wanted to spend our limited time together.

The room is modern and attractive, and everything is especially clean (we're staying during the pandemic). But what really made our stay fantastic was Ian at the front desk. He took extra time to chat with us and get to know us, as well as to assure us that the hotel was working hard to make everything safe during the pandemic and they appreciated us being here. He's an asset to this location.

Great new Hotel. Nice staff. Clean rooms and amenities. My only pet peeve is that if you are a CPAP user there are no electrical outlets near the bed to plug in your machine, so if traveling being a 15 foot extension cord to snake over to the adjacent wall or sleep with your machine on the bed. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

I wish I could give more stars!! This place was seriously impressive with their cleanliness and friendliness. Beds were very comfortable. Best nights sleep I got since leaving my bed at home and driving cross country. I cannot recommend this hotel enough! Will stay again. If for no other reason the awesome shower lol.

I worked here literally three weekends in a row, someone comes in does not introduce themselves and starts telling me to take out trash. I told them that it was not part of my job description and I was fired. They have ONE laundry person during the week, excluding me now and are extremely understaffed. The supervisors are nice, but the hotel is run by the owners as opposed to Marriott. Marriott has no say over the treatment of their employees and since the hotel is managed and run so very poorly, the guest experience falls extremely short. This is not the hotel I would recommend. It is a racist, drama, and hate filled environment that puts their own personal wants above that of the guests. I recommend a Hilton, always.

First the good stuff:Kind staff, super clean hotel, comfortable beds and FLUFFY towels! Paul Mitchell shampoos in-room, too.Now the not-so-great:Our desk chair was broken and I almost fell through it; there's no way housekeeping missed that. I alerted the front desk at check-out, so I hope they took action.Due to Covid, there was no breakfast and the gym and pool were closed. That's understandable. But to not have in-room coffee as advertised when there is no lobby coffee? Nope. Unacceptable.Parking appeared a bit scarce, but we visited on a weeknight when the hotel wasn't full.Note: I got this room on a website "mystery room on the cheap" special. I'll still stay next door again as I did before, just for the coffee and firmer bed.
