Bad business, unprofessional, unknowledgeable and will have you feeling as if you re dumb or that they judge a book by its cover before running your credit. I bought cars in the past here and had very great experiences with past salesmen and over the years I ve heard nothing but bad news from former clients of theirs about this dealership and I actually experience this, this time around. So bad I took my business somewhere else. To much to deal with. Wish you the best of luck if you try to buy a car here and be careful buying a car from here. They breakdown and you take them to the service department and then you have to keep returning because the issue is not fixed or you actually have to take it to a different shop. Time consuming for a busy person and Not easy to work with. You have to follow up instead of them being communicative. If you decide to go here please be prepared for a lot to deal with!

The service advisor got us in quickly at our scheduled time and the service department took care of the oil change, checked the tire pressure sensors calibration and tried to get the HUD to do what we brought the Acadia in for but was unable to duplicate the problem.Everyone was friendly and courteous as usual.Thank you

This was, by far, the very best car buying experience we have ever had. Brad and Matt along with everybody else at the dealership treated us like we were family. It felt like we were walking into a place with old friends and family making sure we were taken care of in the best possible way. We came in from AZ and they had everything ready. We were in and out of there in a little over an hour. We were able to get on the road way sooner than expected. Thank you very much to Brad and everybody else that had a hand in this experience. No question on where we will be going for our next purchase. Definitely worth the trip.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed with the customer service that me and my significant other received. We purchased a $56,000 vehicle from here back in November. After having the vehicle for less than a week, we noticed that one of the doors and fender was a different shade of white than the rest of the vehicle. When looking at the door and fender close-up, you can see that it has been (incorrectly) repainted/repaired. I find it very shady that when we were looking at the vehicle before buying it, Mr. JR Lonelodge really emphasized that it had a clean car fax and mentioned nothing of the poorly repainted door. As soon as we noticed that it had been repainted, we called the dealership. Mr. JR Lonelodge was unprofessional and very unapologetic. There is absolutely no way that this vehicle was detailed more than once at this dealership and not a single person noticed it. As I said, I am extremely disappointed and disgusted with the service we have received. I strongly recommend not buying a vehicle from this dealership.

Has always done a great job and never have to wait long. A would say they are the best dealer to take your vehicle to for any work you need done. I drive a Ram but I bring it here.

I went in to see what they would give me for my pickup. Crystal was my sales lady. She got Gavin to come talk to me and we talked about prices. I told them whatI'd really like would be to trade straight across for a good SUV. Gavin said he thought they could do that. Crystal pulled up a beautiful Buick Encore GX. I drove it twice and made the deal. I never felt any pressure from Crystal or Gavin.I also had my little dog with me not expecting to be there very long. They welcomed my little dog in the office and were very respectful of my feelings. I highly recommend Dorsey-Jones to anyone looking for a good vehicle. Crystal is the best sales woman. Again such a wonderful experience.

Never going back and regretting taking my business there. I put 15k down on a car and only got 10k towards the payoff. Trying tosay the gap insurance is worth 5k. Lol, regretting it. Lesson learned, snake.

The quickest car buying experience we have ever had! Crystal was great, and so patient that we had a 4 and a 1 year old with us. We decided last minute to go look at a vehicle so we didn't have time to get a babysitter. We brought lots of toys and snacks but both our kids seemed more interested in all the goodies Ms Crystal had in her drawer! We got the exact car we wanted and negotiations were short and to the point on both sides, rather than the all day back and forth we've had before. Would buy from here again!

We ordered a 2023 Yukon Denali in the color RedWood ultimate package. It arrived in only 2 and a half months. Our whole experience was wonderful. It was all because of our wonderful sales lady Crystal Bugaj. She made the whole process so smooth and checked on us after the sell to make sure we didn t have any problems or questions. We had a very good experience shopping here for a Tahoe. We dealt with Shawn through the online sales. He was very honest and anything but pushy. It was give or take with him, something I m not used to. I go in there with fist up, but this was my best buying experience yet. Give Shawn a call! Best person I ve EVER dealt with!

I had my oil changed and a 40,000 mile inspection. They rotated my tires too. I was able to use a coupon when I paid. Everyone was very friendly and helpful to answer my questions. They have always taken good care of my Buick LaCross.

Don't go here expecting that same old dealership treatment, they definitely go out of their way to make sure you get what you want. Completely worked with me as I work long hours. I sleep in the day since I work nights and they asked when I sleep as they could call me when I was up as not to disturb. My salesman Harry was absolutely the best in professionalism and honesty. He kept it real and wanted to make sure I was completely comfortable with the vehicle I got. Matt in finance really helped me by explaining every question I had and I probably asked twice. They had perfect patience with me. A+ guys I completely RECOMMEND this place to anyone looking to be treated right and find a perfect deal. Thanks...
