My husband & I, went on Tuesday 1-2-24 to rinse our car off & used our bank card to pay for it & it showed that it would cost $1.25, so my ole man rinsed the car off. Well the next morning on Wednesday 1-3-24 my ole man was checking the bank acct & it showed that the machine charged us $10.00 to rinse the car off instead of the $1.25 it showed, so definitely won't be going to this car wash again that's a fact.

I just wanted to share my experience with this car wash. Just moved to El Reno and have lived in Oklahoma all my life. I have a transport business and that calls for keeping my vehicle in emmaculate condition inside and out. Went here once and needless to say I was none too impressed with the condition and poor quality of this establishment. The machine took over 15.00 of my money, and after the third time I tried to contact both numbers on machine and the office door explaining the situation, with no response and no reimbursement. Therefore I recommend you save your money and find another car washing service that knows how to treat their customers. I will be informing everyone I come across to not use this car wash. A phone call from the owner would have been something rather than just pocketing my hard owned money. So save your money and use any of the newer car wash facilities in the nearby area. I hope this gets a response from the owner but I highly doubt it. Zero stars is an understatement.

RIPPED OFF,by this PLACE, I used my Debit Card to pay for a Spray Wash & Swiped my card it said on the Screen $1.25 but when I checked my back account a little while later, The ROTTEN SOBs Had Charged me $10.00 to my account, My advice to Everyone is To STAY THE HELL AWAYBOYCOTT THESE THIEIVES

Nice car wash facility but the water filters do not seem to be any good. The "spot free rinse" has never been spot free for me. I don't recommend this car wash to friends.

Manual wash work fine, didnt seem like much time for the money using cash.. Card reader for automatic wouldn't read my card. Too many better washes around to ever get me back

Particular car wash bay was out of everything except wash. Vacuum jammed up with quarters as I inserted one at a time. Had to go to different bay and vacuum and it all worked great but had to spend double for a wash/vac for a quick clean.

Don't go through the automatic car wash it is a waste of money and it will leave dirt mud and soap all over your car

All machines work properly. Very clean.A change maker machine that always works .a very nice place to condition your automobiles. Safe ,well lit areaConvenient to food and shopping.

Carpet shampooers available. Card scanners in wash bays for easier access. Seemed clean and well taken care of.

Do not use the manual brush wash!! It stains your skin and clothes BLUE!!! Whose idea was that?
