It was important to me to do business with a company that I believe places importance on these principles and will continue to provide outstanding service for the customer after the sale.

My experience with Diffee might have been the most pleasant car-buying experience ever. I worked with Jerry White, who was fantastic! He was helpful and not pushy. I purchased a used truck and finished all the paperwork in under an hour. I live two hours away, and I wasn't sure when I'd be able to pick the truck up, so Jerry arranged for him and a driver to bring it to my home! Talk about outstanding customer service that you rarely see anymore! I will definitely be using them again!

THIS IS THE PLACE TO PURCHASE YOUR VEHICLE. My vehicle broke down in Oklahoma during my trip from California to Virginia. I got a hold of the dealership (Jerry) last minute right before they closed. He gave me guidance on what to do so I can be in and out the next day first thing in the morning, since I had hard time to be in Virginia by. They had all the power to take advantage of me due to my situation. Instead, Laine and Jerry were the friendliest most helpful people I have done business with. Jerry even picked me up from the hotel since I didn t have a vehicle. I received a great price on the vehicle I purchased, and they held off on purchasing my broken down vehicle until they could fix it and offer me it s actual value. On top of that, they are working with Ford to get it fixed on their dime since I had my vehicle inspected prior to the trip and they missed the issue.I will forever be in debt to you guys, I truly appreciate what you did for me. If I purchase another Ford, know that I will be making the trip to Diffee Ford from California.THANK YOU!

Flew in from Michigan to buy my truck from them almost two years ago. They picked me up from the airport and had me on the way within an hour. No hassle, friendly people. Truck has been problem free. Probably the best dealership experience I've ever had.

This is my four vehicle I have bought from Diffee. See Ronnie he will take great care of you. I have been to other Ford dealership around OKC and Yukon but none of them compare to Diffee. Great experience.

I am a repeat customer at Diffee Lincoln. I worked with Chandler to trade in my MKX for a Lincoln Corsair. Diffee had a large enough inventory to ensure that I found the right color, engine, options and price. Financing was easy and they beat all the other bank and credit union rates.Very satisfied with everything about the experience, which is what I expect from Diffee.

We began our search for a new vehicle for my wife in October 2023. Much time was spent researching vehicles before going to test drive at multiple dealers.When we arrived at Diffee Lincoln/Ford in El Reno, my wife was immediately impress with their selection. Conner came out to meet us and listen to my wife as she expressed what she was looking for in a vehicle.After we left that first day my wife stated that she wanted to buy from Diffee s because Conner was the first one salesman she was impressed with that actually listened to what we wanted. I would like to start by saying that I went to this dealership based on the high Google review rating and testimony of satisfied customers. My initial experience with the dealership with my salesman, Aaron was excellent. He listened to my needs and recommended a vehicle that I hadn t considered, but ended up being the right fit for my situation. However, when it came to finalizing the purchase, I asked that four new tires be put on the vehicle due to extreme wear on the current tires that were clearly a safety issue. I had to leave the dealership to return the next day. Aaron was prompt to call me back and said that his management team agreed to put four new tires on the vehicle but would only put tires with a 40,000 mile rating(which meant that they were not replacing the tires with a OEM recommended tire because of the cost). This is certainly disappointing, considering if I went to replace my tires at that same dealership, they would strongly recommend replacing it with OEM recommended replacement tires. I agreed to purchase the vehicle under the stipulated conditions of new 40,000 mile rated tires. When I arrived the next day, Aaron had been proactive in having the tires already put on, which was a pleasant surprise, Until I looked at the tires and realized that they had put on two different manufacturers tires. The two front tires were made by the same manufacturer, and the two rear tires were made by the same manufacturer. However, that was two different manufacturers, leaving me with mismatched tires. Being a previous automotive industry professional, I know that different manufactures tires wear differently, which will lead to Different replacement intervals. My advice would be that trusting the leadership at this dealership is not advised based on a verbal agreement. I would recommend stipulating, and perhaps getting in writing what intent they have, when a condition is put upon a purchase and how they plan to execute meeting that condition.

Not totally satisfied. After I was told that the recall order of parts which had supposedly been placed on expedited order had not arrived, I talked to Ford Corporate and they didn't show an expedited order. When the Customer Support Specialist called Joe the Service Manager he told her that the parts were arriving from a different dealership and that the car would be ready by 3pm that afternoon and it was. I'm hearing that Ford Corporate is issuing these recalls (and while that is exactly what they should be doing) the parts are not readily available to fix the issues. Ford needs to be more forthcoming with the correct information. To end on a positive note I have my car and I am glad for that.

I recently had my Edge serviced at Diffee Ford Service department. Again the service was excellent! I have purchased several vehicles there as well as referred friends and family members whom have purchased their cars there. All have had a pleasant experience with purchase and service. I would highly recommend them!

I pulled up to the service bay on a cold rainy morning after having to have my vehicle jump started. The staff opened the bay door for me to drive in, they provided me with a driver to get to work while they researched if my battery, which was bought at a different Ford location, was still under warranty and replaced the battery. I was in constant contact with updates and my car was inside waiting for me when I returned. Very friendly staff and exceptional customer service. I will be a repeat customer at this location!

Amazing staff, excellent pricing, and great cars to choose from. I have purchased two vehicles from Diffee and used the service department. They offer very competitive loan options and the sales were never high pressure. They had no hidden fees like every other dealership. We had walked out of 4 other dealerships before Diffee for hidden fees, high pressure sales and rude sales persons! Diffee is the best and I will always go there first from now on when interested in a new car! 5 stars all around

I've been a customer of Diffee for the last 13 years. I just purchased my 4th vehicle on January 30th. My salesman Aaron Moore went above and beyond with exceptional customer service, explaining so much to me about my new truck. Aaron never made me feel like we were rushing through the process.John in finance always makes sure that I get the best interest rates on my vehicles, and he is so friendly.Lane Diffee gave me a fair amount on my trade in for my new ride!Thank you to everyone that helped me experience the Diffee Difference!

Called to make an appointment for 3 recalls. Spoke with a woman (whose name I don't remember). Had to make it 2 weeks out because I needed a loaner car. Arrived at the time and no record of a loaner (and possibly the appointment) Joe worked really hard and got me a loaner. Otherwise the service was great like always.

I ordered a Maverick in September of 2022 at a different dealership that is now defunct. My order was moved to here. What a blessing that was. They got in touch with me immediately and helped me every step of the way including rolling over to a 24MY. My truck finally arrived December of 2023. I was in and out of the dealership in a little over an hour. Completely stress free. Everyone was super nice. Cody/Conner/and Jon were extremely helpful as well. If I ever buy a new Ford in the future I will make a drive out to El Reno.

As a person who gets to come here a lot to work with the staff, I get to listen to things going on without customers around. These people really do care about the cars they are selling, and the people they sell them to. This truly is a family owned and run business, and their employees are happy and polite, and the diffees themselves are driven to find the best way to serve their customers and they mean it. It has been a great pleasure working with everyone there. If I ever need a new or used car, I will definitely trust them to take care of me.

Scheduled out three weeks in advance. Was told my truck would be looked at within a day or two of drop off. My truck sit on a field all week and I wasn t even notified. Was never looked at for 5 business days. Took it to Joe Cooper and they got it to in one day. Will never use Diffy again. Horrible customer service.

I saw the perfect truck from the hiway and decided to turn around and take a look. I drove around looking for the truck I saw from the road and found it. It was a customer vehicle, Gann Diffee himself found me and we got to talking and that's when he found my new f250. It was the cleanest used vehicle I've ever seen. It was12 years old with 100k miles and the condition was perfect. They found me a bank to finance and gave me very fair trade in value on my f150. They will work hard for you to match your needs. I'm glad I did business with Diffee ford!!
