Not sure if it s normal here to not take the trash out or refill the windshield cleaning bucket. It s like this just about every time I come here and not to mention only half the pumps ever work.

They charge over $12 for a 12 pk of Coke Cola... That is over a dollar a can... And not even cold...

Most of the card readers at the pumps don't work. This is an ongoing issue at this location and has been pointed out by other reviews as well.

Tho the cashier was courteous when walk in. After grabbing a ex-large fountain drink and 2 2-liters of soda after I paid it she didn't offer to put the 2 2-liter bottles in a plastic bag to easily carry them so had use both under one arm and hands..

So glad to have this Casey's location open up. The location is very convenient, the staff is friendly, the store is clean and always well stocked. It's a very nice store. The diesel gas is a bit expensive but other than that I love this store. 5 stars! The pizza is good too and they even have gluten free crust.

The 20's year old blonde girl is extremely rude and un-helpful. I'll update with name next visit, bc honestly how rude she was to a lady with kids makes her deserve it.Remaining staff has always been excellent but she makes me not want to return.She was arguing with a lady in front of me who was buying a medium fountain drink with rewards (1$ on door) and whatever clerk did charged over 2$. The clerk was acting as if the customer was petty and told her (as I stood in shock) she shouldn't spend money if she can't afford $2 for a drink. When clearly it was a store/user issue, not customer. All in all lady ended up overcharged and maybe that's the goal for store.Finally, I get up there and needed a receipt for almost 300$ in diesel and she said ''why didn't you print at pump, uhg". I told her ma'am I tried but just made noise, nothing came out and I hope your day gets better and she snapped at me for calling her ma'am bc she isn't old enough to be called that . She was also mad bc I didn't know what pump I was on bc the # was not visible anywhere and was broken, so I pointed to location.Feels like a discredit to the other staff to give 1* but the most recent trip was sub-1*. Hopefully, she can be coached to have a slight amount of respect, especially when respect is directed her way.

I have had 2 pizzas from Casey's. I've had a Supreme and a taco pizza. Both of them were incredible. We got the Supreme first so we'd be able to compare more easily to the quality of other stores and it was better than any of the competition. Then we got the Taco pizza and it is literally the best taco pizza I've ever had. A+++ as a pizzeria!

I stopped to get E85 gasoline this morning. I have never seen gas pumps looking so dirty. My hands were black from pumping gas. This store has only been open a short time so I was surprised to see it looking so poorly. The lady inside said something about them washing the parking lot a couple of days ago but they hadn't found the time to clean the pumps yet.

Absolutely love caseys pizza. But recently the pizza has been horrible. Single toppings are fine. Don't think they're trained well on specialty pizzaz

The last 3 times I have ordered from there they have messed up my order. 1st time pizzas were well done let s say. 2nd time they completely got everything I ordered was completely incorrect. And this last time they gave my order to someone else, after trying to tell me I cancelled then changed their mind after I showed them my order confirmation. And then they said she gave it to someone else....I will never do business there again

coming from Kansas as a former employee, I LOVE Casey's. It was great having that delicious pizza first thing in the morning. Good Job this morning Ladies!!! be ready, all the people at work wanted to know where the pizza came from. I am pumped they are adding the Casey's on Reno and Garth Brooks Blvd, until then, I will drive to El Reno!

Very friendly, the pumps were clean, and they had a great food selection. Also they offer no ethanol gas which I appreciate. Great gas station.

I haven't tried the food, but anyplace that sells gasoline and doesn't keep the windshield washer fluid full and clean and have a receipt printer that works gets zero stars from me. I've been there twice and each time I've experienced an inch of dirty water in the windshield cleaning container and the pump wouldn't print a receipt.

Pretty good store. Except i got 20 dollars gas and paid at the pump, they held $175.00 for it. That's a little ridiculous i think.

If locally owned business would offer the same type of service as larger businesses, then larger businesses would not move in and offer their better service. Clean, plenty of space and food. Provide those and you will be competitive. Fail in those categories and fail as a business.

Great pizza, liked the crust, sausage was wonderful (not spicy, no green things!), and REAL CHEESE! Lot s of cheese! Super great staff, Tammy was cashier on receipt! Will order for home!!!!

They never have receipt paper in the gas pumps. Always have to go in to get a receipt! Asked cashier why and she said they'd called it in and never got a response.

Went in to buy a can of tobacco, stood at the counter for quite a while. Nobody ever came. But three different employees I hope weren t working at the time looked at me like huh somebody should be helping this guy! First time in too! And last

My first visit was in El Reno, OK. My first impression was that this place is over-priced. I didn't get to experience the donuts or the pizza. Maybe it would have changed my experience completely.

Brand new, and they are doing a good job so far. Decent little coffee station. This location is doing pizzas, sandwiches, and donuts so far. No online orders or deliveries at this time.

First thing pizza was very un cooked, had to cook it at home, it's about 1% better than a Tony's frozen. So for the price difference I'll stay with a Walmart frozen pizza
