Hands down the best service I've had at any place I've went to in town. They were very quick and efficient, made sure my car was good to go before giving it back and worked around my schedule to ensure I had my car in time to get to my class. They gave me the best deal they could on my tires, and they did it fast. I will definitely use this place from now on

My crew and I were on the way to TX from VA to shoot a movie when my alternator went out. The guys at Carnotts got it fixed in half a day! They charged me fairly and did a great job.

I am highly satisfied with the service I received from the guys at Carnotts, I went in to have a coolant leak repaired, it was fixed within the same day and the price was affordable. I will definitely return/recommend.

Doesn't even deserve a star. I dropped my car off at 930 and was told it was next on lift and shouldn't be long. I was reassured it'd get looked at the least. So I could decide to try and take some where else bc it was my only day off. Well needless to say they held it all day, I had to call 10 mins before closing. To find out he called me 20 mins before closing and nothing was done. Personally don't recommend anyone wasting there time. That's bad business.

I used them this past week. I was quoted an already high price but I had zero choice so I gave them the go ahead to fix it. On the day my car was done and I called to pick up, the price had gone up another $200. I m a single mom of 3. I have been working on all of my days off just so I can provide Christmas for my kids. Luckily, my dad helped me cover it so I can still buy Christmas but I have to pay him back right after the holidays. These guys never once bothered to call me and tell me that they were going to need to fix anything additional & it was going to be more expensive. They just did it & I had zero choice but to pay it so I could get my car back. I felt ripped off. There are all of these reviews about how honest they are. I really wish that was the experience I had.

This is the worst place to take your car. My engine light was on and I trusted them with my car to get it fix after I seen the positive reviews. After a couple of days getting my car back the engine light was resolved but they did not tell me it was going to mess with other parts of my car. My car was all of a sudden over heating and having noise problems. They could of at least checked my whole car also and recommend that I had other issues I needed to fix of my engine. These people are lazy and overpriced. I would give 0 stars if I could.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Evertime I get above and beyond what any other place offers first is truth a big plus as a women with car issues second they really try hard to work with you and make it affordable! I trust them!

Best place in town, had service done on all three of my vehicles. '12 Ford Explorer, '07 Chevy Cobalt and '07 Chevy Silverado. They were able to complete all the work really fast and I haven't had an issue with the work they have done. I had new struts and shocks on the '12 Explorer. New tires on the '07 Chevy Silverado. New brake pads and rotors on the '07 Cobalt. They can do just about anything and really quick. I will definitely be going back to get my vehicles serviced their.

To Paul,They offer a nationwide 12 month 12k mile warranty. Of course they markup the parts, show me an auto repair facility that doesn't! I'm sure Walmart sells all their goods for the same price they paid for it? I'm sure that stops you from shopping there though. That's generally how capitalism works. Supplies and disposal? Seriously? Just complain about the tax too.If you want quality repair done right the first time. This is the place to be

Just went there today because my transmission fluid was leaking. They got it fixed for me super fast at a good price. They were great. I will definitely be going back to them.

I would recommend these folks to anyone. They were very swift, very reasonable and found my issue with my pickup that had been in and out of other mechanic shops for the first time. Good job guys!

Good people. I've done a lot of business over the years with the Carnott's. They try to do things right and make it right. From mechanicing on my vehicles, to delivering my propane, Carnott's care about their reputation.

Nothing but respect! I was traveling east on 40, felt a shimmy in the wheel and called Carnnott's, they took me in immediately and did a wheel alignment. A huge thank you, and I recommend them to everyone!

Driving cross country from Cali to Michigan and had a breakdown. Wal-Mart referred us to Carnotts. One of the best and professional experiences I've ever had. Needless to say, we made it home.

Watch out they charge a 40% mark up on parts. Not to mention a "supplies and disposal fee" even if the was nothing to dispose of. Work was quality and labor rate fair, but be sure to a ask about the up charge for parts.

Prices on propane refills are decent, but I won t be going back for refills. The front guys seemed like I was a bother and inconvenience to them when I went in for a propane refill.
