Arrived after a very long drive. Needless to say the room smelled of weed and must. Next door was a man whom I thinked lived there and played very load music right outside of our room. Staff took care of this right away. No Kleenex, the blow dryer did not work. Shower full of hair. The only positive is that the staff was very nice.Rooms: Smelly and dirty

Well it didn t totally suck but it was close. Lobby smelled like a drum circle. Room 405 ended up being a killing field for crickets. I killed at least 20. In retrospect I should have changed rooms but they were just crickets.Bathroom looked newish but still tired. Breakfast staff couldn t be bothered to even pretend to be friendly. Rethinking my brand loyalty. This was more motel 6 than BW.

Great location right off interstate and close to many dining options. Room was very clean and had a nice and clean updated bathroom. Decent water pressure and hot water. Tv was a good size and channel selection was great. Breakfast was very good with scrambled eggs, biscuits and gravy, bacon and pancakes and waffles. Definitely would stay again on my travels thru

Woman working the front desk at 3:00pm when I checked in has zero customer service skills and knows nothing about hospitality. I have bad knees and specifically requested a downstairs room when I booked online. I checked in at 3pm and was informed that she would have to change me to an upstairs room be cause none of the downstairs rooms had been cleaned yet my reservation was not refundable so I told her was going to go take care of some things and check in later I was gone 2 hours I checked back in at 5 pm and was told the rooms had been cleaned but were already sold out in the time I was gone?? I find that hard to believe but regardless she knew I needed a downstairs room but didn t seem to care. When questioning her about it I told her I guess I had no choice but to go upstairs she told me good I don t want to listen to your mouth . My room was clean can only complain about the location of it. The manager or owner of this place needs to really re- consider having her represent their hotel. She sure lost my business from now on.

Amazing Hotel to stay at. Amazing breakfast options. Great rooms. However the rooms were a little dirty and they also charge for pets which is horrible.During my recent visit to El Reno, Oklahoma, I had the pleasure of staying at the Best Western El Reno. I am pleased to award this establishment a four-star review as it provided a comfortable and enjoyable experience. From the friendly staff to the well-appointed rooms, the Best Western El Reno offers a pleasant stay for both business and leisure travelers. One of the standout features of the Best Western El Reno is its welcoming and attentive staff. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm smiles and efficient service. The front desk staff was knowledgeable, offering helpful recommendations about local attractions and dining options. Their willingness to go the extra mile to ensure a pleasant stay was evident throughout my visit. The rooms at the Best Western El Reno were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The beds were cozy, providing a good night's sleep after a long day of exploring the area. The room amenities, including a flat-screen TV, coffee maker, and mini-refrigerator, added convenience and made my stay even more enjoyable. The complimentary Wi-Fi was reliable and allowed me to stay connected during my time at the hotel. The hotel also features a range of additional amenities that enhance the overall experience. The fitness center was well-equipped, allowing me to maintain my exercise routine while away from home. The outdoor pool was a refreshing oasis, perfect for cooling off on hot summer days. Additionally, the business center provided a quiet space for me to catch up on work and complete any necessary tasks. One aspect that could be improved upon is the breakfast selection. While the complimentary breakfast offered a decent variety of options, including cereals, pastries, and hot items like scrambled eggs and sausage, the overall quality of the food could be enhanced. It would be beneficial to incorporate more fresh and healthier choices, such as a wider selection of fruits and yogurt, to cater to a broader range of dietary preferences. The location of the Best Western El Reno is convenient for travelers, as it is situated near major highways and within proximity to local attractions. Whether I wanted to explore the historic downtown area or venture out to nearby attractions, the hotel's location served as a great starting point. Additionally, there were several dining options within walking distance, providing additional convenience for guests. In terms of value for money, the Best Western El Reno offers competitive rates for the quality of service and accommodations provided. The combination of the comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and convenient amenities make it a worthwhile choice for travelers seeking a pleasant stay without breaking the bank.In conclusion, the Best Western El Reno offers a comfortable and enjoyable stay in El Reno, Oklahoma. With friendly and attentive staff, well-appointed rooms, and convenient amenities, the hotel ensures a pleasant experience for its guests. While the breakfast selection could be improved, the overall value for money and convenient location make it a solid choice for travelers in the area. I would certainly consider staying at the Best Western El Reno again in the future.

WOW! If you need a place to stay this should be the place. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful after a long day driving but more impressive was the room. The first thing I noticed when I opened the door was how clean the room smelled. Housekeeping did a phenomenal job here. The beds were super comfortable. The only thing I can think of that wasn't great is the coffee. They serve Seattle's Best which I don't care for but that won't stop us from staying here the next time we make a cross country drive. It was a truly great experience.

Great location. Montana Mikes was across the street. Comfy beds and pillows. Tv channels easy to navigate. Fridge DID NOT have a freezer area. Had to get ice from front desk, which was very nice, as Ice machine was broken. Good breakfast. Super check in ladies!

A quiet Surprise. Staff was friendly. The room was nicely appointed. And clean. It appeared to have been recently remodeled in the bath. It had a huge walk in shower. It was quiet and safe, and very convenient off the 40 for a one night rest stop on a long road trip.I could park right in front of my door which made it easy to unload and load bags. The staff was friendly and helpful.

I would stay here again. The room was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. Parking was great which was a challenge for us as we were towing. They had a wonderful breakfast including hot items wrapped in plastic for protection during Covid. I have stayed at three other hotels this month in different states and this was by far the best one! Good value for your money. The other guests that I spoke to while there also seemed very pleased and some of them were returning guests from previous visits. They also take pets. Staff was very helpful. Stay here, you won't regret it!

Our room was missing towels and shampoo. The very nice man at the front desk found us some, but had no washcloths to give us. The room was not as clean as all the other Bestwestern hotels we've stayed at. The refrigerator even had food and a coffee drink from a previous guest. Housekeeping really needs some additional training. This Best We

Needed a last minute place to stay in El Reno. Booked on Expedia based on price and reviews. Overall the stay was ok. The room was mostly clean other than lack of vacuuming. The bed was comfortable and clean. The bathroom was also clean and in good condition. Tried the tv and it didn t work. Found a loose coax and tightened it. Finally got a signal but it was iffy at best cutting in and out all evening. The WiFi never worked. I alerted the front desk and they said it was a known issue with the back building. Had I known that I would have gone elsewhere but my rate was non refundable.

I really have no clue how this place got 4 1/2 stars!!I traveled here from North Dakota on a trip for work. I was already scheduled by my boss to stay 1 night but I called to ask the front desk lady (Crystal), if I could book an extra day on my own. She told me with attitude that they were all booked. I looked online and had no issues booking. When I showed up to check in her attitude was no different. She was absolutely miserable, made me wonder how awful management was because well treated employees are usually happy . Once I walked into my room it had a thick mildew smell and the carpet had large stains. Once I took my shoes off I noticed the carpet was grimey and oily, so much so that I had to lay down their towels to walk on. Another couple was outside complaining about the same issue in their room. I wiped the carpet with a hand towel and it was filthy. One of the pillows had blood droplets. The chairs were dirty as well. I sprayed the carpet with 2 bottles of foaming carpet spray and it helped the smell a little but it stayed gross. There is an ironing board but no iron. They also advertise a blowdryer but no blowdryer in room... daily housekeeping is also advertised but nobody stopped by to offer anything the second day. I let my boss know I won't stay here again. I expected more from the Best Western name.

After the tornado hit El Reno OKLAHOMA, my husband needed to find another hotel to stay in to finish his work week. Best Western was pet friendly so that is where we stayed.Staff was super nice. Pool was cleaned daily, grounds were nicely maintained, breakfast was always ready. (Or there is a Denny s within walking distance if you prefer.) The rooms were kept nice and tidy.My only observation was the bed was SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE. If it s only for a night, (maybe 2) you could make due. But my husband spends 14 days a month in his home away from home. Really wish the bed was better, I would consider going back with him again.

We loved our stay with our dogs! The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean and the morning breakfast was delicious and fresh. I appreciated the gluten free and dairy free options. Not too often a breakfast has food allergy options. Our dogs were happy and relaxed with great areas to walk them. Thank you for a wonderful experience and we will be back!

1. Very noisy room next to surface road. Very little sleep.2. Worst breakfast that I have ever had at a Best Western. 8 a.m. and scrambled eggs cold and had hard chunks in it. Sausage cold. Had to press air pot for milk 8 times to barely get half a glass.3. So tired that I am struggling to stay awake while I drive to Wichita.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Best Western Hensley's. The mattresses were new and firm. The breakfast was presented well with the lady checking the items often to see if they needed replenishing and making sure they looked nice. She even made homemade blueberry muffins for breakfast. A very nice touch. All of the staff was friendly from the man who checked us in to the lady who checked us out.

We were so impressed with this hotel. We travel for work five days a week. We stay at many brands including 4 & 5 star hotels. This was by far the cleanest hotel we have stayed in forever. The attention to detail in our room was a very welcome surprise. They had plenty of room for our trick and trailer. Beds were great too. We highly recommend if you are in the area. Great place!!!

Big wonderful bed, spotless, upscale bathroom, attention to detail. Best hotel yet on my drive from California. Pool is tiny but open. Towels are fluffy and soft. Coffee was Seattles best. The attendants were incredibly nice both the man at night and the woman at checkout. First Best Western I've stayed at. I hope they're all this nice!
