We have stayed here on a few occasions when picking up trailers in the area. Always have a great service. Room's have been clean. Especially like room 106. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Christina, Anthony, William and big thanks to Ninja. He called the room in the middle of the night to let me know my alarm was going off on my truck. I got up to check on both our trucks. As we have several thousands of dollars worth of tools and supplies. Everything looked ok and probably set off by a cat crawling up into the engine compartment. I appreciated the heads up so I could check on the trucks.

Clean room. Bed was very comfortable. It is easy to get our dog in and out of the hotel. People really need to clean up after their pets, but there are a lot of grassy areas to walk the fur baby. Breakfast was a cheese omelet, sausage, and assorted fruits. We will definitely stay here again. Steakhouse restaurant right next door had good food too.

No pool indefinitely (empty), broken treadmill. I booked this hotel because I have a heart condition and need to do cardio. If I just wanted a clean room I could have booked a room in OKC and saved 20$.I asked staff when they planned to fill the pool, there are no plans. Rooms are beautiful, but amenities must be updated if you're still advertising them on all the apps.The room really is fantastic though. Indistinguishable from a 200$ hotel room. What a bargain.

Decent. Have 2 star expectations and you won't be disappointed. Clean rooms, nice people, convenient location. Decent pre-fab hot breakfast. Even the coffee wasn't aweful.Good road trip stop.

I had booked 3 months in advance. Nice clean (no bed bugs) small hotel. Staff was helpful when we couldn't figure out the TV remote. The only thing keeping it from 5 star is that the pool was closed and green. I did not see anything about the pool being closed when I booked it. Had I known I would have gone somewhere else. Other than that it was a decent place.

Bed was comfortable and room was quiet.Furniture in the room was missing the drawer pulls. Lighting in bathroom was insufficient and the sink looked like it was falling off the wall. Breakfast was quite disappointing at 0745. I found a 4 oz yogurt that was acceptable. Bread for toast was dry and shrivelled. 1 small muffin of questionable origin. Bananas were all brown and the 2 oranges in the bowl were moldy. Only hot thing in the warming dish were gray sausage patties. Not sure I'd come back.

I was extremely pleased with this hotel. I found it to be on par or better than the $200 plus hotels I just came from in Atlantic beach. The price was great, very nice free breakfast and the pool was actually functioning.Linens were ample and of good quality. Hotel is pet friendly.

Very friendly front desk! Check in was a breeze and staff were professional. Place was super clean and tidy. We had a very quiet and peaceful stay. If you are traveling or on a road trip, this is a perfect spot to crash. We had no issues and enjoyed our stay.

I stayed here for one night in June 2021. The room was clean and comfortable outside could use to be cleaned up. The next day I checked out and was on my way. Upon checking my credit card statement I noticed $30.00 extra charge for 6 hangers. I called the hotel and spoke to Christina the Manager. She told me that I was being charged for the 6 hangers being removed from the room. I told her I did not take any hangers from the room and that I never even looked in the closet while staying there. I also told her that I was traveling in a van and my clothes are folded in bags in the van. She told me she had left a voice mail on my phone which I didn't check for till after I called her regarding the $30.00 charge on my credit card statement. She said she would check with housekeeping about the missing 6 hangers. I never received a call back about her checking with housekeeping. After I talked to her and told her I was going to dispute the charge on my credit card as I did not remove any hangers from the room she said she would remove the $30.00 charge. I would not recommend staying at this hotel and also check your credit card statement if you do stay here. I was shocked as I have traveled and stayed at numerous hotels and never ever have I taken anything. I also told her I do not steal. This was my first time staying with Baymont by Wyndham and it will be my last after this.

Absolutely enjoying our Summer Vacation here at Wyndham. The Staff goes out of their way to make you feel at Home. It's the cleanest Hotel I've ever stayed in. Swimming in the Pools crystal clear blue water, & having freshly washed, neatly folded towels Poolside is an extra luxury we appreciate. They even provide a comfortable Mini Office with the free use of a computer & printer! All new carpet, large rooms & a kind hearted cleaning staff, allow my family to comfortably enjoy this wonderful Summertime Vacation! It's by far the best Hotel in Oklahoma! Pets Welcome too! Thank You Baymont & Staff for all the extras you do for your guests. Tonja Mills & Family

The employees were very nice. The room was excellent. Coffee was available in the lobby. They have an indoor pool. They offered a breakfast bag which consisted of a small water, orange juice, breakfast bar, and a fruit cup. If it hadn't rained the whole time I was there, I may have enjoyed the surrounding area.

Excellent place. A young woman named Kat checked in my grandson and I. She was very helpful, pleasantly conversational and showed higher level hospitality skills than I'm used to seeing in smaller markets. The room was spotless, spacious, well furnished and very comfortable for me and my grandson. A great stop on our journey.

Room was very clean (although I sanitized all frequently touched surfaces upon entering-covid) and smelled nice, clean carpet. Our traveling cat even enjoyed the room. Ice water and coffee available when we arrived after 9pm. Very friendly staff. Sack breakfast (due to COVID-19) was very filling. Coffee tasted good and they went out of their way to ensure a member of our traveling group got food safe for her special diet.

This is a comfortable clean Motel with a staff that will do anything to make your stay better. I have honestly never seen such a warm and friendly motel staff in my life. Great breakfast selection as well. I highly recommend this Motel for anyone in the El Reno area.

The Pool is crystal clear with plenty of room to swim laps or chill out in the Patio Lounge area. The room was very old fashion, and all furniture wasn't equipped for a dog meaning everything was low to the ground like the dresser. I woke up in the middle of the night, went into the bathroom and turned the light on, there was 2 big roaches. I'm highly disgusted and I won't be coming back here when I visit OK. DISGUSTINGGGGGGGGGG!!!!!!!

The friendly staff and great breakfast. The pool was your average but sadly the usual hot tub wasn't there. Rooms are clean and good for the rates, seemed like there was a lot of smoking smell on the 3rd floor.

Personnel at the desk was super nice and helpful. We are surprised when we stop at a 2 star rated place and it beats expectations, should be a 3 star! Clean and neat and comfortable beds! One night I'll remember.

Nice rooms, big parking lot. Washers and dryers on every floor! Staff is friendly too. Stayed on second floor. Smaller TVs then most hotels but beds are very nice! Bathroom is roomy too.

Stayed here on business (oilfield worker). Shared a double bed room with a co-worker. Clean room and bathroom. Outdated, but clean. Bath tub had a slow drain -- so you're standing in your own dirty water when showering. Paint peeling off the walls in the shower. Breakfast was so-so but better than not having any breakfast at all. Comfy beds. Slow Internet on their lobby computer.Very close to restaurants and Walmart. Staff (Christine) was very professional and courteous.

Very nice room. Used my Wyndam rewards points for a lower rate. My bill was marked up an additional $15.22. Talked to the front desk and they said the manager would be able to get that credited back on Tuesday when they came in. (I will be watching to make sure that happens.) Breakfast selection was very good.

Room was full of mold, water stains on the ceiling, carpet was wet. Asked to move rooms and was told there would be an up charge. Moved out that night. Paint peeling. Faucet leaked into the counter. Crack heads use the parking lot to rest up between 1-5 in the morning on the patio furniture next to the pool room. Pool was dirty and closed. Cops there a few different times. Will not stay here again and dont recommend staying here.

Very nice customer service. A great hot breakfast from 5-10am. Indoor pool. It gets 3 stars because they only have cable. You can't rent movies on the tv. If I'd known that before I wouldn't have booked here. Live and learn right.

Great hotel for the price. I would stay here again. I suggest the suites with a king size bed. Great free wifi here and 2 HBO channels and cable. Nice selection of big cookies in the lobby. Indoor pool and workout room. Fair to good free breakfast. My only complaint was i could hear the people staying above me when they walked across the floor. Maybe try staying on the top floor.

NOT SERVICE ANIMAL FRIENDLY The woman working the front desk this morning needs to be trained in the proper way to deal with guests. She shut the doors to the elevator leaving my service dog and I standing outside knowing full well that I was waiting to get in. When my husband pointed out our displeasure with her, she had the nerve to snicker in his face. Never in my life have I encountered someone so rude!

The stay at the hotel was great. The room was clean, the service was friendly. The bed was comfortable. They serve breakfast starting at 5am and the pool opens at 7am. I would stay here again and would recommend it to my friends and family.

On Saturday September 23, 2017, I checked into Baymont Inn for lodging while on duty for work. Unfortunately, the room accommodation created a very uncomfortable living situation and the hotel staff was not interested in rectifying the issue when I informed the receptionist of my concern. Upon checking in, I brought my luggage to my assigned room and left the hotel to get food with a coworker. I returned to the hotel, and while talking on the phone with my wife, I noticed a mouse trap near the air unit. I immediately found it strange that there was a mousetrap in the hotel room. A few moments later, I saw a mouse run from behind the TV stand, onto my suitcase, and back behind the TV stand. I told my wife what was happening and that I needed to contact the hotel staff. I instantly moved my belongings onto the bed and moved a few pieces of furniture, in attempt to find the mouse. I did not find it, however, I did find NUMEROURS mousetraps and a hole in the wall, which led me to believe that the hotel was aware of the rodent issue in this room. Though I did not want to create a burden for the hotel, I knew that I was beyond uncomfortable in that environment and would not be able to sleep. I went downstairs to speak with the hotel receptionist and explain my concern. The receptionist stated that she didn t know about the mousetraps and displayed an unconcerned attitude. She eventually informed me that the only thing she could do was move me to another room, but that it smells like smoke up there and handed me a can of air freshener. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. My company is paying for accommodations so not much I can do.

The check in took a half hour. Really. I checked the time. Our first room? I wouldn't use an outhouse that smelled like that. The new room was OK, except for the pealing paint and very loud exhaust fan in the bathroom. The breakfast was ok. The morning staff was ok.
