My brother's leaky tire was fixed quickly and at an affordable price at this well-kept and professional service center. I plan to use it again in the future.

The guys are lights out fast and knowledgeable. If you need new tires, buy them online, have them delivered to your home and take them to Waterloo Auto Service to get mounted, balanced and installed. I have never had to wait. They always take awesome care of my vehicle.

Sadly I thought this place was different! However, the other day proved me wrong! The first time we visited the people there were friendly and talking constantly about all the different repairs and services they offer. This time was completely different sent my grandson up there because I thought he would be able to get the oil change he needed and would be treated with respect. The people there were not only rude to him, but flat out ugly and their attitudes were disappointing!! All they had to do was take a pair of vice grips take out the plug and replace it with a new one! Simple easy peasy fix! But instead they decided to disrespect my grandson and simply refuse service, to talk to him and to talk to anyone else! We were not rude to you so why were you rude to him?! Just opened the bay door and waved him away! Your sign and independently owned atmosphere does NOT match your attitudes! Thank goodness we were able to find a place that knew what they were doing and got the job done, and they were very friendly!!Will never return to this over rated "Jiffy Lube"!

Buyer Beware! Shady company. My grandfather was kind enough to help me fix my car that had been overheating (I was thinking it may have been head gasket). Took it in, they looked it over and said replacing water pump and few other things should fix it. $2000 later I got my car back. It ran for a day before it overheated again. So we take it back, just for them to say Oh yeah, the head gasket is cracked. My sweet old grandpa was taken advantage of. Do not trust this company to fix your car. If we tell them the car keeps overheating one of the FIRST things they should check is the head gasket. Instead this company decided to withhold that information so they could charge my grandpa $2000 for repairs that actually didn t fix anything.

Went to visit Tony at his shop after pricing some AC work at other locations. Amazing experience. Was up front, honest, we had a great conversation about his place and my car issues. He scheduled me for a few days later, dropped my car off and he had it finished within a few hours. Polite, gave me great information, I will not be taking my or my wife's car anywhere else moving forward. Thank you sir!

These guys were able to change out a u-joint on my truck the same day I called. Everybody else said it would be one to two weeks before they could see me and wouldn t even guarantee a fix. How weird is that? Once they had my truck, it took them less than four hours to get the part and install it. Way amazing!!I have also taken two other vehicles back to them for oil changes and a tire rotation. They use Amsoil; my oil of choice for over 15 years. Very nice.Highly recommend these guys. My experience was awesome. They took my Jeep right away, my brake job was done in an hour and a half, and for a very reasonable price! I was so thankful they were available and will definitely use their service again. I've used them in the past too, and have always been nothing less than pleased! Trust your vehicle with Waterloo Auto!

This shop has customer service figured out, which made the unexpected short to our ac compressor a walk in the park. As expected any mom juggling 3 kids and their ac just stops working one august evening- you panic. I took a gamble based off Google reviews, and I won. Something I don t always get at the blackjack table. I found my repair reasonably priced, handled in a timely manner, and done right the first time. So needless to say - but! I ve been taking my cars here for around a decade. Fastest oil change in town! These guys aren t just fast but honest, and with good prices. It says a lot that most of the staff has been the same for all the time. Well worth the drive up from Edmond or down from Guthrie.

They noticed my tire being low and took the initiative to repair the tire with a patch. In doing that, they saw the sensor error message and brought it to my attention. It was a lot more serious than I had thought and I had experienced rough starts, which were warning signs. The part was reasonably priced and they're efficient and polite. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic service, got taken care of same day. Extremely helpful and explained the issue with my car in great detail. These guys are great and not your typical scam auto service. Will definitely be using them again.

Called to get break pads changed. "We don't do JUST break pads and I seriously doubt you'll find anybody that does"I then call Hibdons literally right after and whatdya know...they'll do it.

I have always been leery of mechanics having had a few that really did me dirty. Since we moved nearby 17 years ago, I have gone to Tony's shop with all my cars. He is honest and professional and someone I can trust. He keeps me apprised of what is going on with my car and has exceptionally fair prices. I am a customer for life.

I have been going to these guys for the past four or five years and Tony has always been a huge help. Automotive repair is so subjective these days and usually not treated fairly but I promise you these guys do the best they can to make sure they take care of your auto problems and oil changes at a fair price. I hope to never see a dealership for maintenance ever again.

I was replacing suspension bushings on an older German car, and had trouble removing the two largest ones. I asked Tony for help, and he removed the old bushings and pressed in the new ones in under an hour and at a fair price. I would not hesitate to take my vehicles to Tony for the routine things like oil/fluid changes and brake replacement. These guys are great. Here it is a holiday weekend and my wife got a flat. They were able to patch her tire quickly and for a very reasonable price. Very friendly guys too.

I charged my a/c because it was low on on freon and i thought that was all that was wrong with my a/c on my truck but it wasn't so I took it into them to be checked out they told me they would check it out for free and get me an estimate to fix it and they would call me in an hour to have the estimate and let me pick up my truck. They called me an hour and half later to tell me I owed them $42 for a service charge and $20 for freon. First off they lied about checking my truck out for free and then they added the freon without my permission. I told them that wasn't happy about them lieing to me and so they offered to take out their freon to lower the price I said that's fine and I went ahead and paid the $42 because the guy was hateful and had so many excuses. When i got home I checked my freon and they took out almost all my freon. It took 2 cans of freon to fill it back up.

They got to my Jeep and fixed the leak. Very nice and informative. They also fixed my check engine light, and replaced my egr valve. Definitely would recommend.Service: Transmission repairService: Transmission repair

On way to work years ago, made left turn by this shop and heard a pop and front end shake, pulled into Waterloo Auto Service and before noon they had front driver wheel hub assembly replaced on an 02 maxima. I drove that car for 3 more years before selling it without any other problems.I see some negative reviews here, I've been to this shop several times many different cars, and Tony runs a great shop so feel free to talk to Tony if one of the techs is out of line.

love this shop! They are always able to squeeze me in to get my oil changed. Quick service. My father in law took his vehicle in to get his oil changed and he was in and out within 10 minutes!

I own a mowing business its a terrible thing to get an oil change with towing A trailer. These guys told me how to pull in tight turn without hitting the building and wrecking my 24 foot trailer. I was in and out in less than 10 mins. Its close to the house easy access I will be returning soon, I spoke too soon what a jerk came back for an oil change this guy is an idot very rude I will take my bussiness elsewhere. The owner knows I cant make a narrow left turn into the facility. And yet could not move a car in the 2nd bay that was not being worked on. Oh well crappy 2nd service will not be back.

Not impressed. Had my car towed to this location since I had a two flat tires. They fixed the tires but charged $28, really?! A week later the "fixed" tire went bad, returned it to this shop and they wanted another $7. The guy there kept claiming "I wasnt here" when the first repair happened... not sure why that matters as they have a computer. If they can't man up for a tire fix, no way I trust them with anything else! Done with this shop.

I stopped in at 8:32 this morning to get an oil change. I asked the guy if he could rotate and balance the tires. HE SAID "AFTER NINE OCLOCK'. There was one guy (worker) in the shop in addition to the guy I was talking to. I replied why wait I'm here and 9 isn't that far away.....again they neither were doing anything. He repeated "after nine o'clock". The reason he gave is that they didn't have a full crew and if an oil change customer was to come in they would have to pull off my tire rotation/balance. I was an oil change customer and was there!Fact: I'm a repeat customer. I was there needing service.. There is a shop along a major street with a sign and open doors apparently seeking customers. I told him I would pass on the service given the circumstances and he said "you can come back after nine". But I won't. I couldn't believe this man's attitude. Often the attitude of the employees reflect the attitude and personality of the owner or manager. But in the past I've not been treated like that and If the man worked for me I'd send him down the road BEFORE NINE OCLOCK.

Update: **** this place. I'm done. Was cool at first but was rude today.Went in for a quick oil change today. We also run a small business and have a trailer attached to our truck. They were very helpful on getting us in and out without having to drop our trailer. In and out in less than 10 mins. Thank You

I've been a loyal customer since they opened. Tony and Jeff always treat me right. They take excellent care of my vehicles and have never tried to sell me things I don't need. Great place!

These guys are liars. They tell you they will do work, then they bait and switch with a high estimate and tell you that they are busy and cannot work on your car for several days. They told me repeatedly that they would be able to work on my truck today. I took off work, they gave me a high estimate, then told me that they could not work on it till next week.Do not waste your time go someplace else.

The manager owns the adjacent car wash. The hose for the soap brush broke while in use. I had pink spewing water and soap everywhere. I went over to let him know while still cover and dripping. His comment was "I had no idea it was broken."Not sorry ma'am, let me refund your money, nothing. Not the way to run your businesses

I was referred here looking for honest work to be done, was quickly greeted and explained the estimate process. Called within set time frame with costing and agreed to services which were done very quickly and well. Will be returning with more work.
