Buying my new car at Volvo of OKC was undoubtedly the best car buying experience I have ever had and I have bought quite a few over the years. Debbie was so helpful with answering my questions as I navigated the research to make an informed choice in choosing the options that were most important to me. While everyone I met was very professional and friendly she certainly set a standard that I can only hope will be repeated on my next Volvo purchase.

Kale and Debbie helped us get into a new XC60 Recharge in the color and trim we wanted. Being out of state everything was negotiated ahead of arrival for both price of car and our two trades. There were no surprises once arriving to the dealership and car and trade prices were honored. Nice to find a dealership you can trust through the entire buying process. Thank you Volvo cars OKC!

We had a wonderful experience with Volvo OKC. The experience was very smooth and un-intimidating. Aslan, helped us tremendously. He stayed late and helped get me qualified for a loan the night before over the phone so all I had to do was come test drive the car and sign papers. I was thankful for a smooth process and will definitely suggest everyone I know to use Aslan if they ever want a Volvo.

I was very pleased regarding all of the professional aspects regarding the excellent employees and the dealership at Volvo Cars Oklahoma City. This is the second time I ve purchased a Volvo with assistance of Aslan Malaki. I have a 2023 XC 60 bought in Charlotte, NC and completed 10k miles in Oklahoma City while traveling. Scheduled an appointment at Oklahoma City Volvo cars dealer and felt very happy for it. The service time, staff, hospitality and proving updates to customer right on time is really excellent. Kristina helped me in finishing up my 1 st service and I really liked the way she is doing her job. She was very co-operative, explaining things in detail, kind and taking care of customers very politely and professionally. I have some dust particles sticked on my front wind shield and not able to clear them after multiple washes. But these people took care of it and made the front wind shield like a brand new one. Kudos to the whole team and I highly recommend doing business with this dealer and the team.

Excellent! We purchased an EV from Volvo Cars Oklahoma City and had a low-stress, simple experience. This is the way car buying should be. Cynthia took excellent care of us and even ended up coming in on her day off to complete the sale. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. She was happy to engage with me via email before finalizing the deal at the store--most folks want you to come in immediately. Stay flexible, Volvo OKC.

Have owned a Volvo for 7 years. I have never been impressed with the dealership. It's interesting that above, the owner says "come in and you will see why our customers keep coming back". The service has never been amazing and it doesn't seem like they care about customer retention.

So disappointed, a really expensive repair and the car runs worst, additionally they had no regard for my upholstery and floors, oil smudges all over. I provided feedback, never received a call or any response. Doesn't make sense...
