Great service, excellent workmanship! Breath of fresh air after dealing with insurance after an accident and Justin made my day! He got me right in, talked me through everything they were going to do, communicated promptly and frequently about the progress and easily handled the insurance claims and worked with the adjuster. Would highly recommend!

They did an awesome job on my 2019 Mercedes. The insurance company missed a bunch of items my suv needed for proper repairs. Dustin worked with my insurance company to get all the items they missed covered and repaired. I am so glad they dealt with the insurance company so I didn't have to. I just gave them my claim number and vehicle and they took care of the rest. The repairs they completed were of top quality and you can't even tell my vehicle was ever in an accident. They are professional, fast, and do excellent work with a lifetime warranty.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Don was amazing! He was so helpful and took care of everything. He kept me informed every step of the process. I cannot recommend him enough. My car was fixed quick and looked amazing after wards!!! Thanks Don! I will definitely use them in the future! Hail is inevitable in Oklahoma!

My car was severely damaged by hail just about a year ago; a few minutes ago we experienced some small/ isolated hail which reminded me just how great The Dent Guys were from start to finish in repairing my car. For my money, they are the very best. They definitely went above and beyond for me. One year later and my car still looks fantastic.

I was very pleased with the staff at the Edmond location. Today I stopped in got the estimate and was able to leave my car during lunch. I had a dent on my Cadillac and now it looks like new!The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and quick. I would recommend them!

This company is VERY SHADY!! My 22 year old daughter took her car in to have an estimate made on the hail damage. I happened to be out of town (her mom) or I would have caught them in action. They had her drop off the car and keep it over the weekend for an estimate since it was on a Friday. On Monday when we wanted to pick it up and take it to have a second estimate the pick up fee was $1000. In my 57 years I thought estimates were free. BEWARE!!!!Come to find out they started taking the car apart to repair when they were not even hired to repair the car.Dustin ran to the car (while she was driving off) with a clipboard and paper to have my daughter sign to leave the car at their shop. She had no idea they were having her sign our rights away to the car.JP even bragged to me while spending roughly 4 hours on the phone with them over a couple of days that State Farm will pay them $4,000 for storage fees to leave the car with them.They knew our car would be totaled so they had a pick up fee of $1,000 so we would leave the car there.This a very shady company and they take complete advantage of people especially young girls.It s sad the way this company took advantage of us.We ended up picking up the car for $268 after spending countless hours on the phone with them. This was all for a simple estimate.BEWARE!!!!

Don't use them... This company would like to charge you 20% of the total amount of their quote if you choose to get a 2nd opinion. In our case, that was 20% of $15,000. Not only that, but they will withhold your vehicle until they get money from you or your insurance company. Personal property cannot be withheld legally. Once the police got involved, the GM changed his tune and waived the 20%, but still required our insurance to pay close to $1000.Service: Body & Trim

Got an estimate here to go through insurance, TDG was over $7000. Got a bad vibe from them and took it across the street to Bob Howard collision where I was quoted $3200. Shady business.

Tdg Were so helpful during a car accident that we had that wasn't even our fault. we had to go through our insurance company who didn't want to pay what it cost to repair the vehicle. they were trying to low ball us so bad. JP and Dustin were so knowledgeable and helped guide us on how to talk to the insurance company so they would pay us what was needed. i would definitely use them again and highly HIGHLY recommend them

Dustin and crew got our Lincoln SUV back to like new after our deer accident. They kept us informed twice weekly just like they promised. Worked with our adjusters and got every penny. Not just 5 Stars, I give em 6 STARS!!Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

They did an excellent job on the wife's car. Looks like never went through a hail storm. They personally worked with our insurance company to make sure that the car was repaired completely. Thanks to everyone who worked on our car!

I have a new $80,000 Ford Super Duty. A few months ago, Edmond had a surprise hail storm. Yep, I got a little damage on the hood only (ALUMINUM HOOD!). Drug my feet in hesitation of addressing the fix as I have had "less than desirable" experiences with DPR in the past. When a DPR person is not that good, they rely on color sanding to help in the correction process. More often than not, they burn through the paint. My appt. with The Dent Guys was 8am this morning to address about 12 little dimples. By 8:30 my truck was finished and it was 100% PERFECT! I am picky and they we did GREAT. The hood looks show room new. Impossible to ask for more...unless they give back rubs while you wait! Very fair price to have my truck back to perfect. THANK YOU!Service: Painting

I had some hail damage with the recent hail storm to my Nissan, and I was recommended to use The Dent Guys here in town. I was very impressed with the fast turn around time and now my car is back looking like the day I bought it off the showroom floor!!!

Shady business! They are not to be trusted. Do not even use for a "free" quote. Once you're in the system, they make it almost impossible for you to get out.They are knowingly trying to scam people. They will purposefully overquote the damage.
