Hello, I am here to say that my experience at 3024 S Broadway, was amazing! The manager, Ben Williams, was so nice, and helpful! He did my oil change for my Toyota 4Runner, and I loved the results! Overall, the staffs were very nice and friendly. The customer service, is really great! I highly recommend to go to this specific location. Definitely an awesome place!

Had a great oil change experience here. The employees were very prompt and explained my wait time and number of cars in front of me so I could expect how long to wait, and it was accurate. Terrance mainly helped me and he was super informative and took time speaking with me. He had let me know a cap from my transmission was missing and that it was urgent to fix that. He ended up being able to find the cap in my engine and put it back on. I am grateful he took the time for this as left unnoticed could have been a big issue for me. I am very loyal to another local oil change shop in the area due to their better pricing, but they were closed this day. Although it s about $20 more expensive, I will rethink about coming back to this location, as I was impressed by the service.

Stopped by for an oil change and wiper replacement and the staff was so kind and helpful throughout the process. I was helped by Zaaire, and Terrence who are both really great people. The customer service was astounding. Thank you guys for taking care of me today. I appreciate y all

I came here with an appointment for 12:00 PM, was told to park behind another car that was already in one of the bays. Sat there for 20 minutes, once the car in front of me left I was told to pull forward, I sat there for another 20 minutes. After waiting there for 40 minutes, I asked to leave without any service or communication with anyone other than telling me where to pull and asking if I would like a water. My question is, what is the point of this company? Convenience? Because, I think its convenient to go in Wal-Mart get my oil changed and shop for the time it took at this location. Once again, thought that this was supposed to be convenient by sitting in my car while getting a oil change for maybe 15 minutes tops.

Convenient option as one of only oil change locations open on Sunday. The wait was an hour, but it was understandable as they had many other cars in front of my vehicle. The staff was courteous and informative. Highly Recommend.

This is the third time I ve tried to get an oil change here. The first time they told me it would be 45 minutes to an hour until they could can you even start changing my oil the second time they told me the same thing but I sat around and it took him 20 minutes to get to me. This third time today they gave me the same excuses, saying It will take 45 minutes to an hour before they can get me in. It is interesting that it s the same excuse all three times and they always say there s only two of them working. They either need to hire more people or a manager! Or if there is a Manager he/ She needs to be hired to have these kids stop Being lazy because they don t want to work. it s unfortunate. Could ve been good easy business, but obviously not gonna give them my business. I guess you can say three strikes and your out.

Very great service! Very helpful and explained what they were doing the entire time as well as explaining other things about the vehicle to me. A manager was there speaking with me. Overall great service!

I am writing this review from my car as I wait in line. I was in search of a good quick oil change as I have a full day ahead of me. TAKE 5 sounded like an in-n-out option. I have been sitting here behind 1 car for 45 minutes. I feel like the young people working here lack good managment and are maybe even a little overwhelmed. I hope the best for them but will not be back.

Extremely slow to not have been busy. I was sitting in the garage for well over 30 minutes and was not seen by a mechanic, I finally left as I was on lunch and was under the impression quick serviced would be provided.

I waited just under 1.5 hours and left without an oil change. There was a car being worked on and one more to go before it was my turn. I left and there were 8 cars total waiting.This is not a problem with the workers because they were doing perfectly fine. My problem is that there are 2 people scheduled on a Sunday and it was past 11am. If customer service is important, which it appears to be based on how quickly they help people who pull up, then scheduling is apart of that.If it's an average of about $80 per oil change and you have more workers that can provide the service... You get more people in and out of there while providing better customer service. That's more recommendations, more loyalty, more money, etc.If the problem is lack of workers then raise the wage and still schedule more people. People want to work for companies they can thrive in, have stability in and aren't understaffed/ stressed having to deal with things that can easily be fixed. Easily fixed with extra money and extra people.I wonder how much the people at the top make per hour...?TLDR; Understaffed, more than 99% positive they're all underpaid and had to wait just under 1.5 hours to leave without an oil change.Service: Oil change

Amazing service!! Manager Ben and Mark did an unbelievable job. Great customer experience. Once you pull up they give you a bottle of water. I came for a second oil change and to my surprise, it was the top of service that cost me zero. I will recommend to all family and friends. Extremely slow service. There's no reason all 4 attendants need to be on one car at same time, while there's a line waiting. This is every time I come. Probably time to switch places.

Pulled up with 3 cars in front of me just to get a mid service top off. Now 40 minutes later I m still sitting here with 2 cars in front of me. I d love to leave but I m trapped with cars behind me. Will be finding a new place going forward if I ever get to leave.

Take 5 is amazing!!!!! These guys made me feel so comfortable and they were extremely diligent and timely with their work. Very reasonable price, knowledgeable workers and incredible customer service. 10/10 recommend.

This place is so awesome!!!! Terrence thoroughly explained every aspect of the service, his customer service skills are top notch. Give that man a raise. We did wait around 30 mins for the oil change to happen but it was clear that that was because they take their time with each customer. Seemed more like a staffing issue than an employee issue. 5 stars! Be prepared for a bit of a wait if you have to be somewhere or if you re on a road trip and need to keep moving.Service: Oil change

I'm coming home from Texas and I stopped to do an oil change, the worst thing I've ever seen, after waiting 1 hour in line they gave me the service, it's incredible how they don't value people's time, their service is supposed to be It's fast, you should think about changing the name to turtle 5

Pretty slow. Waited a half hour even though only one car was in front of me. They used to give bottled water while you wait, but I guess that has been discontinued.

Take 5 what? It sure ain't minutes. 2 people in front of me I was there for 2 hours to get an oil change. Pushy sales guy trying to get me to buy every product offered. Including stuff I had just replaced in the last month.

Take 5 is very good at taking care of new customers. Ben and crew was very polite, knowledgeable and friendly. I will be going there now. Jiffy Lube on 2nd street in Edmond Ok blew it with poor customer interaction. Thanks Ben

I showed up just before closing time. Terrence took care of my truck, let me know of next service dates for my vehicle, got me back on the road, all with professional courtesy and a smile. He should be cloned.

Quick and efficient. Friendly, courteous, and informative. You do not have to exit your car to get an oil change. Dock is very clean. Ask about the military discount. They explained all steps in the oil change while it was happening. There is also a small discount for repeat customers. Great experience. Will return for all our vehicles.

There s certainly nothing fast about this place. If the business is going to promote quick changes they should be staffed enough to do so. It took nearly an hour for an oil change. Take 5 on Broadway really looked out for me. I went to a different oil changing place prior to Take 5. they warned me that the plug was stripped. I would of neverknown. thanks so much LaDon.you should get a raise!!!]

We happen to get in after they were accepting cars but after hearing we had problems with our car, Terrence check under our hood and made sure to tell us everything we needed and got everything changed out and refilled.
