Service is nice, organization is detrimental. Apparently there s no way for the employees to access the online booking system, so the owner was out for lunch during my scheduled 12:00 PM appointment. I was referred here by the previous owner of a car I privately purchased in need of light body work. Normally I do my own research but this man s a USAF vet I really trust. Lots of people have disappointed today.

Stopped by with no appointment and was helped right then!! I had traveled to Edmond the night before (4.5hr drive from home) and the front under cover of my car was falling off of one side. They fixed it within minutes and were super friendly. Thanks so much!!!

Puckett Collision is the best auto center for repairs!!!! When you need auto repair I can honestly refer this company for your service!!!! Very professional and worked side by side with our insurance company!!!! Johnny and Ray and their crew did an amazing job restoring my car after an accident. They even gave me a ride to the rental car place! They work fast but are thorough! I'd recommend them to everyone! Very impressed with the stellar customer service of Pucketts!!

I had made the mistake of taking my car to a corporate repair shop that ended up being dishonest with the insurance company so I was referred to Pucketts Collision. I had used them over 20 years ago but had forgotten about them bc they re moreso word of mouth and family owned. Either way, when I showed up and let them know the situation I was in they immediately agreed to look at my vehicle and they re numbers were over $1000 less than corporates and had parts ordered. I have been very impressed with Ray and John s honesty and professionalism. I d for sure try Pucketts Collision before trusting any other repair shop within the OKC metro/Edmond area again. I mean who s going to care more about what s precious to us than those who works as part of the family?Services: Transmission, Tires, Painting, Electrical, Body & Trim, Air conditioning, Oil change

We went to John Puckett's for a recent accident involving my daughter's car. They provided an estimate that beat all the other local shops, they got the car in quickly, and most importantly, finished on time. The car looks great and the cost was fair and exactly what on estimate. I hope I don't need them in the future, but if I do, I will gladly return. Highly recommended.

Fast and friendly. They repaired by Honda Odyssey after I was rear-ended. Quoted me out perfect, positive communication and great staff. Couldn't be happier with the service and repairs made to my vehicle. Will recommend this Auto body shop to anyone who is need of repairs!!! Thanks Puckett's!

John Pucketts Auto Collision repaired by husband's truck after he was rear-ended. They had the repairs completed the same day we dropped it off and handled everything with our insurance company. The professional staff made the repair quick and easy. It was truly a painless experience. We highly recommend John Pucketts.

My 2007 Honda Accord needed a subframe repair as well as new struts. After taking everything apart, the mechanic that Puckett subcontracts out to discovered that the engine mounts were bad and needed to be replaced. Since it was something that needed to be fixed or they wouldn't be able to put the rest of the car back together, the mechanic went ahead and replaced the mounts without contacting Puckett or myself first. When I saw the final price, I was concerned that it was $200 higher than I was originally quoted at. John Puckett clarified the cause of the price increase and offered to cover the cost of the mounts since it wasn't part of my quote. He was very understanding of my concern. I don't know enough about cars, so I knew that I couldn't argue one way or another that replacing the engine mounts was necessary, but he chose to cover the cost of the engine mounts anyways. Overall a great experience and the car drives better than it did when I bought it 5 years ago.

Very nice people, however, took three and a half weeks to fix minor repairs. Was told it should only take one and a half weeks by Pucketts. Very slow to fix vehicle. Would not recommend for this reason. I'll go somewhere faster next time.

Professional and Quality Service! Extremely friendly and family owned/operated business! Dropped my Tahoe off on a Thursday for a front bumper replacement and they had it finished by the following Monday!

Having a kid home from college during winter break has its challenges at times. Having the same and wrecking his car is another challenge all in itself. Sherri and her crew were awesome from start to finish and we were able to get back in his wheels and off to school on time. Thanks for the attention to detail your team gave our repair. You will be our go to collision shop if we need one in the future.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience. I feel I was taken advantage of because I'm a female. My vehicle was not repaired FULLY! I am finding things a year later that was not fixed! DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!
