I had the best experience! Kenneth was courteous and informative. He helped me with my check-in process and got started right away. Mark worked quickly and efficiently to get my oil and transmission fluids changed. Kenneth methodically flushed and replaced my coolant. He took good care to make sure he removed and replaced the parts that were in his way. I highly recommend this service station and will continue to use it for my car care needs.

Trey and Willie did an AMAZING job! Me and my mother were shocked how quickly they changed the oil, checked the air filter, and checked the tires all in less than 10 minutes! We were in a rush so I was very appreciative of their great and prompt service! GO. TO. THEM!!

Best kept secret in town, I found Porters in desperation and am glad that I did, the other places in town are too slow and the techs are just so simply clueless. I have a Mobile Barber Shop so they know time is money. they are courteous, they know what they are doing from the person underneath draining the oil to the guys up top checking everything. they always ask how I'm doing and how the day is going. I have sent several of my clients and they too feel the same way, so do your vehicle and you a favor and check them out you won't be disappointed. Clubhouse Mobile Barbershop

They always do a great job on my car! Very professional and courteous. I love that I don t have to get out of my car and I m usually in and out quickly. They are the only ones I will trust to give my car an oil change.

This is literally a 70's, and 80's era shop. Might been there since the 60's? The quality it looks, is the quality you get. They are all just polite, and very professional people, that take pride in their work, and want you to come back.

First time here. I was in and out under 15 minutes. If I had gone to Hibdon's and had an appointment, I would have been waiting a half hour longer than this. They were amazing and almost $40 cheaper price from what Hibdon's is with a coupon! They just got a repeat customer!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

OMG! Porter's Quick Change Oil is the best place to get the oil changed in your vehicle. The guys at Porters are friendly and respectful. They deliver quality service for your vehicle. If you live in the Edmond area and need an oil change, go see Porters. They will treat you right. I know this may seem like an advertisement but it is true. Mom took her bmw up here to get her oil changed. They stripped her oil pan drain plug. With the paper in there, I imagine they didn t didn t have the right tool, used a 3/8 drive on it and rounded it out. She told me she could hear them using a hammer, and that told her they had a breaker bar on it. It s made of plastic.They couldn t get it loose, told she would have to take it a mechanic. I got it for her, you d think a place that changes oil would be able to remove a drain plug.

Well, I have been using these guys for the last couple months, for both my Miata and my Mercedes, but I would recommend not using them.I am on a road trip in Colorado at one of the dealerships having my car serviced, and the technician just came and showed me that this place never put an oil filter back into my car the last time it was there.Worse yet, mistakes happen, but when they had to have found the new filter lying around they just tossed it and didn t call me to come back or own up to their mistake!!!

Very professional top notch one of the few places that will actually let you bring your own oil and not give you a hard time about it. They change my fuel filters bled the lines , my truck hasn t ran this good in a long time they definitely will have all of my business for all of my vehicles.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Always fast service. Prices are very reasonable. Good to support a small local owned business. Used to get my oil changed at Walmart. Porters is cheaper and a WHOLE lot faster.

I called them 3 times about an alignment, twice I was told I would get a call back to schedule an appointment, and never did. Would love to give them my money in exchange for their services, but they aren t interested. What s really sad is my grandfather suggested these guys above all else, knows the owner (Greg) personally, and this is how they conduct business, sad.

They were quick and professional. Topped off my Windshield washer fluid and checked the air in all my tires as part if the oil change. Very cheap for an oil change. Tuesdays they offer $4 off for women. Highly recommend.

We have used porter s for our family and company vehicles since the early 90s (I remember going as a kid with my mom and sitting in the car) what a convenience for parents with kids, especially like my mom with 4, to be able to stay in the car while the oil is changed. Porter s is honest and reliable and always does a great job. We trust them with our fleet of service vehicles that drive constantly (so need proper maintenance!) and we have never been disappointed. If they cannot help you they will recommend someone who can. The owner is so nice and all of the employees are very friendly. Many women worry about going to auto shops for fear of being told they need something you don t. Not with Porter s I have never in the 12 years I ve been driving my own vehicles had anyone try and sell me something I didn t need. They treat you with respect ALWAYS. An amazing small business that I recommend to friends all the time.

Very knowledgeable owner, fast service, fairly priced for everything from tires, alignments, oil, belts to wipers and filters. They even offer free drinks in their waiting area to customers. The best service you'll find from the average vehicle to wheels and tires on Exotics.

Bad service ..!!first. they started to unfill( drop) the engine oil even before they ask me what type of oil I want to use for my car , which happened they don't have it anyway, So I ended up using a type of oil that I don't want really to use , Secondly they used a bulk oil Which cannot be verified If it is the same type of oil they are claiming It is..thirdly They put more than required oil into the engine which is harmful for the engine functionality..this was my first visit to this shop will be the LAST one of course..

Great selection of everyday and performance oils. I didn't get any of the BG additives but I thought it was great they offered them. Got an oil change with royal purple and my rear diff fluid changed for an awesome price. My new go to shop.

Jake, Willy, and (I can't remember his name ) went above and beyond for my girlfriend. She's taken her car to a mechanic who couldn't figure out what was wrong, and they were able to fix it and get us on our way. Her car runs better than ever now
