As a single female, many auto places aren't great to deal with. However, this store has taken great care of me, offering products and reliable advice without being snarky or rude or underhanded. I highly recommend this place to all my friends!!

Jason and Trevin are AMAZING!!!!!!!! I needed help taking off and replacing the cap to my coolant tank. It was not an easy fix. Jason and Trevin went above and beyond to help me!!!!! Words can t explain how grateful I am to these two!!! Thank you guys so much.

Had to make several stops to get my GXP running. The staff are friendly and very knowledgeable about their products and possible solutions to my issues. Was able to sort out my issues and get the Pony back on the road. Highly recommend this store!

Great service and the prices are really good as well. My battery died on a day where the temps hit 110 in places they came and helped me change the battery. They will let you borrow the tools you need to do the job. Can t recommend them enough.

Counter guy was very helpful. Part was for a totally non-standard hotrod, but we were able to find a correct part by looking at catalog descriptions rather than applications.

These guys were so helpful and compassionate. Helped us change our battery in the parking lot. Binji helped us and he was absolutely incredible.Can t recommend this place enough.

Their service went above and beyond! My battery died two days I a row and they replaced it, then spent time figuring out a warning light that popped up. They were extremely nice and so helpful. I highly recommend! Thanks Jason, Trevon and Eddie for your amazing work and service!

They take good care of me. Wonderful customer service and very friendly. I needed a lug nut for my wheel and they made sure it was the right fit and they even put it on for me, as well as checked my other lug nuts. I also got a battery here earlier this year and they offered to put it in for me. They also pointed me to a local vehicle repair place right down the road and I can't rave enough about it. Had been going to a different chain for years and I didn't realize how much time and money I had been wasting.

SO NICE , as a pregnant female I have a tough time getting things done and getting kind people to help AND not take advantage of the fact that I don't always know what's going on with my car. They took out my battery (super heavy) and installed the free warranty one easily without making me jump through hoops. Won't go to a different location. Kind and helpful guys here!

Called O'Reilys by phone to order a rear brake cylinder which they got it there quickly, and while I was there, I asked for the brake line that connects to that cylinder. The guy looked it up and brought it out and reassured me that it was the correct match. I also dropped off my dead battery to my Porsche to have it tested. Drove all the way home (20min) only to discover that the brake line was for the front and not the rear. I called them about the battery and was told it was good and to come get it. When I got there I was told that the battery wasn't good and that I needed a new one. What a surprise. I then told him about the brake line mistake and gave him the old cylinder with the fitting so there wouldn't be any more mistakes. The guy went into the bake and brought me a hard line that required a bending tool. This seemed more correct. So left with new battery and tool and line. When I got home, I was pleased to find out that I was sold a fuel line and not a brake line. At least this time, the lines where very similar but no cigar. But now its late and they are closed. Went back the next day, cool and calm, only to get an attitude from the sales clerk, Jacob, instead of any such apologies. He did actually give the the right line but who needs the "screw you" attitude. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that he was in the bathroom and it may be awhile. Bought my brakes there, brake lines, new battery (questionable if I needed to) and more, but all it took was four trips and two days to complete a simple job. What a joke.JACOB, If you and your company mishandles things which causes a customer unnecessary issues, you start with an apology 1st and find a way to make it right. The way you acted only lost O'Reilys a good customer. No big deal.

I don't normally write reviews, but this store deserves it. Jason helped me with some brake rotors and he went above and beyond to clean them and warn me about potential failures within my braking system. Earned my business for life!

Don t let the kids behind the counter touch your car! I knew better but didn t listen to my instincts. I simply wanted to change a dome light in my F250. I didn t know what kind. The kid said well let s go out an check to see what kind. He went out with a flat head screw driver. I backed up and said I don t know how to get it out to check. He offered. I hesitated and then said yes. I figured he knew more than I if he offered. He started pushing the screw driver under the assembly to pry it off. A piece broke. I told him to stop then he said are you sure I almost got it. I don t know are you sure. I big mistake he ripped the entire assembly broke apart. He still continues to try to get the bulb out. I yell at him to stop. Then he offed to super glue it. I told him just to leave it be. I know have to buy a $200. Dome light assembly rather than a $4 light bulb. I YouTube later after I cried and discovered that $4 bulb didn t even come out the way he was trying to get it out. I repeat! Never let those kids touch your car! He should have never even led me to believe he could even try!

Love O reilly's always have and probably always will. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to see if the product I was interested in worked properly in my vehicle before purchase too. 10/10

Went in to buy engine oil to top up my engine. Tyner was very helpful with the sale. He even lent me a funnel to use and when I told him I'd never done it before, he helped me and even took the empty container with him to trash. Awesome experience!

I had a GREAT EXPERIENCE in this store this past week. I needed 2 car filters- cabin and engine. The attendant put both in my car. They were competitively priced to WalMart too. The staff was super helpful. I'm now a customer.

Eddie, the manager really took car of my need. He put in two headlight bulbs. One of the wire holders was difficult to back in in. I am handicapped and have trouble being able to bend for as long as it would take to install the two bulbs. I will continue to use this store at Santa and Danfortb in Edmond, Ok.

My battery was acting up so I pulled in with my son late last night after soccer practice. The 2 incredibly nice gentleman assisted by taking my old one out and putting the new one in. Great job guys!!

Called about brakes talked with Josh he said they would warranty them get there he is gone . The kid I talked to said they wouldn't warranty them but he could sell me a new set their ceramic brakes are noisy and didn't last a year. When originally done had new rotors from there put on with the brakes and they have sucked since then never going back they can kiss my ass. why do they put a lifetime warranty when they won't honor it.

This is by far the best auto parts store I've dealt with in years. My husband & I have a mobile mechanic business & we'll drive past all the other parts store including other O'Reilly's to do business here. They are friendly, helpful & knowledgeable about parts. Tyner, the Asst. Mgr., has worked in the mechanic business & always knows what I'm talking about even when I don't know what I'm talking about (lol). It's not always easy being a female in the mechanic business but the people here make our parts buying process an easy task. Colton (Manager) you have a great group of people working for you. Keep up the great job! You've definitely earned my business!
