I been in Edmond 3yrs and was having a hard time finding a shop to do an oil change without adding to it telling me that I need this done or need that done on a 2020 Buick with 43,000 miles on her. My son lives in a different state and knew this was really getting next me. He suggested Meineke. He said Mama Google the nearest one to you and make an appointment I'm sure they will treat you with respect and not try to get over on you. I did what he said and Googled it. I made an appointment for the one off 2nd in Edmond. He was right. The manager was really nice and so were the technicians. It was 1 note on my paperwork about my brakes in the future service other than that no trying to get over to make extra money off me plus I paid a little less on my oil change which I appreciate. I will be taking my car there from now on. Thank you Meineke.

Chris the manager was my point of contact. He is a delightful person to work with. Chris who works on the cars was also very kind. My vehicle is running well and with the option to get financing I was able to get my vehicle repaired. Chris, the manger explain how the financing worked. They have gained a customer and one that will send others to them.

Wow! What an experience. I was referred to Meineke by the guys at Top 5 oil. Kudos to them as well. Chris helped me get scheduled for a free inspection and gave me an honest and complete breakdown of my situation. After the inspection we discussed all the options on how to correct it and what option worked best for me. Chris followed that with excellent customer service and even got my service discounted. Highly recommend these guys, fast and thorough. I ll definitely be back. Thanks Chris

Always have had great experiences with the work they do here. They always provide excellent customer service and do a quality job while getting you in and out, in a timely manner. Dropped my car off overnight and it was ready the following day! Easy system for reviewing what needs to be done and I loved getting to see a break down and mark decline or accept on certain services! Their whole system is wonderful that you never even need to call, I got the easiest and quickest text/email updates!

I won t take my cars anywhere else but here from now on. It was a fluke deal that I stumbled upon them and man was I lucky. Their level of experience as well as honesty in my opinion isn t out there anymore. So if you plan on having any car or truck work in the future, these guys are unmatched in my opinion.

So honest and kind! I took my car in to check the Freon they were SO kind got to it that day.. but quickly called me to tell me the A/C button wasn t fully pushed in and that It didn t need any work. I came back 5 mins later.. they met me with a smile and said come back when you need something!We will definitely be back!!! Thank you guys!!!

It s very rare that I find a car mechanic/repair shop that I consistently go to. I ve been coming to this same Meineke location for over a year now. Every time I need my oil changed I look up prices to see if someone close by has anything cheaper but I never find anything cheaper than Meineke. They ve always provided exceptional service and I ve never had any issues. Thats why I continue to come to this specific location despite living on the complete opposite side of town.

Took my daughter's car in for a failed furl pump. The manager handled everything with my warranty company which made things that much easier. They completed the necessary repairs as needed and got my daughter back on the road. Very, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Great customer service I wish all repair shops was run like this one.

The staff here was very helpful. I had come down to OKC for a doctor's appointment but my car decided to throw a fit. Even though I didn't have an appointment they fit me in and got the issue fixed very quickly. Thanks so much!

These guys were fantastic. I came in on my daughters birthday with a bad wheel bearing and they got me in and out in an hour and a half. While we enjoyed a birthday dinner these guys took care of my truck and were amazing at explaining how to take care of my truck in the future.

Meineke Car Care on second Street has been our go to car care center since the previous owner Blake closed shop. I ve been pleased with the quality of work and the fairness of pricing. I highly recommend them for car maintenance and repair needs.

Brought my wife's car here 6 months ago to get her brakes replaced. We still had some squealing going on so we brought it back to have it looked at. They fixed it up no charge and no hassle at all. It's nice when places do what you think they should do.

September 2023: I dealt with Chris after I was doing a repair and broke a bolt off in the manifold that I couldn t get out. He was helpful and had my truck towed to their shop free to me. The repair replacing the manifold and gaskets and fittings on the leaking turbo were done correctly. This was done quickly and fairly. I am always cautious about letting shops work in my vehicles because I have had shops do substandard work and charge a premium price. This Meineke I can truly say did a good job and I trust them to do the repair correctly and for a reasonable price. For that reason alone, I would recommend them.Update: February 2024 - Just had the driver side turbo on my F150 start leaking and Meinke fixed this one as well and the price was very fair. It is a tough job. I am pretty picky and trouble check torque values etc. They were correct and I appreciate a mechanic that takes the time to do the job right.Mike W.

My alternator and battery died on a Friday night. Meineke was the closest repair shop. I had it towed to Meineke and they were able to get my car going right away. Since then I've used Meineke twice and had nothing but great experiences.

I had coolant drop Chris explained me that its not a problem and told me the way the System works.. topped the coolant oil free of cost.. very helpful I always use Meineke for my cars.. these people do wonderful job and very honest..

After calling around, Meineke had the best price on a brake job in the metro area. My only hesitation on giving five stars is that they didn't have a lathe to resurface rotors, which can save customers money compared to purchasing new rotors. It didn't impact me this time because my rotors needed replacement, but it could have an affect next time when my pads are thin but the rotors could be resurfaced.

The waiting room was clean and had coffee/water.I was given estimates on what I was concerned about and also other areas they noticed may need attention. There was no pressure to do anything beyond what I was comfortable doing and they also threw in some discounts that I didn t know were available. I would and will absolutely go back for future car needs.

Very happy to have a place to take my vehicle that I can trust! I have been taking in all our work vehicles and have had great service. Just took in my personal car. The head lights would not come on. They kept looking until they found a broken wire that was causing the problem. That is the kind a problem that can take forever to find. 2nd time to use Meineke in Edmond (2nd St.) and they were fantastic! They verified the issue and got me a quote within 10 minutes and got the repair job completed on the same day. The customer service is top notch. This place has become my go to for vehicle maintenance and repair.

Efficient and courteous check in. The 45 minute turnaround time was longer than expected for just an oil change in a car that had no other problems, but that may be the exception, and not the rule.
