Great Experience. Never had a luxury car delivered to me the way they did it, Jackie Cooper BMW is near Oklahoma City and I live in Cleveland, Ohio and they delivered my car to me in St. Louis, Missouri which was the half way distance from Cleveland, that s AWESOME. Kristin went above and beyond to make the transaction smooth and easy, she s the best sales person that I ve ever worked with and I never met her in person. WOW she s good. They gave me above average fair market value on my trade in, which was much higher than the offers I was getting in the Northeast Ohio area. Sebastian in finance, was also great to work with and all the paperwork was ready at delivery. I Drove 8 hours for their business and it was definitely worth the drive! Jackie Cooper BMW is the BEST. And don t think you have to settle for the local dealership low ball trade in offers or limited inventory. Jackie Cooper BMW will work with you.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I had actually gone up the area to buy a Genesis G90 but the staff at the Genesis dealership didn't pay me any attention so I walked next door to Jackie Cooper and was met with excellent service. Franklin was very thorough and wanted to make sure I had the information on the various models to ensure I purchased the vehicle that met my needs. Once we decided on a vehicle the staff was amazing, I really wish I could remember everyone's name so they could have the recognition they deserve. Starting at the top, the GM introduced himself and made sure I was comfortable and all my questions were answered. The next staff I dealt with was the sales manager, he also provided service way above what I was expecting. Next, were the geniuses, this group of the staff were amazing, the knowledge they have about the brand is mind blowing, they deserve a definite kudos from me. I'm sure I'm forgetting someone but rest assured I highly recommend Jackie Cooper BMW

Great service. Travis and Femi were very helpful and transparent. No hard selling but definitely did a great job selling us the car. Great follow up from ordering the car to signing the deal and driving off. Best car buying experience I ve had in a while. Perfect.

They do an amazing job, and Chris in sales was great. We went in to look at a corvette on the lot and he narrowed down exactly what we were looking for within minutes. We never planned to purchased but ended up leaving with a 2022 M8. Not once did they pressure us to buy and everyone who worked there was amazing and super friendly. Best service we've had at a dealership.

Dangerous place to get your vehicle serviced. I had one of my vehicles serviced here and afterward my steering wheel fell off ..while I was driving! I could have died. They did some work on my car for free to make up for it. Then a year later I had an issue with the engine and the coolant cap was missing! They are the only people who have ever serviced my vehicle so they most likely lost the coolant cap which was the cause of my engine problems. Then they still charged me for the work they performed. Not sure about the sales department but stay away from service department. It may cost you your engine or your life.

Love the car. Love Chris!Chris sold me the car and he did a great job.Not happy my personal keys from my old car were just taken from me. I was not able to go through my own personal car to gather my belongings. I am missing the remote to my garage and gate.I had more than 3 people waiting on me, good for a customer but when they don t tell you who you are VERY confusing.Numerous texts and emails from personnel. Emails had their name but who they were I couldn t tell you.Some had no name badge on so I could not keep them straight with who was who. Nor did they introduce themselves.Chris did have his name badge on and introduced himself. I was taken to finance once they had my keys. I was not able to get my belongings on Friday. Yes I had a migraine and they drove me home. I do appreciate that.My belongings were fetched by Christian. I told him I could collect them after this finance matter. Almost felt I could collect my own belongings myself.I was correcting a finance error today. They put me in a silver package and I only asked for maintenance. So I have been to the dealership again today.Funny, I know I have to go sign papers but I said in The beginning no extras. I paid cash for the car and you owe me money. You really do. My trade in was more than what I bought my new car for.Christian offered to help with the genius on Friday ) but ended taking me home). Then states it doesn t matter when you come see me and I will help. . I asked today for the phone and radio. I haveNo clue how the rest of the car works. Just a lot of buttons.I will now have to order new remotes for my garage and gate.

What a wonderful car buying experience! Kristen Burns is the best saleswomen ever. We liked her so much we came back 10 years later to buy another BMW from her. Everyone there is kind, professional, knowledgeable, listen to your questions without catching an attitude with you (unlike the place across the street) , patient and no pressure. The sales manager is approachable. They have a BMW "genie" Grant who is also THE BEST and helped me get my car all set up. There's a lot of tech and he knew it ALL. He even hugged me when we left and remembered us from 10 years ago. I love my new BMW and I have already recommended Kristen to a few friends. 10/10

Best car buying experience I ve had. Dealership was very clean and professional. The service was fantastic. Shopping on a rainy day so they brought every vehicle we wanted to look at inside. Our salesperson Gary was extreme knowledgeable about every vehicle we looked at. The sales process was very professional and comfortable, no high pressure. The only time I heard from the manager was to thank me after we purchased the car. I would highly recommend Jackie Cooper to anyone skeptical of the typical car sales experience.

Very friendly and helpful. Becky and Joe Ferdowsi were helpful as always. Lesley in finance was very helpful in explaining all about warranties and costs. Christian was helpful in explaining items in car and told me I could call him anytime I had questions. Good experience as always.

Kristin Burns was an incredible salesperson. She was informative, patient, kind, and a true professional. She went above and beyond to be sure we were happy with our experience at Jackie Cooper. Leslie in finance was also extremely helpful and professional too. Both of these ladies made the car buying process pleasant and even enjoyable! Zachary the BMW Genius got us all set up with the technology in our new car and answered every question we had. All three of these people are top notch and I highly recommend them.

Greatest experience of buying a vehicle. No pressure....just kindness. April was a pure joy and delight. If you are looking for a sales rep to take care of you at Jackie Cooper BMW, then Chris Foster is your person!! From the very beginning he was on his A-Game ! Extremely personable, professional, and highly knowledgeable! When I couldn t find what I was looking for, I gave him what I was searching for and within 1-2 days, he had found me the perfect vehicle. My sales person,Ron Stafford,was awesome in helping me find a car I absolutely love. All of the staff at Jackie Cooper BMW went above and beyond for me. They are well organized in every department. I love that they have have assigned me a person to teach me all the features of my vehicle that I am unfamiliar with. Ron went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my vehicle purchase. I purchased my lease it really was not a good experience . I have been a bmw customer since I was 21 years old. . My dad bought cars from Jackie cooper himself. I have leased 3 cars and owned 2 . This by far was the worst . Your customer service has gone down hill . I had said I did not want an expensive extended warranty however was sold a first 4500 then 4100 extended warranty that was not Even a BmW extended warranty I then contacted. bMW corporate and they told me I could get a BMW warranty for a lot less than u was told after I made clear I wanted the best warranty at the best price . I had to find this warranty myself the finance person Danielle had no clue and then I had to wait from Thursday -the following Wednesday to get this resolved .i find this unacceptable and the time I spent trying to correct this is also unacceptable . I think your staff needs to be educated especially in BMW extended warranties . Even though the situation was eventually rectified I don t like the customer service I received after having been a loyal for over 30 years . This experience for buying a car was not pleasant at all and an a complete frustrating experience pretty much my worst experience instead of being treated as a loyal customer it was Horrible buying experience I think after I am done this might make me go toMercedes . I don t want to deal with this again . Your team is not what it used to be at all

Mark Meyer was amazing to work with. I was left to my own while in the parking lot (which I prefer... I don t appreciate vulture sales), and then upon going inside, Mark was happy to help. He answered any questions I had, was knowledgeable, and kind. We worked a deal before he ever pulled my credit. Mark made me feel like a valued customer, and like we'd known each other for years instead of having just met. Leslie was quick with paperwork, not overly pushy on what warranties and services I should include in my purchase, and personable. I can only hope Mark is still working when I'm ready to buy my next vehicle in a few years. I would highly recommend this dealership. My vehicle was fairly priced and they gave me a fair price on my trade as well.

I had the pleasure of working with Franklin to purchase my 2024 BMW X7 M60i. Every step of the ordering process was simple and pain free.
