I came to hibdon s on Saturday to get my flat tire fixed. After inspection The lady stated it was fine and probably just the weather. Here I am today on a Monday with a flat tire. I didn t appreciate the inconvenience and for the staff not to be thorough. Hoping to have it fixed today. however once I arrived here a man took care of it. Listened. Communicated and cared.

So I made an appointment for 11 am. I checked in and the woman was not very friendly. I had my two year old with me. As soon as I check in she says oh the tire truck is here. It's going to be over an hour before we can get to you. What's the point of making an appointment if they are going to push you off. Literally a 15 minute job, and I saw mechanics just standing around on their phones while I am trying to entertain a two year old at a tire shop. Another customer came in waiting 15 minutes to be greeted and left because no one was at the front desk. You could be making a lot more money with better customer service skills...just saying. Customer service is definitely lacking on this day at this establishment.

They were super helpful and timely. They addressed the issues I had and gave me recommendations for upcoming maintenance but didn t try to push anything extra on me. It seemed they valued me as a customer. I will go back again when needed.

The lady at front was amazing gave me all the discounts I qualified for. They were fast and did a great job on my new tires and oil change. I'll be back.

Was quoted 1 hour and 15 minutes for an oil change and tire rotation. They finished in about 45 minutes. They signed my scheduled maintenance book as well. Friendly and knowledgeable people. The cost for my leveled truck using high mileage oil was $94 after a $10 coupon, which they offered me. Slightly above competitive, but that's ok. All in all, it was a good experience and I'll be coming back with my wife's car next.

Unless you know cars inside and out, don't come here. They took advantage of my relative lack of knowledge on engines and took $1600 from me to replace parts that weren't causing my issue even though they "were definitely sure they knew what my problem was". I really want my money back, but getting in touch with the corporate offices have also been useless. Thanks for robbing me.PS- Went to a different TiresPlus location in a different state and had problem fixed. They even showed me the actual part that was in fact broken too.

Always greeted professionally and with courteous. The manager or whoever processes my needs is very thorough and honest. I loved the fact that after making my appointment they seem to always get me in at the scheduled time .

While visiting OKC (Go Thunder) from another state I ended up with an unrepairable flat tire. This was on a Sunday morning on CHRISTMAS EVE. The guys at Hibdon were working and able to set me up with a new set of tires (the other tires were down to the wear bar). They were everything I could have hoped for. They had a good selection of tires on hand, had a good expertise of the tires enabling me to make an informed choice, were quick and fair in their pricing. These guys saved Christmas.

Had me wait in an empty shop while 5-6 guys were huddled up goofing off while my car sat for 45 minutes for them to tell me my tire couldn t be repaired but they could replace it, but discount tire did it I will take my business there and refer people there your store is trash and has horrible customer service especially the white girl

Made an appointment for 4pm on September 22nd. I Left work early to get there on time to see they were closed until the 25th. Some kind of email or text would have been great. Great customer service. Waste of my time.

Hibdon's usually treats me really good but I do not appreciate the last time I had a new tire put on... They put plastic valve stem caps back on instead of the ones that I paid $10 for that matched my car color. Grrr (it's the small things that hurt)

Noticed my tire kept going flat on my rental so contacted Enterprise who told me to take it here to Hibdon. They looked at it and realized the tires were pretty bald so asked if I wanted new ones put on and wouldn't take much additional time and cost me nothing as the rental company takes care of it so they put a new set on and sent me on my way. Was there less than an hour as a walk in. Service was nice and it was quick.

Went in to replace a tail light on my lunch break. At the time it was only one customer. The service tech immediately pulled my car back. The manager, not sure of his name but he has a tattoo on his elbow, Caucasian male. He was very my rude and dismissive. I sat there for 45 minutes before I finally asked how much longer would it be. He said 30-45 minutes because they didn t have the tail light in stock and would have to go get it. The service tech came out several times telling me that the car needed other repairs that I had already had fixed at Hibdons within the last 6 months; However, was unable to communicate that the tail light wasn t in stock to at least give me notice so that I could contact my employer if I chose to stay. Upon telling him that, he very dismissively state, So do you want me to take it apart ? I said yes because unfortunately I don t have that type of time being that I had already been there almost an hour. He never apologized for not asking could I wait. He didn t offer me a later appointment after the light comes in, NOTHING. It s free to be kind. I could not understand how he could be a manager exemplifying that type of behavior. I ve been to hibdons countless times, waited 4 hours plus for service, but today was the worst experience I ve ever had in addition to be late going to to work because of the lack of communication.

Great customer service by Rob. Had my car back that afternoon with great tires and a great warranty. A little more expensive than I would have liked but I believe it's worth it in the long run. I would recommend it to my friends, especially this location.

Fixed a hole in my tire free of charge which was great, however it took them literally 2.5 hours to do it even though no one else was at the store when I dropped it off. Was told they would have done within the hour and came back only to wait another 1.5 hours for them to finish. Should have gone to my usual Discount Tire across the road. Even though they were busy I would have been out an hour sooner!

Called day before to make an appointment and to make sure they had the oil filter. Was told over the phone that they would have it there and ready. Arrive for appointment. They take the car apart and they did not have the oil filter. Why would they take car apart before making sure they have the correct parts. Why call ahead and make an appointment to make sure they have they parts. Sat for well over 2 hours. Never will I do business with this place again. They need people working there that give the correct answers. When I complained that they did not have the filter I was then told they don't order ahead as people may not show up for the appointment. This is not what I was told when I made the appointment. Terrible Customer Service.Had to take car back as when I was driving to work heard loud noise. They failed to reattached belly plate. When I got home there was also oil all over my garage floor. Took car back to them and had to spend one hour and fifteen minutes for them to reattached belly plate. They said oil was overflow they did not clean up. When I looked under car to make sure belly plate was attached found the had cut a large hole in it. Now the deny everything. This is the last place you want to take your car.

Hibdons has always provided great customer service to me. After having my tire punctured and waiting to get the spare put on, we went to Hibdons in the late afternoon. They got me in immediately, repaired my tire and put it back on - at no charge! I love Hibdons!
