The initial inspection and estimate was EXCELLENT prompt, and courteous service, efficient and effectively communicates with the insured and the adjusters. Please keep in mind that services such as auto body repair have slowed down since covid due to supply chain demands. These are not circumstances they have any control over nor do any other body shop. I will update this review upon completion of the repairs to my vehicle.

Worst customer service! Took my car to get repair estimate. They told me that I will get an estimate by afternoon. I called next day again about the estimate was told will be getting it in an hour. 5 days later still no estimate. If they are taking this long to provide estimate not sure how long it will take them to fix the car. Never going back again! Stay away from this location!!

Apparently this location only handles Mercedes, BMW, and Volvo. That is never indicated to anyone on their website. Also, they have "ghost" appointments that they allow patrons to schedule an appointment and then they call and cancel the appointment less than 24 hours before. I absolutely would not recommend this location to anyone.

Lanette, my estimator, was great! She was always available for an update or questions, and managed my expectations well. I knew exactly what was going on, and my car looks AMAZING. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for body work. They even went out of their way to make sure the battery was good after the lengthy repairs. Customer service was above and beyond.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

My accident took place in November 2021. The earliest they could get me in for a consult estimate was January 2022. I was fine with that. They then proceeded to schedule my work for May of 2022 .okay I get it, it s been a busy time since covid. It took them until early July to finish my vehicle. Nearly 2 months! All to fix a bumper from a fender bender. They constantly blamed parts not being in. If you have more than 3 months of time before work needs to be started how do you not plan and order the necessary parts for a job?! Completely unprofessional. And it was a constant reply of we are unsure of when the work will be complete. Uhh people need to have vehicles to get to work. Seriously this place was awful. So much to the point as I will be actively telling people not to go to them.Service: Body & Trim

These guys are the best by far. I took my truck to them due to someone rear ending me. After all of the insurance hoopla, they were finally able to start repairs. When it was done I noticed an issue and they immediately put me on the schedule to get it fixed. Gerber stands by their work and will take care of any issue, even if it's a minor detail. I will recommend Gerber to anybody for auto body work and glass.

Yes, I was in Gerber Collision&Glass a week ago. Someone backed up into my car on a parking lot in front of a big store. There were witnesses but the truck fled the scene. I filed a Police report and a claim with my Insurance. They had a list of places where you can repair your car. I chose this one as it is closer to me. Very nice place, clean and wonderful, helpful ladies. They immediately scheduled me for July...yes, July...because they are booked with cars damaged by hail. I knew that from other places I called to. This is only my first impression of the place. I will update you when I get my car repaired

I highly recommend them! So professional and quick to help me with all of my car concerns. Particularly, Teague has been excellent! He is so professional and kind. Absolutely amazing service! Erik Benton made the process in fixing my car go smoothly and great. The facility was very nice and clean and a great staff! Erik cleared one of my headlights no charge which was so nice! i would HIGHLY recommend to come here to fix any damage. you would get great service, a fix (in a well reasonable time), and it will look like it was never there! ps this was my first time ever going to fix car damage and this place handled everything very well and helped me as well through the process!

The designated body shop for Mercedes Benz in OKC, courteous, quick service for my Smart Car, alsoowned by MBenz USA . Very nice facility, very professional, friendly. Gotta musched front end on your ride ? Give Gerber a shot!!!

They have not done the repairs on our car yet, so this isn't testimony about the quality of their work, but just how we were treated when getting out estimate. So far I would describe them as courteous, professional, efficient, and way overbooked.But that last adjective is the case for all body work shops in our area right now because of hailstorms earlier this year. It's the end of July now and our place on their list is not until November 10.

I have never been more frustrated and disappointed with any service in my life as I am with this body shop. We took our vehicle in in August of the year and it is now December and it is still not complete. That is four months that they have had to complete our vehicle. They ordered the wrong grill and the vehicle is still making grinding noises! The person dealing with our claim left and now are dealing with management and the service is no better! I am assuming they already paid by our insurance company so they are just blowing us off hoping they don't have to do anything else. We have called countless times to get everything completed and have been so polite about everything. We don't get updated unless we call and it is absolutely absurd how long this is taking. I am just astonished by their total disregard. I have no idea how they stay in business.

Had a great experience I was hoping for a quick easy fix and that's what they gave me, my entire bumper fell off and it needed to be put on, Jerado (sorry if that not how you spell your name) helped me modify it and screw and clip it back into place. Very helpful. My bumper they said seemed to have a problem with it being bent in, probably due to the previous owner backing into something and that's why it fell off, because with it being bent it wouldn't stay in all the way and that the frame would have to be replaced. Which would have been 2000$ to fix. So instead the nice lady at the front ( I didn't catch her name) she came and looked at it and then had Jerado come and help me fix it. Thanks everyone at Gerber collision & Glass!

I stopped by for assistance today on a non-collision related repair. Jason took time to stop what he was doing and look at my truck. He told me what they needed to do and even showed me the part I needed. I was able to make the repair on my own, but I was thoroughly impressed with their professionalism and willingness to help! I took my car in for body work and ended up with a dead battery. The battery was in good condition prior to repairs. The shop agreed to reimburse me on August 12th, 2022 for a new battery. Michael is top notch and my car looks brand new. Everything about their process was smooth and efficient. They even cleaned my car inside and out and returned my rental for me. Thank you for doing an excellent paintless dent removal job on my vehicle!

This place is clean and has very nice employees! They worked really hard to get my car done in a timely manner and communicated with me every step of the way! Michael was especially helpful! You can't even see the damage in my car anymore! I would recommend to anyone!

The team at Collision Works of Deer Creek did an incredible job repairing my 2019 E450 after it was involved in a collision with a deer. Not only was the work impeccable but the communication between my agent Jessi and myself was incredible. I manage a car dealership sales department so I speak with a lot of customers who need body shop services and I will happily recommend Collision Works of Deer Creek as "THE" place to get their vehicles repaired. Was in a car accident. Their estimate was very fair; very reasonable. Their customer service is super. Friendly, communicative, understanding. Repair work is amazing. Mike was ABSOLUTELY fantastic in helping me get my car repaired. He kept me updated daily as to the status of my vehicle and was on the money for my expected return date. In fact my car was better after the accident than it was driving off the lot with 45 miles on it.

Very professional. Got our Acura TLX looking new again... twice! ...once for extensive hail damage, and then for a deer strike. Not only does the exterior look new, but they cleaned the interior as well as any detail shop! Provided text updates at every step of the process. Very knowledgeable and skilled team. I highly recommend Collision Works!

My car was hit in the Target parking lot leaving the passenger side front bumper loose. Being new to OKC, I had no idea where to take my car for a body shop. I googled and found Collision Works hoping they would be a good place. And WOW did they surpass my expectations. Eric looked at my car and was able to pop the loose bumper right back into place and didn't charge me a thing, even offered me a cup of coffee for the road. Not charging me for a simple fix shows how trustworthy they are. I will be keeping them in mind for the future and recommending them to everyone that I know!

Stopped in to get estimate on damage to my pickup. Very surprised and pretty upset when told they would schedule me an appointment to get an estimate in AUGUST!!!!! I verified two months to get an estimate to fix my truck!!!! NO THANK YOU!!!!!!!

The communication you receive from this place is amazing. You never have to call in or wonder what is going on with your vehicle because they are on top of letting you know anytime an update can be give. Highly recommend to anyone needing to get stuff done.

Anyone needing repair of your vehicle this is the place to go. Fast, friendly and reliable. Communicated the status of repair all throughout the process. Received my vehicle back clean and repaired as if it were brand new. Very friendly and professional.
