They don't actually have a paint booth, so your paint is gonna be filled with dirt they also don't wet sand after they lay a clear coat that they are spraying way to hot. Orange peel is the "industry standard" to them. When i asked them about it, the manager told me it was completely normal and started being very rude when I told them it wasn't normal. and when they took my passenger side mirror off to fix my door, they put the wiring in the wrong channel so my window wouldn't roll all the way down, it broke the wiring. do not use gerber they are the worst body shop you could go with. The photos I added aren't blury thats how bad the paint is!

Our whole experience was wonderful!! The receptionist (I can't remember her name) was so friendly and helpful! Our estimator Angel was FANTASTIC!! He was extremely helpful, he kept us informed along the way, AND they finished the job almost an entire week early!!!!! All around it was just an amazing experience!!!! My vehicle looks phenomenal and just as good if not better than it did before we were rear ended. 10/10!!!! Highly recommend them!!!

Have never wrote a bad review anywhere. But the quality of work was too low.Girlfriend crashed Altima in the front end, needed new headlights, ac fixed, fender, and bumper. Insurance paid for it all, I rebuild salvage title cars and own a dealership but we ve been so busy I figured this would ve been the easiest route.Bumper was not blended or even remotely the same shade. It s 2023 we ve been using camera matching for years.Headlights aimed sky highA/C was quoted to be fixed, it used to work before they messed with it just didn t blow hard now it doesn t work at all.When she picked it up the car barely drove once she got down the road. when they added coolant to it they didn t bleed the air out of the system so she had to drive all the way back with a car that barely could drive.If this was a local body shop I would ve just taken the hit but with a body shop as big as Gerber it s insane that something this low quality can be put out. Support local body shops

Outstanding customer service and they did a great job on fixing the front bumper on my car. I appreciated being contacted several times to let me know the status of my repairs. I would highly recommend Gerber Collision!!

My car caught some debris from a truck and suffered damage to the driver's side front pillar, rear view mirror, and both the glass and paint of the driver's door. In the week before and including Thanksgiving they repaired the golf ball sized dent on the pillar and restored all of the paint to apparent perfection as well as replacing the mirror assembly.It is good as new. And I shouldn't have any complaints but the replacement mirror has the same distortion in the middle as the original had (I know it's new because the original was shattered), and I don't have any proof but the repaired paint may be a little fragile seeing as it caught two miniscule chips soon after the repair. Beyond that their update schedule is very vauge with 4 word emails on Tuesday and Thursday. I ended up getting a call in the afternoon the day it was finished and had to drop everything immediately to pick up my car if I wanted it that day. I didn't ever really know what they were doing and the expected completion date was never updated through the process even though they did meet it.Lastly they gave it back early because the glass replacement was on backorder with 2 weeks expected. I emailed after 3 weeks and got no response and eventually had to call to find out they had it gotten it in. They told me it had just came in when I showed up but I'm just not sure. I wasn't desperate for the glass but I was put off again by how much responsibility is put on the customer to get updates and understand. They perform a walk around when they receive it to assess pre-existing related damage but they did not do the same walk around with me after, probably because they were busy.In the end I didn't really need to know the intimate details of what was going on. The shop is trustworthy. They were also slammed with a full lot of cars to work on and it's the holidays. I sympathize. In the end they soundly provided adequate work very quickly while working with my insurance on short notice.They earned my business even though I have small doubts. 5 stars because for some this is flawless service. My complaints are very superficial after all.(Attached picture is of the damage, arguably very hard to notice. It looked good as new after with not even the slightest mis-match in paint)

These folks do great work with a smile. I cannot say enough good things. They communicate effectively with kindness, they do fantastic work and they're just really easy to deal with. They made the entire process very simple for me as the customer.

I used them through an insurance claim, which to be honest made me really nervous! But they were honestly the most easy going and helpful team. Even when my reservation was misplaced for a brief moment(they had been purchased and were going through a transition), the woman on the phone made me feel as though she was going to figure out a way to make sure I was going to be taken care of and she did! The guys on staff were also informative and made me feel at ease that my car would be in good hands. I got it back and it looks good as new! 10/10 would recommend!

I am very pleased with the finished product. Car Craft helped to arrange car rental pickup and return. They kept me updated on the status of my car (without me having to call them.). They were very close to the anticipated date of completion. Though it took about 2 weeks for the finished product, it was worth the wait - everything looked really good. I had an issue with a piece of panel that was not secured properly - I called and they told me to bring back same day. They took my car right in and fixed that portion. I would definitely use again - though I hope I do not have to!!

I Chose Car Craft because they were getting the best reviews. I set up a time for the estimate to get done on repairing my truck. The guy was real cool and upfront on everything no runaround. I brought it back to them to get the work done wich was some frame damage, steering, body work on front corner bumper and rear bumper..they had it for a week and a half and looks brand new. What I like the most was the constant updates via text or call. They kept me in the loop on everything. I was taking my son to school this morning and collided with a deer. After having the car towed to a towing company in Edmond, I called my insurance company and began the claims process. Once the claim was in process, my insurance company told me they have recommended repair facilities they work closely with. I decided to go with Car Craft Auto Body because they are close to my house and close to where my car was towed. I called Car Craft and spoke with Dillon. He said they could not go get my car until next week because they are so busy. He then stated "you may want to go somewhere else if you want faster service." REALLY? I am at a loss that a company would even make such a remark to a customer. I will definitely be notifying my insurance company of their service and their willingness to send customers else where.

I just picked my car up from Autotech Collision Center for repair after hitting a deer. Jeff rocks and my car has never looked better. Not only was it detailed outside, but they also detailed it inside. I am so pleased and I give Autotech the highest possible marks. I hope to never need their services again, but if I do, I will certainly use them again and will recommend them any chance I get. They made the repairs for the price of my insurance appraisal and gave me a customer loyalty discount off of my deductible.

A few weeks ago, an incident occurred that caused damage to my fender right before leaving for vacation. We dropped my car off the day we left and it was repaired, detailed, and ready to go when we arrived home one week later! I was very pleased with the quick turn-around and the service I received throughout the experience.

Just got my 2016 Suburban back after having the roof and hood replaced due to Hail damage. I could not tell anything was even damage. Great work. Hope I dont have to see them again but if I do, I have all the confidence the work will be done correctly. Great communication and customer service

I had the misfortune of someone rear-ending my car and my wife's SUV in the same week. We took my wife's SUV in first to get repaired since it was in worst shape. It took about a week and a half because it was during the week of Thanksgiving for them to repair the SUV. It took less time to repair my car. Both vehicles look amazing! They kept the inside of the vehicles clean and did a fantastic job cleaning the outside after the repairs were made. The folks at Car Craft in Edmond are punctual, professional, and very friendly. I highly recommend this auto body shop.

Collision Works East Edmond worked transparently and seamlessly with USAA collision insurance, finished my repair within the estimated time, and manager Juan Vargas even helped me arrange transportation back to Norman in a time of need. Mr. Vargas also did my insurance estimate, which I had the opportunity to compare to quotes from other shops, and found it was very fair.Service: Body & Trim

I went in for an estimate, and it was quick and easy. Five stars for Dillon (spelling?), for going above and beyond. He took time to snap in a couple of clips on my fender. I'll be back and will recommend them highly!

Great repair work on my car. Great customer service. They kept me informed daily of the progress and they even cleaned the inside of my car before I picked it up! This is how every company should be run!

I had someone hit my car. I tried to help them out by getting quotes so maybe they wouldn't have to run it through insurance. I got a detailed quote of everything they would need to do to fix the damage. When the individual couldn't afford the $3,100 quote from Car Craft, they decided to go through insurance. When insurance got involved, Car Craft no longer needed to do much of the repairs listed on the initial report & the quote dropped an astounding 47% to only $1,900. The labor hours dropped from an initial 66 hours to 39 hours.

Rude and dishonest. I got a quote from them and when I asked about parts of it, the lady at the front had nothing but attitude. She couldn t answer some of my questions, so she went in the back office, asked, then came back and couldn t explain it. Finally I asked to just talk with someone that can answer the questions rather than play telephone. They eventually explained they didn t give me a full estimate just what they could see on the walk around, yet still charged me for a full estimate. So I took it home and decided to fix most of it myself. I took the car back and asked if they would fix one part of their estimate. The lady at the front again disappeared into the office, then came back and flat out said no we won t. I had gotten a quote to fix the exact same thing 20 minutes before that, but they simply couldn t fix it. She was completely rude about it, and they guy in the office just cowered at his desk. Don t waste your time with these people!Response from customer:Wow that was very well written. It does not at all represent the attitude of your staff during my visit. I will not be returning as there are more honest and friendly body shops I d rather do business with.

EXTREMELY pleased with Car Craft! I was rear-ended and had to take my vehicle in for repairs. They went above and beyond to get my vehicle repaired in one week. My vehicle not only looks great again, it looks brand new!!!! They took the time to clean it and even tried to salvage my custom tag that was damaged in the wreck. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing their services!!!!

I would definitely go back to Car Craft. My front bumper and tire were in bad shape, and it looks brand new! I was kept informed of the progress at all times. They provide great service and friendly personnel.

I took my truck in on a Tuesday and in three days they had a wrecked heap turned into a work of art. I highly recommend this place. The communication and work was fantastic, if your on the sideline and don't know where to go then let me point you to this shop. I was very pleased.

Got oem headlamps for my car and they ordered me new bright bulbs that fit the oems that they had ordered for me from insurance. My headlights work and shine properly now. Good job on body work as well.

Great Place!! Go See BRYAN!! I spent over 30 minutes trying to change my low beam light in a car where you HAVE to take the bumper off. Called around and everyone wanted $120 to change it. Bryan looked at it and fixed me up in under 20 mins! And they charge WAY less! Bryan turned my bad day into a good one, he was also super polite and hard working! Definitely will be coming here for anything else!

I sincerely do not have any words to describe Dustin Harth. I just let God keep blessing him, protect him, and his Family. I was told to get an estimate from at least 3 locations, but when I went to car Craft Dustin s hospitality, and professionalism blew me away.

Jeff is down to earth, honest and personable. He and his crew do a great job and will give additional options to help save you money. We have used this body shop twice. Once through an insurance claim and another paid out of pocket. Both times the service was excellent. They were on time and the work was flawless. Highly recommended!
