I ve been a customer for their body shop and wrecker service. Their body shop repaired the lift gate on my van after someone backed into it. They provided estimates for a new and used lift gate and were extremely helpful. I ve used their wrecker service for various reasons and the drivers are professional, helpful, and fair with pricing. I used them today to tow my truck into the shop for a new Turbo and they were timely and the most fair price around. They ll continue to get my business as long as I live in the area.

I just had my suburban repaired. The rear was damaged. Now, you cannot tell. Collins Collision Repair did a damn good job. There service and experience of handling the repairs were excellent. Thank you for the great customer service and great looking and safer vehicle.

This is the worst place to deal with. I would find any other shop. Took 6 months to repair my car, and they did a shady job. Had a scratch on the fresh paint, did not repair my wheel (which insurance paid them for) and cut corners on the paint job. Couple weeks later airbag light, check engine light, and coolant light came on. Once again took no responsibility and I had to take it to the dealership. This is the crazy part, so much fraud. The dealership found a lot of part that insurance paid for that were never replaced and found parts that were STAPLED together. INSURANCE FRAUD!! Super shady! The list goes on and on. STAY AWAY!!!!

Collins Collision has been extremely fair and helpful in dealing with the total loss of our daughter s vehicle. They helped guide me through the insurance process which was extremely helpful and they worked with me through the entire process. We will definitely be back!!

Today my co-worker's car died on her, she has AAA, who said it would be 2 hours for them to get to her. Because she was stalled in a turn lane, the Edmond Police called Collins. Dennis was very nice and extremely helpful. He made sure her car was delivered to her parent's property and even lowered/waived the price of the tow. It is good to know that God has angels in disguise helping those in distress. Thank you, Dennis, for taking good care of my friend.

I just picked up my 2015 Chevrolet 2500HD. They did a very good job on major repairs. Everytime I called to check on the progress, I had answers. Everyone was polite and accommodating.

Called a few places for an estimate on a tow.They were the most helpful and a few bucks cheaper than the other towers in town.Ended up giving me a great deal! The guy was super nice!

During the chaos of the hailstorm, I was provided such ease and comfort with constant communication regarding the hail damage repairs that were done here. I was treated with respect and care along with answers to all the questions I had. They were prompt on working with me and on my car to get repaired as well as handling the communication with my insurance company. Not only that, when it was all said and done, they delivered my car to my residence with the final paperwork. I highly recommend them and everyone worked together with great customer service and care!

They did excellent work on my truck and fought for OEM factory parts. Paint match was perfect you can t even tell it happened.They even pulled it into the shop when it started to rain on the day of pickup which basically says that they care for your vehicle even after the work is done.

I have brought two different vehicles to Collins for body issues over the past few weeks - their work was impeccable. They were quick in their repairs and went the extra mile to touch-up areas, that I was going to ignore, without cost. They are easy to work with and very efficient with their time. Everything I have seen here at Collins Collision turns out beautiful. I will recommend this automotive and truck body and frame repair services to anyone with a newer vehicle, 10 years old vehicle, and newer.Friendly helpful owers and employees. Plus, they offer in-house towing services.These guys do great work on guaranty the work they perform.

I got into my first wreck recently and I the aftermath and clean up was very daunting. Dustin was extremely helpful and honest with me. He was quick and efficent. Great customer service, I highly recommend!

Called this company for help figuring out how to repair a damaged bumper on our car and Logan did a fantastic job walking us through the process. He answered every single question about our insurance and worked with our company to make sure they covered everything. So far so good. All we have so far is a request for an official estimate but Brendon was great to work with. He seemed honest with his time estimates (verbal) but said a more accurate one would come with the written estimate. I will update when/if we have a repair.

This was my first experience with a fender bender and filing an insurance claim. I was having allot of issues with the insurance adjuster not communicating with myself or the shop. Darrell reached out to an adjuster affiliated with my insurance provider and got the ball rolling! Not knowing what to expect from this experience Darrell was able to put my mind at ease with his knowledge, experience, and professional maturity. He is very articulate and knows his stuff! I was able to pick up my vehicle sooner than expected and was pleasantly surprised to see that the shop had detailed my car and even managed to buff out some pretty bad scratches. This shop has worked on a couple of my vehicles the past few years, and I've always been very pleased. My vehicles were completed when promised, and the cost seemed reasonable. Most recently, I purchased a replacement mirror for the side door (the mirror popped out of the assembly), I took it to Collins for them to install the new mirror in the old assembly and he wouldn't charge me for the 10-15 minutes it took to install it. Friendly, honest & dependable!

I can't say enough good about my experience here. They researched a used part (exterior mirror) to put on my car, got it quickly, installed it quickly, and did all of this for a VERY reasonable cost! They were very professional, and I will definitely return for any of my car body needs. Highly recommended!

great work, great price. i had my front bumper and trunk lid replaced and painted by them, and they did an awesome job. color matched perfectly and they went out of their way to get the job done fast since its my daily driver. Honest people, great work, great price what more do you want.thanks to everyone at collins collision you guys are awesome and have earned a life time customer.

A deer jumped out in front of us while we were driving and significantly damaged the front of my Jeep. We took our car to Collins after our friend referred them to us. Darrell was knowledgeable and so helpful throughout the entire process of repairing my car. Not only was the car fixed on schedule, they also detailed the entire thing. Best body shop in all of OKC! I ve personally used them multiple times. Their prices are reasonable and their work is excellent. It s quite a drive out to Waterloo but it s worth it to have a body shop like this that fixes your car right. 5 stars

Incredibly patient while I worked through insurance hassles, then did a first rate job repairing my Isuzu. They took their time on the repair (how very refreshing) and my car looks better than before the crash. Thoroughly recommend.

Very nice people and reasonable prices. They were able to fix my broken mirror and perfectly color match it. They also offer a 10% discount if you pay in cash. They're Awesome! Took our Jeep in and had side fender repair done. Looks like new. They're very friendly and very reasonable! Will definitely go back with any problems in the future!
