I've used this place for the last several years. Always friendly and respectful. I took my wife's car in that has an Endurance warranty (which was a nightmare). Certified did all they could, repaired the car and let my wife take the car for a trip she had before Endurance even paid them. It was much appreciated. Above and beyond service.

Wow! An honest and fair mechanic. I took my car in, and first, they told me what I should expect for the cost to be, then before doing the repairs, I was actually told what was necessary to be fixed and then told me what could wait until a later time. They were pretty busy , so I did have to leave it overnight. But I'll definitely be taking my car back when I need anything fixed in the future.

I was in a tough situation that needed to be handled ASAP, and nobody in OKC had availability. Luckily I came across Tim and his crew, where they got me taken care of quickly and safely. Very transparent, friendly, and fair price. I ll definitely be back for future services!

Outstanding service! Their expertise can be seen in their highly detailed work from the top mechanics in Oklahoma! Not to mention the people there were also friendly and approachable! I would highly recommend anybody looking for their "ONE" workshop/mechanic to give this place a go!

I have been taking my vehicles here for years. I absolutely love the friendly and fast service from all the staff.My check engine light came on the other day and I drove straight to the shop - they got my car back to me within a few days and now everything runs smoothly. I was shocked at how fast, friendly, and fantastic the service was. They fit me in same day, found the problem, and fixed it for a reasonable price. It felt like I took my car to a friend to fix it as a favor, which was a breath of fresh air when I always expect mechanics to be difficult to work with. Tim and his guys did a great job again !!! My wife s Jeep puked a large puddle of oil on the driveway on the first really cold morning last week. Called Tim and he said get it to me soon as you can. Long story short in a couple of days my car is fixed for a very fair price. Thank you Tim for taking great care of my wife s ride.

Tim and his team have worked on my vehicle several times now and have always done a great job. They have always made it a priority and got the job done quickly so I wouldn t be without a vehicle more than an afternoon. Tim personally follows up with his customers and makes sure they are happy with the service and everything went well. Traveling from out of town when our air-conditioning started acting up. Hottest temps in OKC predicted!! CAS could get us right in, took a look, analyzed our issue and fixed us up within 4ish hours. SO GRATEFUL! Excellent service and a fair price as well. Highly recommend!!

My dad said you can only pick 2 but.. here they have Quality service,pricing,timing. they will be welcoming to even the hardest tasks!!! My parents have never been disappointed with there fantastic services. I definitely would recommend them!!!

Great shop in OKC/Edmond. Had an unexpected issue with a 2018 F150 after dealer had done some major work under warranty/recall. Dealer couldn t look at for a week. Tim and his team were able to work it in that day, diagnose the issue and turned out to be an easy fix. He was honest about it. Could have tried to sell all new parts and replacements but he didn t. Got it fixed for a very reasonable price. Earned my business for all future maintenance and repairs.Service: Air conditioning

I really appreciate the competency and professionalism of the crew at Certified Auto Specialists. Each time I had an issue with my Toyota RAV4, they attended me quickly and got my problem resolved with no issue. Tim, the owner, always follows up too to make sure everything is okay. The quickest, friendliest, and best priced shop ANYWHERE! My son had to have all of his transmission lines replaced and thankfully the transmission was saved but not without the help of these guys and they were just phenomenal!!! I cannot rave about this shop enough!! Tim Hayali and his team are fantastic. From making sure I keep up on regular maintenance, like oil changes (and I need the reminders!!) to giving me accurate estimates on cost and timing when I need something fixed. Like on Tuesday, when I told Tim my car was making a weird popping sound when I turned sometimes. They found and fixed the problem and had me back in my car by the end of the day!! I had my vehicle towed to Tim and the team, and they went above and beyond. My vehicle is older and the part is not made anymore. Tim s team was able to complete the repair for much less than I expected. It s nice to be able to trust someone with my repairs. This is the second great experience with these guys. I highly recommend...they get the concept of repeat business versus making everything on one repair. Thanks again!

I can t say enough about the owner Tim, his honesty, and the fast service I received. Took my SUV in for what I thought was going to be a major repair, Tim checked my vehicle, realized it was just a loose voltage cable, tightened it up, and my vehicle is now back on the road, running great! Not to mention I wasn t charged for the time it took him to diagnose and repair the issue. I've been taking my truck to Certified Auto Specialists for about two years now. I know that I'll get a call quickly from Tim letting me know exactly what the problem is with an accurate and fair price. And somehow, even though the lot and bays are full, my truck is back to me working like new super quick - this last trip in I thought I'd get my truck back in a week or so as busy as they were and I got it back the next day, i couldn't believe it. Tim is always there to take care of me in the office and will reach out a few weeks later to see if I need anything, just can't beat the service - thanks guys!Service: Engine repair

Great service, Tim had his guys install a front end level and shocks on my old 3/4 ton work truck. Most shops will Not even mess with leaf spring suspensions. I brought him the parts and they did it no problem. He did not even charge me for the extra labor involved with taking out rusty bolts. I ve had him do a similar project on my wife s GX470 Lexus. Great shop great prices. one stop does it all. Will Use them again and again for sure. Thanks !

I have taken my car here twice now, I appreciate the respect and professionalism I received both times. They get straight to the point when explaining what needs to be done and they don't go digging for other issues to rack up the bill. Was shopping for a new car and stumbled into what appeared to be a great deal. Hadn't set up an appointment the day before as is standard for most shops- just had called that same day I found the car and was at the dealership in a tight spot not wanting to lose the deal. Tim somehow fit me in and they spent 20+ minutes inspecting all over the car. All the while Tim made great small talk and was incredibly friendly. They have a fantastic reputation as technical experts and I can vouch for their business demeanor. Will definitely give them a ring in the event something unfortunate happens with my car.

I love coming here! Going to get my car fixed without my parents has been overwhelming in the past as I am a young college student. However, I always feel right at home here and I know that I can trust that good work is being done for a fair price. Not to mention how kind the staff is.
