Justin was awesome and super nice, and everyone did a great job on everything! When I picked it up they noticed something was not responding quite right in the part they ordered, so they took it back in to fix it really quickly instead of not wanting to put in the extra effort. Great place to bring your car!

Very disappointed, thought that if I dropped the truck off at a prominent workshop, that my vehicle would be in great care, The repairs were fast, but the carelessness of Technician that repaired my truck saddens me. There was deep scratches in my tail, light and scrape marks on the top of my tailgate, which I had just had the dealership repair when I picked up the truck with 2 miles on it. Sort of sticky substance on my paint in various spots. Very disappointed. For repairs on front and rear bumper costing triple the price and still a poor outcome.

Went to have them repair the front drivers side, where a car hit me while was stopped. First issue was, the building had been remodeled, to enter from the side, but the handicap spots were left in the front, and all the roughly 20 spots between the entrance and the handicap were filled with employees cars, since I was the only customer there, according to the A.D.A. act of 2010 requires the handicap parking be moved to the new entrance when a commercial building is remodled..When the seemingly nice guy went out and looked at my car, he very rudely kept telling me, even though I had already verified my insurance would cover having the front end checked for alignment and damage because of where car hit me, "How insurance works" that the insurance would not cover inspecting the front end for damage, because the tire didn't show obvious signs of damage and argued with me about it, with out asking when the accident happen or if these were the same tires from accident or if the damage tire could have been rotated and is now in a different spot on car, I wish I could give negative score, they deserve one.Update, I hope you fix your issues but that is of no concern to me, I will never return to your establishment or any that carry the Bob Howard name thanks to the experience I had today.

The lift gate on my Toyota RAV4 wasn t raising and lowering in cold weather. They discovered a broken top hinge and fixed the problem so it now is working fine but will have to see when temperatures are frigid again. Not fully convinced the problem is remedied in specific conditions but for now it is working great. They were easy to work with and had it repaired in a timely manner.

Brought my car in for a bumper fix/raise and he and the initial consultation was quick and very straightforward. He told me what he can fix. I ordered my parts so that when I come back from my trip it could be fixed. The week before my trip still no caller update, even though that was told i would receive, went on my trip for a week, still no call. Came back from my trip for a few days, still no calls I decided to reach out because 2 weeks I would think the parts were there. The parts were there. They dialed the wrong number when I came in, he said, after discovering other issues, it was going to cost 10 times more than what I actually want fixed. I asked for my car back, unfortunately bought $200+ of unnecessary parts. I was upset how they couldn t just fix the issue, but a local mechanic, I went to later, fixed the issue in 1 hour instead of searching for other things to up charge me for. I would think business is better than no business never going there again.Service: Body & Trim

The work they did was great and the staff friendly; however, you better not be in a hurry. I was five weeks out on what I considered minor repairs. Some of it may have been caused by my Progressive Insurance carrier!

During the Thanksgiving holiday break my neighborhood gate accidentally bumped the back end of my Acura when I had to stop to see a visitor at the gate. I made an appointment with bob Howard collision in Edmond and Justin quoted me four hours of labor work and an estimate of $266 to buff out a small bumper area this morning. I told bob Howard staff, I would need to get another estimate this morning and left.I noticed the new Caliber Collision location at nw122nd and Penn behind the car wash on my way home and stopped in to get an estimate this morning. The front desk staff was very nice and checked with her manager since I didn't have an appointment. They took a look at it and buffed it out. It only took them fifteen minutes! Cailber Collision is the place to get an estimate if you need a car repaired.Scott McClure

It took twice as long and cost over twice as much to get my car repaired than the estimate I was originally given. My car was filthy inside and out when I picked it up! I also had to take my car back because some of the sensors weren't working. Don't use this repair shop!

Justin Alford was amazing to work with. He was incredibly helpful and provided daily status updates via email or phone re the repair. He was motivated to get our vehicle back on the road. It was a pleasure to work with him!! Highly recommend Justin and this business.

One of the best body shops in the city. I have been here couple of times and the guy who handled my car was so professional and knowledgable. I would recommend to go here and turnover time is pretty quick too. It took only 3 weeks for them to return my car!

They were very friendly, professional & timely from the receptionist to the mechanic. They kept me updated every step of the way via text which I loved. I was even able to text Clint directly questions about my car. I was rear ended and my bumper, trunk door and paint job looks good as new! They had my car exactly 2 short wks. I highly recommend

They have always been great to me during the rough times of dealing with insurance and just the stress of not having my car. This time my car was a total loss but times before they did excellent repair work and made her look just as beautiful as before the accident. I highly recommend them for your car repairs.

"This is utter nonsense!I dropped my car off at Bob Howard Collision Center Edmond on April 20, 2023. I am writing to request the attention of upper management or someone at the center. The center must be held accountable for their actions; this situation is simply absurd.It has been five months since I dropped my car off at the center, and I still have not received an estimate or any clear communication about the repair progress.Below is a timeline of messages and facts regarding the initial estimate discussions and updates:April 21 - "We will send you status and surveys."May 11 - "We will provide you with an updated status soon."May 12 - "We do not have approval back in the supplement." - They had requested an updated supplement. Initial estimate from BOB Howard Center - $3.7k. Initial Estimate from Insurance - $3k.June 6 - "We don't have an updated supplement from the insurance."July 28 - "We have updated the estimated completion date from 'Pending' to 09/30/2023."July 31 - "We are over the halfway mark! You are still on target for 09/30."August 1 - "The floor for the car is on back order, with no ETA."August 3 - "No ETA."August 8 - "Nothing has changed."Now, nearly four months have passed, and there is still no estimate.August 10 - I emailed them to return my car, given the extended delay. I inquired with other centers willing to address this issue. I told them to hand me the check. After an angry phone exchange with the agent, Douglas Mundwiler, he told me he would work on returning the car and deduct any holding expenses.However, instead of returning the car and check, the situation continued.August 21 - "We are nearing completion. If we encounter any delays, we will call you."August 23 - "Nothing has changed; we are still waiting on the floor, with no ETA."August 28 - "Good news, we have an ETA on the part, and it should arrive this week."There were no updates after that, despite the promise of an update in the week of August 28. So, on September 8, I presented two options in an attempt to resolve the issue.I asked them to hand me the check after deducting expenses, to end it peacefully.I suggested they hold the check until they have the necessary parts for the repair, trying to address the issue.However, there seems to be a complete disregard for people and their problems. I have already incurred more than $3.5k in rental expenses and still don't know where my car is, but there is no sign of even the slightest willingness to fix the car or be part of a solution.Again, this is the highest level of nonsense.September 8 - Email exchange: After my email, this is the status - "The parts did arrive, and we have started bodywork." When we delved deeper into it, we found more damage to your left frame rail. According to Honda repair procedures, other parts must now be replaced to facilitate the repairs. Per Honda, to replace the frame rail, you now have to replace the QRT panel. That s the most significant part of this.I asked for an estimated timeline.Well, that is the problem. Based on Honda repair procedures, the estimate is only going to increase. It might even reach a point where the car could be considered a total loss. That s the big problem, again, based on the procedures set by Honda.Total nonsense! After five months, you are providing this status, following our email exchange.September 8 - Message Update: "The bodywork is officially in progress. We will contact you when the bodywork is complete and your vehicle is ready for paint."September 11 - When I met with him, he provided the same update with no one available to answer my questions."The organization needs to realize that they are here to solve problems, not be the problem.I need a resolution and my car back ASAP. And I request concerning authority of the Bob Howard Collision Center to act on this matter on an urgent and priority basis.

Doug was great! Yes it took a minute to get my car repaired but with all the supply chain issues right now, I believe they did the very best they could.When I called, Doug either picked up or called me right back with an update. Bob Howard Collision did an excellent job on my car. I had a minor accident that did major damage to my brakes and wheel and minor damage to my engine but they got everything fixed as good as new as far as I can tell after having it back for a month. They gave me an estimate of when it would be done and were on time. Also kept me informed the entire way and let me know ahead of time what my cost would be. Overall a very professional and courteous business.

Someone side swiped my Acura while I was in Super-Target. Have no idea who it was as they left without saying anything. Contacted Bob Howard and they had my car for a total of 10 days. Doug was very informative. And insured me everything would be taken care of. They had to replace both from and rear bumpers. And painted. The car looks fantastic. I was hit by a shipping company and was needing a body shop to repair my Jeep. I went with Bob Howard because I had a wonderful experience with Justin upon getting the quote. Justin was knowledgeable and well versed in the repair and process of working with me and the shipping company that hit me. He was also very accommodating to us both in the beginning, during and after the repair. Bob Howard did an amazing job and the turnaround time was quick! I am extremely grateful for a good experience during this stressful time and Justin was a major contributor to this outcome. I definitely recommend Bob Howard Collision Center in Edmond for when you need body work done on your vehicle in a timely manner.

I was very pleased with the way Doug communicated with me when my car was being repaired in January. However I had an appointment to Fixx it in September and it was there for over 2 weeks waiting for parts and I wasted 15 days of my 30 days of available auto rental. I expected they had the parts or they wouldn t have made an appointment.

Communication with adjuster is bad. Work quality isn t up to par. Take your car somewhere else. I had to take my vehicle back to get additional repairs. Still having problems, months later. Currently waiting to hear back from them. Called and got transferred to estimate personnel. As expected no one answered and hasn t reached back out. Would give a zero rating, if I could. Very disappointed.Customer service 0Work quality 0Front Desk personnel always answer. They are not too helpful though.

My 09 Edge was rear ended in a car accident. Bob Howard Collision Center in Edmond evaluated the damage and the end result was that it was totaled. The service was exceptional and everyone was extremely helpful and courteous. Both Justin Coulter and the other Justin took excellent care of me. I will recommend Bob Howard Collision Center to all my friends. They kept me informed and worked efficiently with the other person s insurance company.

The business is under a lot of pressure. Supply chain issues mainly. But also maybe the labor shortage. I was told 3 days for a quick fix once the parts arrived. 2 months later I was called and they said I needed to bring the car in or the parts would have to be sent back. OK. Brought the car in and it sat for a week. 2 weeks later (many Ubers)! And they said I could pick it up. Come to find out where I said 1 panel didn t need repairing they sanded it down to bare metal and left it unpainted. Maybe my fault but removing the paint along a 2 inch border and calling it good? I called back and they did me right. Jason is a nice guy but I won t go back to that shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

The work was good. That said, getting the work done was nothing but trouble. Initially I brought the vehicle into the dealership collision center because the truck had less than 5k miles on it and I wanted to ensure that the warranty terms were not violated. I received a date to drop the truck off for repairs only to find that they had not even ordered the parts. As the vehicle was drivable, I told them to order the parts before taking my truck. 4 weeks later, I was told they had all the parts (not true) and to bring it in. Upon arrival at the collision center I was assured that they had all the parts and would begin work within 2 days (also not true). Work actually began almost 3 weeks later and took almost 3 weeks because they were still waiting on 1 part and still had to send the tire out for repair . Over 5 weeks later I finally went to pick up the truck. The truck was very dirty when I picked it up. They could have at least washed it. When I started the vehicle the dash lights flared on to tell me I had less than a gallon of gas so had to limp it to a service station for a fill up. As I NEVER let the vehicle get that low on gas I checked the odometer and found that I could not account for 400 miles. Strange. When I challenged the body shop they insisted that no one had driven the vehicle. Sadly I can t prove it happened so I can only advise future customers to take a picture of the odometer upon arrival. All in all from quote to finish about 10 weeks. 2.5 months for a reasonably minor repair??Imagine if I had rented a car!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They were very nice and patient with my questions. They fixed my Yukon in 2wks. They did accidentally paint the parts wrong but it was understandable since you really couldn't see the difference unless the sun stopped being really bright. Yet they painted my vehicle and had it ready in two days. They helped with a rental as well for these two days. Yes I would go back to this collision center because of the service. With everything going on, yet they fixed my vehicle quickly. :)Services: Painting, Body & Trim
