I have had great service at Big O Tires, 904 Broadway, Edmond for 6 yrs on an older vehicle. More resently I had oil changed and after a hundred miles I had a warning light come on. They were good to address the issue at nowhere. So appreciate their good service.

We use them for tires, car servicing.Honest opinions, reasonable prices and EXCELLENT SERVICE. Even when they could not repair the issue, they recommended a good person, and did not charge me at all. Who does that ? Thank you very much.I am a repeat customer, and a fan.

Amazing service and staff. The guy behind the desk knows what he is talking about. My truck had a broken lug nut with no way to take it off with a flat tire and somehow these Gods fixed it. Thank you so much for everything y'all do!

Moved to Edmond a few years ago and have been using this Big O for all our tire needs. The staff has always been courteous and knowledgable. So far so good and glad to have a place we can count on.

Had a flat on the way to Edmond. Stopped in at Big O Tires and received excellent service! Appreciate the friendly staff and outstanding service. Would definitely recommend!

don t take your car here. i went for a basic oil change and they completely rounded off whatever they need to get into to change my oil. so i go to a different location to get an oil change when im due again and they tell me the edmond location made it impossible for them to change my oil and to take it back. when i finally have time again (since they have weird hours) i make it inside at 3:05 which is 5 minutes past the cutoff time on saturdays and leave before 3:30 (i was waiting to even be helped for 6 minutes) and they try to tell me that the other location messed up my car although it was there for a total of 2 minutes. i know that the edmond location rounded off the cap because the mustang location told me so. he said he could fix it but there wasn t enough time today so unironically, im screwed. and wasted an hour of driving to get here. go to a different location.edit: i came back to get it fixed because this is the location that made the cap or whatever inaccessible (the only reason i came back here) and he goes are you sure? because you trashed me on the internet. probably want to get the work done before you trash me on the internet. sounded like a threat to me. if i was an older white woman or a male this wouldn t have happened period. im very quick to write a review when im treated like trash. when i picked the car up, he made sure to let me know how easy it was and it only took 40 minutes (could ve been done when i came saturday instead of missing work if it was so easy ) this place cannot even take a simple bad review without trying to make their entitled old head feel better by giving a 19 year old nasty comments especially when i was kind in the store. in summary, will never be back! :))

Had a flat and needed new tires ASAP. Rare size so hard to find. They found the closest ones in south Texas, had them shipped in and me up and running. 5 stars.

The staff at BIg O tires is awesome had some trouble with tire sensors and they went to the extreme to fix the problem thank you so much God bless bothers.

Went to check the tire for slow leak, quickly spotted the problem and repaired the tire for free. Great service and will definitely come back for tires in the future!

Do you need tires? Do you need a tire fixed? Do you want a bad day to turn into an amazing day? Then go see these people. They have saved the day and helped me countless times and they are awesome! Amazing customer service! I went in at 7:30am I was literally driving out and pulling on to Broadway at 7:50 on the dot.Thank you Big O tires for saving the day yet again!!

I highly recommend my local Big O Store in Edmond, OK. The associates are very respectful and that's coming from a single mother of three daughters. We have taken our cars there for the last 8 years for many things besides just tires. They know what they are doing, do it as quickly as they can and never try to sell you something you don't "need". We have never had a negative experience with them. I highly recommend this location!!

Best, most knowledgeable guys around. Not time waisters! Had terrible experiences with shops around the area. These guys are fair in price, faster, and more knowledgeable than the other box retailers.They do more than just tires!! Oil changes, shocks, struts, etc.

Ran over something and got a flat tire. Husband took it to Big O and they were able to repair it and did so within 20 minutes and for no charge!

These folks have made me a loyal customer. It's run like a family-owned business, with a major emphasis on customer relations.When my kids began driving in the past couple years, I sent them there. Most recently, my son had a slow leak from a bolt that was stuck in his tire. This is on a used pickup that we bought last year, so there had been no need to buy new tires yet from Big O. I was afraid the tire would be shot, but not only did they fix it, they didn't charge him!

Great customer service helped me get new tires and a new control arm just in time to see family on Christmas! Friendly and communicative staff. Highly recommend they got the best price for quality tires in Edmond!
