Exceptional customer service! I went in to get a new bulb for my broken back light - Gabe Gregory went above and beyond! Helped me to actually change the broken bulb and he was so professional and kind. Definitely will be returning to this specific location. Highly recommend!

The above and beyond the employees went for me today at this location was amazing, if I could give a 100 star review for store #5950 I would! Thomas and Dustin turned a bad circumstance with an alternator into an even better day for me and made me realize yet again that Earth Angels are everywhere! I can't thank you both enough for all you did for me today, I hope the kindness you so freely give to others is rewarded in huge ways for you both!

Brayden R and autozone saved the day this past Tuesday feb the 20th. I had car trouble and went to autozone on Santa Fe in edmond. He, Brayden R was amazing! He was very knowledgeable and friendly and efficient. He figured out the problem and found the part. He explained things to me in a way I could understand and had a great customer service attitude. I will go back to autozone and to Brayden R anytime I have car problems. Thank you autozone and Brayden R for saving the day.

Daughter called and said brake light on. Stopped atAutoZone and they added Dot 3 fluid and good to go. Xtreme freezing temps caused the brake oil level to drop.

They never seem to have anything for performance utvs. They will list stuff as being the right part, but when you get there, it's not, or they just don't carry it. It's become a wasted stop, so now I just drive past and go to O'Reilly auto parts. They have what I need almost every time.

Went in to get help with some headlights. The manager, Thomas, got me exactly what I needed. He guided me on the type of bulbs, changed the bulbs for me and made sure everything was working properly. He treated me with respect and answered a couple other questions for me. Highly recommend this location. I have always had great customer service here.

Brandon B (parts manager) and Earl W (store manager) went above and beyond to ensure that the customer was taken care of. Had a difficult return issue that they dealt with using great class and integrity . Will most definitely be back to this location

Awesome experience, clean store, big shout out to the counter parts specialist robert. This gentleman had awesome customer service that he provides. People here are knowledgeable unlike many other part retail stores. I will definitely be back.

Thank you manager Thomas, from experience with AutoZone and O'Reilly's I went out of my way to go this store for the fantastic customer service reps at this location. As a female this was important to me and I became suprised with the respectability as soon as I walked in by Mr. T. He was awesome and definately upholding great standard at this location.

Had issue with my F150 went to other auto part stores and Thomas at this Auto zone was more helpful then all the other store combined he took time to help me figure out the true issue with my truck like it was his own truck. Thank you again ThomasMichael Rodman

5 months ago I purchased a Duralast 65-DGL from this store. This was a 3 year warranty battery but it died within 6 months. This store verified it was bad but would not honor the warranty. When I purchased the battery, apparently the clerk failed to put the battery under my phone number, even though it was provided. I m guessing he entered the number wrong. The response from the store manager was sorry brother . Duralast is an Autozone exclusive battery and the date on the battery showed it was only 5 months old.Thanks for doing the right thing and exchanging this $230 battery. If you are going to shop at Autozone, make sure to check their computer screen to ensure they entered your purchase under your correct account because otherwise you ll get the Sorry brother .

Moved to Oklahoma from california and I can t stress enough how helpful this store has been. Between Connor, Logan and Lauren, they always go above and beyond what anyone would expect. They have always helped me with anything. Including hours spent on my 3 projects I ve brought them. They always made me feel like family. Makes me wanna put in an application!

I met Connor Lomax tonight! What a polite and completely knowledgeable young man. He not only sold me the correct wipers for my work truck but actually came out and put them on for me while keeping up great conversation. Customer service is lost these days, but you guys have a good manager in Connor. I also wanna thank you for the military discount!!!

5 stars for this autozone is NOT enough!! I would give them double or triple the stars! I came to this autozone in the past and was in need of an alternator on my old car and that s when I met Conner who kindly helped me purchase the part but then not only took the time to install it for me! I left very pleased! Today my car wouldn t start as I went back to this autozone for a battery and Conner was there again to save the day! This time it was a lot more work than just to replace the battery I find out. The screw in the positive terminal on top of the battery was damaged. Conner took the time out in this awful heat to replace the screw for free and file down the terminal so it would be ok to put back on the new battery. ALL with his own tools! I came to autozone with 1 problem that became 2 problems and Conner fixed them both. He also gave me a discount for being in the medical field that I didn t even know about and that s a double bonus. Conner is always super helpful and ALWAYS positive and always in your best interest. When your in these situations that s exactly what you need in your day. I am just super thankful for his help today and in the past! This is the ONLY autozone I will ever go to now!

Very rude service. Asked if they could do a quick check of an engine code, and the individual acted very rude to me. If you act like you hate your job, and give off that same vibe to your customers, it's just not a pleasant experience. I'll find another business to help me out.

Lauren did an amazing job opening, cleaning and replacing my key fob. She went above and beyond getting it opened as the screw was stripped and cleaning it up so the battery would work going forward. I appreciate that kind of service and never expected it. This town is full of Auto Zones but go to the one where people care about the work they do.Thank you LaurenTh

I'm in the back of the store. And there was just one other customer who walked out. Immediately the women (behind register) start making fun of the lady's who was a Christian. Of course the long hair guy joined in and they made fun of her for like 2 mins straight. While I had to walk very uncomfortablely up to the counter while they're still making fun of her. This was one of the most unprofessional act I've ever seen. Doesn't really matter what they were making fun of her for. The fact is u do it for everyone to hear. I'll never be back unless something is done.I want to say nothing was done. I won't support them

Not really much to tell it is just like pretty much any other national auto parts chain. The staff was all pretty friendly including the one guy who kept following me around as if he felt I was going to steal something, REPETITIVELY asking if I needed help, with each time, the answer being no.1st of all not my style, 2nd of all I went in wearing business attire driving a brand new vehicle not acting sketchy with my hands in clear sight of everybody including cameras just just casually looking around for a couple of things. Aside from that that the experience was just like any other visit
