The staff was so helpful last night 4/9/24. We thought the battery may be bad on our Kia Soul. They tested it and confirmed our suspicions. We bought a new battery and the staff helped us install / secure it and removed the old core. The guys were respectful, nice and didn t make us feel inept. It was so refreshing to get this great customer service! I am going back & will support this store in the future! Kudos to your staff!

Recently took my battery over to get it checked to see if it was good or bad. The guy was rude and didn't seem to care. I went back a couple hrs and they said it was a bad battery. But it didn't look like it was even moved from where they sat it down at. Fast forward. We didn't trust it so we took it to O'reilys and guess what?! They charged it, tested it and the battery was good and now fully charged.

Earl and his coworkers this morning really helped me! I was having a horrible day just need to get something looked at on my car he went above and beyond fixing the problem with a great attitude and just flat out made my day! I will be back!

Stopped in for some new wiper blades, and the young man working there was really helpful. He helped me select the proper blades for my car that requires a special type mounting system, then walked outside and helped install them.

Immediately greeted by staff at the front door, and offered help to locate my shopping list items. 'I hate going into stores and noone even talks to me', the parts guy said. 'I treat people the way I want to be treated, and tell them what they need to know'. As a shopper I found what I came for, and was able to ask for more info at check out. I wanted comparison info on products, and then the parts guy told me that although the items were about the same, one was more popular, and it was on sale two for the price of one. Some places call that #BOGO, buy one, get one. So anyway, the parts guy whose name I think was Chris, indicated the store had a discount shopping program and reviewed my current information so I could get connected for the best prices and specials or whatever. This was really nice of him and he, Chris the Parts Guy, took as much time as I needed to get that straight. I learned my phone number which I have had since 2020 was listed as actively as two other people one named Juan and another named Kris. So, too Chris The Parts Guy was able to fix all that. CTPG, then didn't give me any hassle about shopping with cash! CTPG then helped me understand the quickest ways to use the stuff I bought from The AutoZone Auto Parts on NW 164th, and I got my car service and repair job done before the afternoon was out by quality, reliable, certified technicians who have written guarantees and used manufacturer recommended parts! Yeah to Chris The Parts Guy! CTPG was kind to help me as an older adult.

Shopped around for a battery this morning, and this was the only place that came out to my truck and took a look and laid out my options. Earl and Brandon's help and information were much appreciated and very helpful! I initially passed on buying the battery there but came back after wasting my time on other stores.Learn from my mistake and go with Earl and his team the first time. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and have a great attitude for what they do!

I went in today having trouble with a break light on my KIA Soul and Earl was so kind and went outside with me to take a look to see what needed to be done. He explained what I needed and I ask him if he could fix it or if he knew where I could take it to be fixed and he said if I wasn t in a big hurry he would try to fix it. I was very happy to have him work on it even if it took a while I could wait. He put in the new bulb between helping his other customers and I was on my way within no time. I will definitely go back to do business with this Auto Zone!!!Earl is an excellent Employee !!!

I received excellent service and assistance from Earl at this AutoZone. He went above and beyond to help me find the right size fasteners to repair a loose fender liner so I would be safe to travel on a road trip the following day. Not only did he try multiple sizes until we got the correct part, he screwed them in for me. I was extremely grateful for the help and the peace of mind that I was safe to drive.

A friend referred me to an orileys or an autozone when I was looking for a car battery replacement so I ran over to the closest autozone in the area. Earl greeted me promptly and was very respectful and helpful to my questions in picking the right replacement for my car.He made the swap seamless and didn t take more than 15 minutes- go find Earl! It s no surprise he s the manager there with his excellent show of customer service skills.

This AutoZone is in a great location with plenty of parking. The staff is great and have tremendous knowledge about auto parts. Would totally recommend this place.

My car battery ironically died in the AutoZone parking lot while buying some microfiber cloths. I needed a jump, a new battery, and some tools to install it. Jay at AutoZone helped me out a ton! I kept going back to him with things I needed (it was probably annoying), but he went above and beyond and he was happy to assist me. Promote this man! Very much appreciated Jay!

Went in and had a free car battery test after having to jump start my car. We were helped by Thomas. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to recommend a new battery and installed it right away. No waiting! He even explained how to install the battery and what to look out for. Highly recommend working with him. In the Zone AutoZone . Very happy customer.

My wife went in tonight to get some stuff for me. The gentleman working rang everything up but didn't realize he did. He proceeded to ask my wife if she stole. He made her open her purse up and looked in the side pockets. When all along the tool was in the bag. Your employees need to be trained on customer service. I wouldn't step foot in another auto zone if it was the only place within 100 miles. Shame on you autozone

My check engine light came on and Earl was more than friendly and willing to help me discern the problem. I have been going here for years and never had an issue. Even when I got a bad battery a few years ago, they still took it back after it went bad 3 months later.

Brandon did a great job. When installing my new battery he didn't just connect dirty connectors. He went in and got a post cleaner and scrubbed the connectors before completing the job. Thanks!

Francisco was by far the most informative and helpful service person I have ever dealt with.While ordering the part I wanted he helped educate me on the performance. After delivery he helped me work through the install and even called to follow up on his own time.I have been in management for a long time and I know how hard it is to find employees that will just show up. It is next to impossible to find employees that will actually act professional, go above and beyond, and show the amount of character that he showed while helping me.Through this one purchase Autozone has earned a lifetime customer.
