I always take my Honda to the dealership for service but it was just inconvenient. Took it to these guys and they did a super job. They were quick and they were thorough and they got the parts needed and they took care of it. I will most assured be back!

I called to get a front end alignment and they told me it was 1st come 1st serve. I got their at 8am sat and they told me it was by appointment only and every other sat. So would i recommend going somewhere else instead of taking it where you can't trust their word.

The best tire shop in town - and I ve been to almost all of them. Great service and plenty of techs so they are fast.

Such a great experience! Passing through we had a nail go into our tire. We stopped by this place and they were able to get us in quickly and patch our tire. They did it quickly. But while we were there, the staff was so friendly. The facility was nice and clean. It was a super pleasant experience, especially considering we really just wanted to get back on the road.

Took a 2018 Chevy traverse to get the oil changed and tire rotated, they called and said the air filter needs replaced. Asked what will the total be once completed, they gave us a price of $137 and some change. Two hours later picked the vehicle up and the total ended up being $225 and some change. Told the guy what was said on the phone and he said, yeah that was just the air filters and labor not the oil change. Now mind you, they had the filters out to blow them out and inspect them (covered in the service fees) but they charged another $15.00 to put the new ones in. Checked prices of the filter at other dealerships and they was half the price these people charge. Could have put K&N filters in for the price they charged. Time to find another service place!!!!!

Went in to have brake and suspension work completed. Given a quote of 129.95 for labor and prices for various parts on the brake job but when the parts were cheaper they just up the price of labor from 129.95 to 169.95 and even charged me for a 4 wheel alignment but only completed a two alignment and said if I get new tires they will do the rest free of charge which I highly doubt it. When i called to talk about it the only thing the guy Chris could say is I don't follow what you are saying and then I have other customers waiting

I have been been going to Stuterville Tire & Service to fix a slow leak in my Honda Insight, that has sixteen inch tires. Same Tire, driver side rear, four visits, over a year. Today I get slow leak. Same Honda, Same tire. I measured the driver side rear first 34 psi, driver side front 40 psi, passenger side 40 psi, passenger side rear 40 psi. After all this I'll be taking business elsewhere. I almost bought four new tires at Stuterville.

Great customer service, when I called to schedule an appointment for a vehicle a person by name of Jill answered, she was very professional and friendly, encountering staff like this is why is love doing local business! The professionalism of the call is the reason I'm leaving my first ever review!Great job Jill, you locked in our future business!

They were great! We came in at closing time after getting a flat 3 hours from home. They served us cheerfully, gave the kids activity books, and offered us all bottles of water. Our tire was repaired quickly and for a very reasonable price.

I ve had two great experiences at Stuteville Tire and Service. They have worked me in when I was having car trouble and made a quick and easy fix! The staff is knowledgeable and the most friendly! They have my continued business!

Nice people as long as nothing goes wrong on their end. Took my car in for a tire rotation and the tire sensors were working fine. When I left the sensor comes on. So I take it back and they refused to fix it. It was fine before I took it in so why is it up to me to fix their mistakes?

The crew is amazing here. So friendly. Jillian was very sweet as well. They repaired our tire even though they were about to close. Highly recommend.

My tire had a flat and Stuteville says it s can t be repaired. I then took it to Casteels and they said it just needed a small patch. Stuteville has done the same to a friend in the past. I will never use Stuteville ever again.

I had a low tire on my way to work this morning and I stopped in and asked if they could help, they fixed my tire and got me back on the road in time to make it to work! I will definitely be back! Thank you

Very happy with them. I was having a very bad day and they let me leave my car to fix it. I would've had to drive 30 minutes home with a warped tire. Thanx stuteville family
