I ve been here twice before. Today I went in for a simple oil change and the staff went above and beyond. Not one person walked by without saying thank you for coming in or have a nice day. They made me laugh and enjoy my experience, rather than this being something to dread, like I usually do with oil changes. Each person working was respectful, kind, and knowledgeable in what they were doing. I definitely will be back!

Great service. The staff is great and heard them calling things out which gave me confidence that everything was done correctly. I was greeted with a water and smiling face. Everyone thanked me for coming. I felt like they really wanted my business so I will definitely be coming back to that location.

I received a coupon in the mail...decided to give them a try...the team there told me they couldn't honor the 29.99 coupon BC they didn't have that particular oil at that facility...yet the coupon referenced that address. I feel like I was bait and switched by Strickland. I didn't appreciate that. I will not return for future business and will not recommend. Aside: The staff at the Facility was very helpful and courteous otherwise, service was good.

I had an issue that Kara found from the place I actually purchased my vehicle from, and she was very nice at explaining it all to me and actually showed me exactly what was wrong. They are great people and make things right.

Staff was nice and seemed to do a good job. I am rating it a 3 only because it cost $119. This is $40+ more than it was prior to Strickland taking over.

The guys here were friendly and professional. I would have given 5 stars, but the only issue we had was that they were short handed and were only able to have 1 bay open and going. Would gladly visit again and change this 4* to a 5 if they are able to fix this on future trips!

Absolutely horrible. I was told that giving my name, address and phone number was not optional to get an oil change. Even after I said I didn t feel comfortable giving that information. I was told they needed it incase I drove off and they saw something leaking. I knew it was a lie. The next day guess what I got. A spam text message from Strickland Brothers Oil Change. They also charge over $100 for an oil change that Grease and Go charged $70 for. Looks like I ll be going somewhere else for now on.

Will not use this place again. It says 10 minute oil change ,well that's not true you will be lucky if they get it done in 30 minutes!! They also want to say your oil is dirty and you need to pay more money which is ridiculous since the oil change on my Ford Edge was already over $80! People are complaining big time on Facebook about this place of a lot more serious problems than mine. So I do not recommend this place at all!

It was great, didn't leave my car was in and out no waiting so quick was great. This is my second time coming there and they are awesome so friendly and efficient love it. Will definitely come again. Great staff!! I want to add to this, my next visit was today March 30th 2024, the staff was 2 Women, two AWESOME women, they were knowledgeable, smart, quick and very efficient, very friendly and just super nice. I was very impressed to say the least. I recommend this location highly. The job was done quick, professional and perfect. I am so thrilled it was a woman crew they were great much better than the men were much faster and very knowledgeable for sure. They helped me in so many ways from a rebate form to explaining every move. I would go nowhere else am so very pleased can't say enough great things. Check them out, it's worth your time you will be very pleased I promise. I look forward to my next return. I left with a smile ear to ear. Teresa the chief crew gal is awesome, worth your time. Check them out you won't be disappointed. I wasn't. Thk you gals for a great experience you make Strickland Brothers carry on they're great name. Thk you for everything!!!

They don t like to do oil changes here!I went three days in a row, trying to get my oil changed.The first day I showed up at 11:30 and I waited about five minutes before somebody came out and told me that they were going to finish up the car that was in the bay and they were going to lunch to come back in 30 minutes.2nd day: 1 pm I pulled up in the driveway saw a car in front of me a woman outside, talking to whoever was in the car that there for 10 minutes then the woman walked back to my car and said that they were closed. They had a break in the night before, and they were waiting on a guyto show up and she went back and kept talking to the person that was parked in front of me. Pretty sure it was the same car parked in the driveway the day before when they told me to come back. So far I ve sat in this driveway for 15 minutes in past 2 days before they felt inclined to tell me I was wasting my time.. not cool.3rd day: 1 pm I pulled Up and that they had cones across the driveway so I called the number listed online and a guy told me to give them 10 minutes that they were finishing up their lunch. 10 minutes later, a guy comes out and tells me that they just got back from lunch. Give him another 10 minutes and they d pull me in the bay. I said OK five minutes later a different guy comes out and tells me they re finishing up their lunch give them a little bit and they will help me. I told him y all sure don t like doing oil change around here he shrugs and walks off. I told him never mind if he doesn t wanna do an oil change and I don t want him under the hood of my car, he shrugged and closed the door. I don t know how this place stays in business. So over the course of 3 days I wasted an hour of my time fooling around waiting on these guys that don t like to work when the oil change itself is is only suppose to take 10 minutes.. every time I drive by I see the cones out I see the bay doors shut. There s a place across from Walmart that literally takes 10 minutes. There s another place in Sherman that the line is around the corner with people that they re helping that they get in and out this place is a freaking joke

Thank you for taking such good care of us! You all were thorough, fast, friendly, and professional. We will be driving from Denison where we live, to Strickland Brothers in Durant, OK for our oil changes going forward!

Went to get my oil changed and the workers were just sitting around not doing anything more like 20 minute wait not to mention how rude they were.. bring back the workers from grease and go they were way friendlier and made you want to come back for your next oil change! Most definitely will not be getting my oil changed at this destination anymore.

It is not a 10 minute oil change the guy didnt know what he was doing the lady was running it it was 30 minutes and 90$ that was after her saying 69.99 false advertisement of the 10 minutes and charged for what should be included in the oil change

I received a coupon in the mail that they would not honor. The oil had already been drained, so I couldn t leave without letting them finish. Instead of the $29.99 coupon price, I paid $82. Feels like bait and switch!

Service people are thorough and polite however they are short staffed so you can't expect a 10 minute oil change as it took 45 minutes the last 2 times I visited.

I recently had my oil changed I'm Washington and Durant it's Under New Management and the people were so nice and thorough and friendly and just answered all my questions and put up with me and my craziness thank you to everybody and yes I will definitely be back and I will recommend you

They were very friendly I am a big believer and did exactly what I asked him to do I think it would have been nice if they would have told me that they checked the fluids but they did not and I did not ask that's one part of the service that most oil changing places offer maybe they do and maybe they don't it would be nice to see in the future I will be back
