Debra over in service is absolutely wonderful. She is so easy to work with. I have also work with Jana and Rodger over in parts and they are some of the best. They really are a great group.

Wow... What excellent service. Yesterday both my husband and I were at Red River. My truck had a recall and they took in right in and provided me with a loaner for the weekend. But what was really impressive was that my husband drove in at 5:10 yesterday evening, just before closing, with an air conditioner problem. Even though they were about to close, they looked at the problem, assured him that if they couldn't fix it immediately, they would provide him with a loaner, and found a technician who hadn't left work. It turned out to be a computer problem and they fixed it. Not once was anyone less than kind and patient. We've been doing business with Red River for over 13 years and we've never been less than impressed with sales and with service. I can't recommend them highly enough!!Service: A/C installation & repair
