The sales, Billy, was great! Sold us the vehicle we really wanted, but we haven't had it long enough to rate it yet. Waiting to get tow package installed. Red River Ford was great to work with us to get us in the SUV we wanted! Everyone working there is friendly and ready to help you with your vehicle's needs.

I purchased this vehicle from Red River Ford in January with the help of Billy ( salesman). He was extremely helpful and friendly, addressing every need! As part of the deal, they included the installation of a trailer hitch receiver, and was installed with perfection! The whole staff was on board to answer questions and offer assistance during the process. I was not left alone for one second during the buying experience, making it a very welcoming experience! RRF makes you feel like family! Always there to assist!

Brandon and Davie were extremely helpful. Worked with us while our car was in the body shop getting repaired and answered every one of our questions and concerns along the way. Definitely going here in the future and recommending them to all of our friends and family.

Dropping off my mustang to get the air bag fixed was the only positive thing from this experience. Told me it would take a day and it did. Went to pick my car up, and their mechanics made themselves at home in my vehicle. My radio was on blaring country music, the a/c (which barely works) was also on, they had thrown my sun visor in the back of my car with no care, and the stuff that s in my glove box pulled out onto the passenger floor. When I drop my vehicle off to get parts fixed, I don t expect my belongings to be out of place. Just saying they could ve put my stuff back to where it was and not been so careless. If they are careless with the things in my vehicle, I can only imagine how careless they are doing their job. Thanks for fixing the air bag though.

This is the type of dealership I had thought no longer existed. Particularly since COVID.They were fair on the price and treated me with respect and were honest. What more can you ask when buying a truck?I enjoyed my experience at Red River and the staff were top shelf.

This review is tough. I have had good experiences and very bad experiences.My first experience was with their Service Dept. and Debra helped me get a new windshield. She was so friendly, kind, and kept me up to date on the pricing and progress.I take my Bronco to the Quick Lane for oil changes. Ryan is always so kind and helpful.My bad experience was with their Service Dept. At the beginning of 2023 I contacted Red River Ford because I have a Seatbelt Fault on my new Bronco that stays on my screen. Jonathan informed me that you have to take it where you bought it. This is unfortunate because my Wife bought it for me for my birthday in a different state. My next oil change at Quick Lane I complained to Ryan about it and he made a call to Jonathan who then called me and said he would pick up my car from work and fix it. That never happened. I tried to call them multiple times and now keep getting an answer machine. I have left messages and no one has called me back. Now my new Bronco seems to be falling apart. Not only do I have a Seatbelt Fault, now my cruise control won't work and gives me a warning.UPDATE:Blake Utter Ford in Denison helped repair my Bronco when Red River refused. Blake Utter Ford were very kind, informative, and fixed my Bronco to where she is like new again!

I recently purchased a new F150 from Red River Ford and the entire experience was top notch. I had talked to Ronnie briefly a few weeks prior so when I went to test drive, I asked for him. He was out that day but Chad spent a lot of time showing me features and letting me test drive trucks. When Ronnie got back, he made me a great deal with no nonsense pricing. Another dealer had a lower advertised priced but when I called that dealer, the truck couldn't be bought for that price because "add-ons" made the truck $3000 over MSRP. But with Ronnie and Red River Ford, it was simple. The listed price was their price without any games, add-ons or hidden fees. I appreciate the straightforward process and how easy it was to buy a new vehicle. Ronnie and the Red River Ford team are top notch and they will be the first place I go the next time I need a Ford.On another note, before purchasing the Ford, I also test drove Chevrolets and Dodges. I was really surprised at how close all of the trucks were in terms of interior quality, features, performance, etc. But even though it was a tough decision, I chose the Ford F150 Tremor because it just felt like it was a nose ahead in every area. Driving this truck puts a smile on my face each morning.Thank you Ronnie and Chad.

Had an awesome experience didn't get the exact car we were looking for but left with a great car for our family. Only downfall was the car smelt heavy of smoke from previous owner and still had tar in the ac vents. We have finally gotten the smell out. After 3 new cabin air filters. Still I would go back and purchase from them again. Due to not wanting to spend over 20k they got us in a very nice vehicle.

Red River Ford just told us they are unable to fix our vehicle that we purchased for them after we bought a new ECM because they are unable to obtain the Body Control Module,and Ford doesnt make that part anymore. When asked about the charges on Friday, and why we owed $290 if they can't repair the vehicle we was told that we brought the car in and told them to program the PCMs, and they programmed both of them. This is NOT TRUE, and they insisted that I told them to program the ECMs so I am being charged $145 for Labor, and $145 for programming the ECM. After calling several times during the week, and never receiving a call back like they said. I told them today that wasn't true, and the lady also said we told them to program it. We was also told that they was unable to even get to them after being told they was programmed because of a bad body control module so therefore they was unable to provide the services they are charging for. I let the lady know that we never told them to program the ECM, and why would we even do that after paying another company to program it. The lady then realized that she never talked with us and tried to blame the tow truck company we used to get it to them, and they also wasnt happy about the lies told by this service department. They just had me sign paperwork, and I had to pay the $290 to get our car back. $500 dollars later between tow trucks, and paying Red Fiver Ford we are taking the car to another mechanic that is willing to do the work. In this paperwork just signed it says customer refused further service, and it's ANOTHER LIE! We just wanted the car to be fixed. I do Not like calling out businesses, but I Do NOT recommend using these people at all. They will tell you only they can fix the car, and then when you pay to bring it back to them they will tell you they are unable to fix it, and charge you for unnecessary work. They will also look you in your eyes and lie to you. She even changed the paperwork, and after complaining about the $145 for programming the ECM that didn't need to be programmed they have now marked it all as labor. It's paid, and the Tow Truck Driver they pointed the finger at is towing it to another mechanic that is a lot more Honest than these Crooks! Heres your DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO RED RIVER FORD for repairs! They told us if we wanted our money back we need to get it from Coles Wrecker Service. SmhHIGHLY DISSATISFIED

I custom ordered a Maverick with a bed liner in the luxury package and was told the price wouldn t change. When I pointed out the bed liner was missing. The manager made up answers instead of looking into it or offering to call. He said I should complain to Ford company not his business, however it was his interaction that didn t really impress me. Basically, the numbers were shifted around to make it look the same but still didn t provide what I ordered. I usually only leave good reviews to help people out in their businesses but this is not one I recommend for an honest interaction.

DO NOT take your vehicle here. Our truck was ransacked while in their possession for almost 2 months. Numerous items stolen, some that were not replaceable and the manager stated it happens from time to time, sorry it happened to you. Didn t care to make anything right or offer any help. The truck shouldn t have even been there that long but they were caught in numerous lies.

Replacing one that was totaled...loved that Ford Flex, they had one, this time in red! Joseph was very helpful, as was Greg, and we were in and out about as quickly as possible when buying a car... couple of hours max. Everyone was friendly and helpful, which was appreciated. A 5 star experience.

I have been doing business with Red Diver Ford for a few years now, and have now purchased 4 vehicles from them now. Joseph, our salesman and the whole Red River crew always give us the greatest deal, and find a way to get us into any vehicle we wish to purchase. Their customer service is unlike any other dealership we have been to. They always make you feel at home as soon as you walk in the door. They don t just put numbers in a computer and wait for a response, they get on the phones and go to work for you. Such an awesome experience every time.

By far the very best dealership I have ever dealt with. Due to distance we were able to do most of it over the phone and through messages. The deal was made and I was in and out of the dealership and driving off in our new to us, Ford Explorer! Billy Vaughn and Greg Foster were amazing, very professional, and just great to deal with.
