On Monday morning my wife dropped her car off for a ( pre scheduled) oil change and tire rotation before work and picked it up after work with the help of her friend.When my wife goes to pay out, the counter person tells her that they did her oil change but weren t able to rotate the tires because the amount of tread was too low.The sales person removed the tire brochure from her oil change receipt ( conveniently paper clipped together )and immediately started to try to help her order new tires. My wife says I don t need new tires( she has roughly 30,000 miles on these 60,000 tires).I googled before writing this review and the federal government requires tire manufacturers to add the wear bars to tires so that you can visually see when a tire needs to be replaced. Some tire stores have a policy not to mount tires that are bald for safety and liable reasons as well.You can see in all the photos, that none of the wear bars are even with the tread of the tires. I do not own a tire tread depth gauge so I wasn t able to check it myself but again that is what the wear bars are for.Yesterday ( Friday) one of the salesman from Quick Lane called her in hopes of talking her into a new set of tires, ( since she wouldn t order any on Monday) she told them that she felt like they were trying to take advantage of her because she is a women and she would take her business elsewhere from now on out.This was her very first experience with Quick Lane of Durant.On a positive note, the oil change went well, the facility was clean, the staff were polite and were more than friendly as they tried to con her into buying a new set of tires she doesn t need.Everyone needs to know that this is a very old tactic of (unscrupulous) businesses which makes me question the other services they offer?Before i forget to mention it, I am writing this review on Saturday morning because now I have to go out in the Cold and rotate my wife s tires myself because Quick Lane refused to.This is the kind of customer service they gave to us!

My daughter had an issue with her car. They reset the check engine light and gave her the correct advice that a part didn t need to be replaced and that it reset itself. They could have just as easily mislead her to make a buck on a repair that wasn t needed but did not. That s a rarity these days so I ll give 5 stars for their honesty.

Never consistent on what the tech says.Red River Ford has since reached out and is taking care of the problems. Thanks to all the guys at the ford house from service all the way up. It means a lot to us little guys who are just trying to make it one day at a time when you actually care and want to help right a wrong. If it's not right they will try to fix it!!!

Don t go here!!!!! I came Monday morning to get a tire repaired. Cost me $20. It was flat again Tuesday. This time they said it had many holes that weren t there Monday morning. They won t refund my $20 or take it off of a new tire!I tried them a couple of years ago to change my oil. They did not put the undercarriage back under correctly, and it dragged the ground. It cost $1700 to replace!!! After I asked them to be careful with it!Don t give them your business!!! They will just waste your money!!!!

I had a leak at my air conditioner compressor, and I had already told the mechanic that there was a leak down there, I just couldn't reach it. Man on the phone had a tone like I didn't know what I was talking about, says to leave the car and keys, it will be a couple hours to get to it and get a quote, and he'll call me back. I waited not for two hours, not until the next day, but until the day after next and he calls me, telling me it will be 1800 bucks to fix, mostly for labor, and I don't mention that I know where to get the kit at wholesale price at over 200 off than what he told me it costs. I didn't express any discontent, though, not even when I walked to the shop and found out they billed me for over 200 dollars. Why? I didn't ask, but he told me that he was generous enough to not charge me for the freon, though I had to pay for the hour and half of labor. I know it doesn't take a paraplegic 90 minutes to connect the two hoses, pump it to find the leak "immediately," (the leak that I had already found and told him about) and then disconnect the hoses and park it for two days and call me back to tell me how stupid they think I am. They also left my car unlocked in the parking lot. Do not go here unless you are desperate.

Take all our vehicles here for our oil change and tire repair. They are a friendly group , they are professional. We drop it off go do some errands and they will let us know when they are finished .

They close before posted hours....got there 5 min before closing needed a patched tire and was turned away, not very good customer service when 4 ppl are standing around.

Top notch service. Helped us diagnose a potentially catastrophic issue in less than 30 minutes despite being very busy. Their mechanic was knowledgeable, honest, and helped explain the issue with the vehicle in simple terms. Would recommend to anyone local or on the road!

Quick Lane tire and Auto is actually located inside of a car dealership. The staff is very friendly, very helpful, very knowledgeable. There are luxurious couches to sit on while you wait. They do oil changes they do all kinds of minor services on your car that do flat changes.

They did a great job and for a great price! I knew something was wrong with my car and thought it was just needing an oil change. Turned out that my front tires were actually the issue (they were really bald on the inside due to my alignment being off). Not only did they show me the issue but also found me a great deal on new tires! They were very personable and did a great job all around! Definitely will be back! :)

I was looking for a new tire place because my original one shut down. Quick Lane Tire & Auto was my first experience since then and just like that, I found my new tire place.As an added bonus, they do much more than tires.The staff was very friendly and knew their business.5 stars from this old man.

The best experience I've had with any mechanic place. They let you know if your car has issues. Without charging you. They let you know after your service, which is the best experience. This is my #1 place to go for my car issues. Staff is excellent! It's definitely a go-to place.

Since moving to Durant I have come back to Quick Lane time and time again. These guys consistently have great customer service and has taken care of both my car issues every time they arose. There was even a time where I had brought in a flat tire and I expected to pay a service fee and the technician told me not to even worry about it and just told me that they would take care of it for me at no cost. I wouldn't say they would do this by default for everyone but it speaks to how they are really great at making sure you are taken care of. These are all the reasons why I am back today.

I rarely ever have anything bad to say about this place because they are amazing, but I had to get a slow leak fixed in one of my tires and it took over an hour to get it fixed I ve had slow leaks fixed before on a previous car and it has never taken this long I m not sure if they have a new person working in my car or something (if so then I get why it took so long) but while watching I saw most of their techs just standing around talking.

Where to begin?! The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and will not try to sell you what you don't need. I needed new tires. I asked them how much for all four and they told me I only needed two. Kyle ordered them, called me when they were in, and met me out by the car as soon as he saw me pull in. The place is clean as can be unlike a lot of other automotive places one might go to. I understand that auto work is a dirty job, but this place doesn't fit the norm. The waiting room is actually quite inviting and comfortable with plenty of space. I highly recommend Quick Lane.

Told us we could get an alignment if we brought our vehicle in before 4:30 showed up at 4:10 and got turned away. Wasted our time and gas and all we got was a shrug.

Had a horrible night with an infant and toddler stranded with a flat tire. Towed the truck over to the Durant OK location and was greeted by David one of the service advisors. He was quick at his responses and very helpful! Was in and out of the shop in less than an hour. A pleasant experience after a rough evening prior. Thanks David!

Brought my car in they said they should be able too fix my ac all too turn around and charge me $220 for manual labor and not even fix my ducking car they called me too say I need $2000 too fix it.

Honest men with Integrity. I'm new here in Durant and was calling around trying to get my alternator replaced because this guy at Auto-zone ran a diagnostic test on it and told me it was bad. He was annoyed that I asked him to check it in the 1st place so I knew to get a 2nd opinion. Called Start Rite Auto and they told me to take the alternator off myself and just bring it to them. Glad I didn't do that. Called Quick Lane Tire and Auto; and not only did they check the Alternator and tell me that it wasn't bad. They found the problem and didn't charge me for the diagnostic test. So grateful . Whenever I do need my vehicle fixed, I will be taking it to Quick Lane Tire & Auto.

The name will fool you. I have been here several times, I have not ever been here less than an hour. Most disturbing is that I purchased a vehicle from Red River Ford and this is where I can get my oil changes and tune-ups utilizing the Ford Care purchased at the dealership. You can't make an appointment either. Just bring your car and expect to wait a very, very long time. Once again, if this is the "service station" for Lincoln purchases, then have a QUICK lane for all Lincolns. Inconvenient. 3-stars as I am uncertain of the errors origin- Quick Lane or Red River Ford.

I went last week to get my spark plugs replaced and the guys at Quick Lane were very professional, the area was clean and they got me taken care of in a matter of hours. Taking it to the dealership would have taken them a couple days to do. Good and quality work

I've been going and getting my oil changes there now since they opened, they told me my brakes needed to be replaced by next oil change. So i stopped by no appointment to see how much it would cost, they got me in and fixed my brakes notice my license plate light was out so they fixed it. They came up explained how much it would be how long, offered me a ride home if i wanted. Great job

Extremely helpful. Ryan took care of our flat tire quickly so we could get back on the road for our vacation. We really appreciate his kindness. I strongly recommend this place.
