DO NOT GO HERE...my brother had windshield wipers put on and the employee left the old windshield wipers IN THE ENGINE OF MY BROTHERS CAR ... Causing the car to overheat and have to be towed to a dealership. After finding out they left the windshield wipers by the engine they said would reimburse him and now they will not pay for out $400+ work that had to be done on his car for their mistake. DO NOT GO HERE

Bought a rear rotar for 2016 silverado. During the repair process determined replacement was not necessary. I am from coalgate and am not in Durant often so I called NAPA stores closer to me to see if I could return to their stores and I could not because it was not just at their store. So it was almost 3 weeks before I was able to return to NAPA in Durant where purchased .The rotar was still in the box and plastic but the edge of the rotar nearest the open edge of the plastic had some surface rust on it which not uncommon for a rotor to do. The man with the final say would not honor the return becAuse of the small amount of rust even after I offered to polish it back shiney stating he would not be able to sell it!!So I have a brand new rear rotor for my Chevrolet that I do not need but whatever O'Reilly's or AutoZone from now on might not be as good a quality but you can always return it in their guarantees are good.!!!

I am from Missouri and I have a 81 bus. Blew the starter here in durant on the exit to the highway, 3 almost 4 miles away. After calling other stores that claimed to deliver that wouldn't without a shop pin. Cory with NAPA went above and beyond delivering to stranded motorist. He also took the core for us and gave us the core return price so we wouldn't have to come back. If that isn't make the world more Happy, Wholesome and Peaceful well I don't know what is. Thank you so much for the NAPA Know HOW!

Called ahead for availability of part. Yes we have it and it will be on the counter waiting for you. I got there and they have no knowledge of the conversation. They see that they took the call. Not one of these employees would acknowledge having talked to us. Pretty poor service. They are pitiful excuse for employees.

I wasn't sure what was wrong but my brake lights wouldn't go off. I had a few ideas but wasn't positive. After seeing me outside the NAPA he started trying to figure out the problem he came outside & helped to figure it out. Had just what I needed. We got it fixed and were back in the road in 10-15 min.

The place was clean, the guys were super nice, very quick to help me, younger guy may need to catch up on their online website, didn't realize they gave a discount for picking up in store!

Great parts store with great staff!! Store is clean and kept organized. If they don't have what you need in store they will order it for you. If you want good help ask for Susie! She's the best!

Craig at Napa in Durant was extremely helpful when my car battery died in the McDonald's parking lot as I was passing through on the way to go backpacking in the�Ouachita Mountains�of�Oklahoma. Craig recommended Mud Monster Garage, who promptly showed up and jumped the car so I could drive to Napa. Craig went above and beyond expections to locate a battery since they were out of stock. He replaced the battery and tested the charging system to make sure there were no other issues.Within 30 minutes I went from being stuck in McDonald's parking lot to having a new battery and being back on the road.Hats off to Craig and Napa of Durant! Thank you very much!
