The guys at Dunegans were super helpful and professional. They knew what they were doing and were able to repair my vehicle quickly. Would definite recommend and use then again!

Absolutely phenomenal people and shop.i had a run in with a deer, and they were quick to get me in and explained the whole process to me (I haven't had to deal with insurance before). They were very helpful annswering any questions I had. They did a fantastic job and I would definitely recommend this body shop to anyone.

Extremely unfriendly the shorter older man who does most of the estimates is VERY cold. My time was wasted. I got three different estimates. I don t know if it had to do with them knowing the other party had good insurance it got confusing. I had to take my car into them two times for estimates because the first wasnt Lexus parts I was injured. The car is not even supposed to be being driven right now I went out of my way to to go back for another estimate while being injured. Then they told the other parties insurance booked till next year after giving me three estimates , so why waste an injured persons who s been in a car accidents time? Be upfront tell injured people coming in or anyone with wrecked cars that you re booked until next year I made a phone call to give advice to tell people upfront that because people are injured, sometimes after accidents and do not have the mobility to go out of their way around to different body shops I was told I don t need your advice & cut me off speaking hes awfully rude! Super unprofessional and honestly flat out completely unempathetic. It s so true the negative review he will just pick & choose waste your time on whether he wants to work on yours or not maybe he takes insurance companies into his decision making don t waste your time to be lead on that your car will be fixed I ve never met anyone more rude to someone after they ve been injured in a car accident

Very professional! I was in a bad spot when I had my car ran into, needed the handy men at Dunegans too get me back on the road. Only took a few days, even had a taillight fixed for Very cheap that wasn't part of the insurance claim. I am very pleased with them on a timely manner, efficient job they did on repairing my car. (Highley reccomend). Was in the process of moving, they even let me have some big boxes for free to help with my move. Great establishment.

I was not the easiest customer. My job started off with a scheduling mixup and and a delay that left me a bit disappointed. But Jeremy went above and beyond to work me into a tough week for him. This time, I was surprised that my truck was finished two days earlier than expected and the job was done beautifully.It takes solid effort and dedication to come in late and work extra hours to get a job like mine done ahead of schedule and for that, any minor misunderstanding we had in the beginning is completely erased. I wouldn t hesitate to go back with my vehicles in the future...although I sure hope in the future I don t mess up and back my lawnmower into the side of my truck!!!Thank you for the effort and a wonderful job.

Absolutely love this place the men there are very helpful looked at my car took pictures ordered parts I got to drive my car the whole time they were waiting for the parts which was only a few days and then two and a half days in the shop I had my car back well it's definitely use them again

These guys were fantastic! I brought them in for some body work after an accident and they worked with the insurance. They were just fantastic. They had great communication and we're open about everything that they worked on. I would absolutely go back to these guys and highly recommend.

I brought my GMC Sierra pickup to Dunegan Collision Repair with severe hail damage. I asked quite a few people who I should use to repair my truck, and each of them recommended Dunegan Collision Repair. I now see why. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and they do amazing work. I also appreciate the great communication that I experienced. I want to say thank you to Jeremy, Tiffany, and Cody for all of your help.Some notable things I want to point out:1. Jeremy told me when I dropped it off on Monday that he would do everything he could to have it back to me on Friday. He delivered on that promise and I picked it up on Friday.2. I had no rental car coverage on my insurance plan, but Jeremy had a nice little car that he rented to me at a great price. When I arrived on Monday morning, the car was waiting on me with a full tank of gas.3. My truck looks brand new. The staff at Dunegan Collision Repair take pride in their work and it truly shows.If you are searching for a body shop to repair your vehicle, look no further than Dunegan Collision Repair. They will take great care of you.

I had an encounter with a deer while on my way to Durant, OK at Thanksgiving. Phoned the shop and informed them what happened when driving into Durant. Scheduled an appointment for the following morning for them to look at the vehicle. Jeremy made arrangements with the insurance company, ordered all the parts and had my vehicle restored back to like new condition the next day. The workmanship was excellent and how they handled my claim in such short notice was above and beyond of what was expected.

We had a GREAT experience with Dunegan Collision Repair. They did such an awesome job, you couldn't even tell that our little Ford Focus had been run over in a parking lot by a big dually pickup! They were very perfessional! We would definitely use them again & always recommend them to family and friends!!

I highly recommend this paint and body for your vehicle repairs. My wife's Equinox was damaged by a animal that destroyed both fenders. Jeremy and the guys repaired our Equinox and I've always been afraid of what a brand new vehicle would look like after a repair to the body but looks just like it did new. Friendly staff that care about the customer over anytime.

If I could give a negative I would. We got rear-ended. After Progressive had us take pictures and videos instead of sending an adjuster, and Progressive thinking the damage was $200, we took it to Dunegan's for an estimate. We had 2 people look at it that work with metal all the time (no, they are not body men, they are welders and could clearly see where the frame was bent and pointed it out). We received a repair estimate and it stated that the cross frame would be repaired/replaced. This repair estimate was A LOT more than $200. After making an appointment and bringing it in for the repairs, we get a phone call from a field adjuster that says he and Dunegan's doesn't see where it is bent. I have no idea why Dunegan's would go back on their estimate. People should be honorable and keep their word. I have had 2 people that work with metal and they both clearly see that it IS bent; however Dunegan's changed his mind after visiting with the field adjuster.

Took my new durango to them to adjust my hood and fender, for them to only make it worse and still did not fix it, I went through Hoyte in Durant and that where they sent it., I was told by Hoyte to take it back to Bonham Chrysler on where I bought it. so I did for them to take it to McBroom's in Bonham and fixed it like it should. I'm very pleased with Bonham and McBroom's body shop. I do not recommend service with Hoyte or Dunegans.

I HAD MY TOYOTA TRUCK FIXED AT DUNEGAN COLLISION AND WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE REPAIRS, THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND GETTING MY TRUCK BACK TO A PERFECT CONDITION, THEY HELPED ME WITH THE CLAIMS PROCESS WITH MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND FIXED MY TRUCK IN A VERY ACCEPTABLE TIME FRAME, I WOULD RECOMMEND THAT EVERYONE HAVE THEIR VEHICLE FIXED AT THIS FACILITY, THEY ARE VERY WELL TRAINED IN THE REPAIRING OF AUTOMOBILES.
