Got ripped off by Jeff, who works there. Sold me a car with a bad motor, said they would make it right. Car was in the shop for over 2 months, never did fix it.

I called at 5pm on a Saturday. The person that finally answered the phone was either drunk, stoned or pulled out of a deep sleep. He was incurrent. I needed my care unlocked. He could not give me a price or time frame and he did not know the address. He thought I was in Choctaw. The address I gave him is in Durant. I gave up and just said good bye and hung up.

I always give credit where it is due!Before I took my vehicle to Cole's garage in Durant, Ok.. I'd done some work to it myself. What I couldn't do..was gonna have Cole's Garage work on it. Anyway, I was quoted $340 for 3 hours labor and plus the parts to fix my vehicle. Long story short, it was just a loose electrical connection, easily solved. I asked how much I owed..and was told nothing! Super great service! I could have been easily ripped off, but I wasn't!

UNEXCUSABLE SERVICE AND COMMUNICATION!!Called on a Wednesday and was told they were free to look at my vehicle. Although I did wait 3 hours to bring in, my car wound up never being looked at properly. I had to call Friday and was told they then wouldn't be able to look at it until the following Monday. So now they've had the car 3 days and still it hasn't been looked at. Left it over the weekend to be serviced that Monday as they said. Called again Tuesday to check the progress and was told to come and get my vehicle as they didn't know what was wrong and couldn't help me. Was literally told good luck as I drove off in my vehicle, with it still grinding and clearly not fixed as it was suppose to be, because they never touched it over the course of almost a full week of having it.Also was never called and relayed any information when I or my wife would call. Left messages and was told notes were taken and would be given to mechanic. Neither was done as again we never received a call at anytime nor was any call ever returned.Although fair in pricing this place lacks professionalism and communication. Wouldn't recommend unless your fine with running in circles and wasting time.

Someone tried breaking into my vehicle a couple weeks back and broke the door handle to the passenger side door. I took it to Coles garage and explained to the mechanic what happened and he fixed it in no time at all! 30 minutes at most. The shop supervisor and lady in main office were very nice too. Will definitely be using them in the future.Service: General repairs & maintenance

This service responded at the request of my roadside assistance company after a blowout. First thing out of the guys mouth was a request for a pen, not exactly the best first impression. The gentleman then asked me to sign a blank service order - to which I refused. He then proceeded to inform me he wouldn't be changing my tire.I promptly reviewed the paper he handed me, and informed him at minimum I would need him to fill out the basic vehicle information, milage, my information, etc and we could talk. He argued further that it was just to say he showed up. After a threat to call the number I had for the company he filled it out, made the tire change and left.What a wild way to represent one's place of employment.I'm not sure who Cole is but someone let him know his training process for employees needs extensive review.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Auto tire replacement

These people are crooks and con artists and they take advantage of females. And they lie about what towing companies can and can't do so they can get as much money out of you as possible.

Was very timely and helpful when my boyfriend and I needed a tow. Took it right over to the mechanic shop for us. The gentleman who was helping us was super kind and knew exactly what he was doing! Thank you Cole s!

I took my 2002 Ford Mustang GT in to get whatever was leaking underneath fixed and to get Alignment done, they said they fixed the leaking that they tighten up to lose power steering hoses cause that was what was leaking and gave me alignment, I got my car home, it was still leaking and I didn t even get alignment. I took it to another shop and my leak was the front crank seal leaking oil. I paid $160.00 for Coles to fix nothing, I will not be going back. I wasted money. My car is all fixed now cause the other shop fixed everything. I will never recommend ColesServices: Steering & suspension repair, Wheel alignment, Auto maintenance

These guys quoted me a price of$189 to replace the starter on my truck, and only cleaned the contacts on my auto theft module. Never called me to pick it up and what I checked they told me only $65, but when I picked it up they said my cost was $149!! Don't trust these highway robbers!! My husband and I were passing through Durant on a road trip to Texas. We had an engine malfunction light come in my Jetta. We called Cole s, and the mechanic told us to stop in. Jeff, the mechanic, was very kind and helpful. He ran the codes for us, checked under the hood, and assured us that journeying on wouldn t damage our engine. He was very honest with us and helpful! He even said that we could call back if we had another issue on the road and he would try to help us over the phone. So grateful for the service we received!

I had them tow my car and the car didn t get to where I requested in the time I was told and when I tried to call to find out where my car and the tow truck was, the woman who answered was extremely rude and said the office was closed and hung up on me when I tried to tell her they had already picked up my car. I called back and I could hear the phone click like she picked it up and then she hung it back up without saying anything. I am having to call roadside assistance again to find out where the hell my car is!

These great folks are awesome. Helped us out after an accident while traveling through. Very helpful, kept broken parts for insurance company, and gave me a break on storage after I picked up the wrong part and had to wait all weekend for the correct one. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing place for all your car needs. Need a tow? Oil change? Engine redo? Cole's has you covered. Don't worry, size does not matter. Gary and his crew can help with your golf cart to semi or even a plane in the water .I l ve mom and pop businesses. This is a family owned business and they treat you as such. I'd choose Cole's over anyone and I don't even live in Oklahoma.* Everyone give a lil love to small & local businesses So next time you are in need of f a tow, etc. Call Gary, tell him, Heidi sent you!Until next time...

So many positive things I could say they just saved me $357 all I had to do was buy 3 qt of oil they were honest and fair which is hard to find these days especially with a mechanic what I had been told was my valve cover gasket boil down to the fact that Walmart didn't tighten the bolts or the oil filter after my oil change thank you calls you guys just save me so much money especially with the baby on the way thanks again Mike!

DID NOT REQUEST OUR AUTO BE TOWED OR PULL BY CHAIN TO COLES!!!! DIDNT KNOW THE PERSON THAT SOMEONE CALLED WAS EMPLOYED THERE!!!! HE TOLD THE PERSON HE WORKED AT USSERY AUTO....HE PROMISE SEVERAL TIMES TO CALL, PICK UP KEYS, AND NEVER KNOWING THEIE AUTO WAS NOT PULLED TO USSERYS!!!! I FEEL DECEPTION!!! HE MENTION HE WAS GOING TO HAVE THEM CALL US....NEVER GOT CALL....WHEN WE CALL THERE WAS AN OLE HATEFUL MEAN GAL HUNG UP AND VERBALLY ACCOSTED AN ELDERLY MILITARY DISABLE VET....SHE FALSE ACCUSE AND TOLD HER TO WALK AND GET CAR!!! YHEN, WHEN TOW GOT THERE...SHE REFUSE TOWW CAUSING MORE MENTAL ANGUISH...SHE WOULD NOT COME GET ALLEGED GAS MONEY OR RECEIPT@!!! ABOSOLUTELY HORRIBLE....HAD ME SO UPSET MY HEART PALPITATED VICIOUSLY
