Kolby and Terrell were absolutely phenomenal! They went above and beyond to help me and made the entire experience smooth and easy. It was not a stressful environment, at all. Everyone was laid back, smiling, and having a good time. I would definitely recommend buying a car here.

Fast and easy approval. I think this was the best car buying experience I ve ever had. They worked very well to get me in a nice car of my choosing with a down payment and payment I could afford. Really friendly and courteous staff. I would recommend them highly to anyone.

I purchased a chevy trax that I love but service engine light was on due to catalytic converters. They agreed to replace. 3 months later there is more things wrong with this trax then you can imagine. It wasn't this way when I purchased it and the extended service contract. The mechanic they require me to take it to keeps breaking things on vehicle and they won't send it to someone who will fix it right. 2 weeks ago when they had it, the front grill bumper and fender flares got broken. The manager Tyrell looked at it and said "It wasn't like that before" and that they would allow me to take to dealership to get it fixed right. I have to take a day off work every time it goes in shop or half day to go by lot because they won't return my calls and the have receptionist screening calls. Jayla the service manager drove the vehicle back from mechanic and said the service engine light came back on after she left Denison and she noticed the reduced power on it. It can't maintain speed when going up hills.Its been a week and numerous responses that they are out of the office or on the other line calls I've made trying to find out when it will be fixed.A good place of business that damaged your vehicle would be calling apologizing trying to might it right.. Not Jayla or Tyrell they avoid you like you have the plague.Car mart might be ok if they had good management. But with current one's, I wouldn't recommend it. They appear nice and caring but it's only when they are receiving money. Go to them with a problem and you will not get a solution.

I went to get a car from them because my car broke down on my way home to Ga. They said everything was verified over the phone. I get down there to get the car, they try showing me 3 cars not on the lot, changed the price of the same car 3 times and was caught in lies multiple times in a 4 hour span. I still ended up leaving without a car and wouldn t recommend my enemy to them!

Kolby at Car-mart goes above and beyond to get you into a vehicle that you actually love and want. He s nice and friendly and very professional answers all the questions you have with a smile. I went in there to get my car and was greeted with smiles from all employees and they talked and joked around with me and made me feel very comfortable and I highly recommend getting you a nice suitable ride for you through car-mart use salesman Kolby he s awesome YOU WONT REGRET IT

This place is a horrible place NEVER buy anything from this so called business. They have absolutely no clue what they're doing. I "bought" a car from them 4 MONTHS AGO! I still can't even register the damn thing OR get tags on it because they keep giving me the run around and won't give me the title. They haven't even done lein paperwork apparently. The office girl is absolutely useless and gave me a lame excuse saying she "lost the lein paperwork." And now they're avoiding my calls. Save your precious time and money and go literally anywhere else to get a car.Sincerely, a very unhappy and irritated woman.PS. I'd give zero stars if possible just saying. Most unprofessional and irritating people I've ever encountered. Also I've been making payments this entire time I'm so beyond stressed and annoyed.

I bought a vehicle and have been early on each payment. Here I am 3 months later with no paperwork to register my vehicle. It is currently sitting in my yard. I have had nothing but excuses as to why. I give them an absolute zero rating but Google makes you do at least one star. Save yourself the trouble. Go elsewhere.

Made me feel like family. Best car buying experience I have ever had. They helped me and didn't make me feel like just some seat warmer. I will only purchase my cars from here and will send any and all family and friends.Sale team really made it easy and fast. We all hate to sit and what for the yes or no, but they make it painless and will do what they can to help. Not that game of lies most dealers try, no fake smiles or talk.To everyone up there thank you.

I don't think they deserve any stars , one person in particular that works there is really a horrible, sad, disgrace of a human being, she really doesn't deserve to work anywhere and maybe one day when she no longer works there, then maybe it will become a better place to do business

So much easier to buy a car here. Everyone was ready to help. I walked in, did about a 2 minute, assessment and was on my way home in a vehicle I am proud of. All in less than 2 hours. Great atmosphere as well. Kolby was patient as I ask many questions and Terrell made me feel confident in buying and financing the right car. Top notch, highly recommended.

The whole team there was amazing. Kolby helped me out with picking a car, he even drove one of them to ensure that it was a good vehicle and he was just an overall good associate. I couldn t have asked for a better place to get a car

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! The level of unprofessionalism of this company is something I have never experienced in my entire life. I purchased a vehicle from Terrell 3 months ago. On august 13th my transmission went out on the highway when I was driving. It was a Sunday so Americas car mart was closed. I had to pay out of pocket for a tow to a nearby transmission shop. (Mind you I am still under warranty) I waited until the following morning to call when they opened. It took me writing an email to Terrell and 3 days of calling up to the Durant location before I could even talk to Terrell in which he said he would call me the following morning-After days of asking to speak to him or the GM Dylan. After 2 more days of not hearing anything back and he calling to ask to speak to them I finally went up to the location and spoke to Terrell directly. He was very apologetic seeing as if my fianc� had been fired from his job due to us being sold an unreliable vehicle. However, instead of offering to get my vehicle serviced BECAUSE I AM STILL UNDER WARRANTY he suggested that we do a voluntary repossession so we can get me back into a vehicle. That I m sure would be just as reliable as the one I was sold. It is now the 31st of August no one has even called the transmission shop I paid to get it towed to to resolve this and I have called corporate every day requesting a call from the district manager since Dylan as the GM has no interest in rectifying the situation himself- and still nothing from anyone. I have filed a report with the better business bureau and I am having my lawyer look in to getting me out of my contract. Save yourself the time, money, and headache of going through this company for any reason.

They have the best and I mean the best people working there. They will help you in any way they can. I just got a beautiful car from them and they worked with me and got me into it in one day! I would highly recommend this place to anyone in need of a nice vehicle

Kolby was very attentive to our needs and wants in a car. He went out of his way to look at a few different cars to give us some options. We ended up buying the Hyundai Sonata! I love it!

Car mart of Durant is a great place to find a car. If you have bad credit they can still get you into a good vehicle. They have a big selection of cars. Their salesman and management team is very welcoming and it's very pressure free. I definitely recommend them!!! It's the first time I am owning a vehicle with less than 100,000 (70,000) miles on it. Everywhere else I end up with 150,000 miles or more on a vehicle and never have any options at other places, always stuck with the "1" vehicle they will allow me to purchase. Here I was able to test drive many vehicles and choose the one I liked the best. They make you feel like family!

Everyone at this lot was super nice. They did everything they could to get me into the vehicle I wanted. The people there stayed way past closing time to make sure I was in a vehicle that day. Shoot out to Cherokee she is an awesome worker. Super nice and always ready to help out. Can t leave out Dylan and Morris. Did everything they could to make my experience there a good one.

I had a great experience buying a car, from start to finish! They were able to work with me on everything and make it happen even though I had a limited amount to put down on the car. Car Mart of Durant is amazing. My experience was amazing. Kolby was awesome and made sure I left with a new car that I wanted. And the Assistant manager and the ladies that work there were amazing as well. It was a great experience

Everyone at the Durant Car-Mart were courteous to us. The employees there seem to be a family, not co-workers. And that's what I liked. I recommend Car-Mart, it's the right place to go to when need a car. Because Car-Mart folks care.

EVERYONE at Car-mart in Durant are amazing! If we ve ever had an issue they were on top of it to solve the problem quickly. They have great management. If your in the market for a vehicle, give these guys a try. I have NEVER had bad service with them. Truly great, genuine, and caring people who work there. They are pretty amazing
