I checked online and the website showed they had a specter universal fuel pressure regulator in stock. Drove 45 minutes to the store to find out in fact they did not have one in stock and the employee said it was stolen. So he took my name and number and ordered one and said it would be here tomorrow at 10:30 a.m.. so I drive another 45 minutes at noon back to the store told them I had ordered it and the guy had no clue what I was talking about. He also took my name and number and looked in the computer and said there was nothing in there. he acted so confused he looked around looked in the computer again looked around the store some more. He told me they didn't have it and he could order it again and it'll be here the next day. He then proceeded to call another store and told the other store to hand the part to a driver. He told me to come back in a few hours and it would be there I asked if he needed my name and phone number again and he said no just come in a few hours I asked what time He said a few hours. I went to Napa and they had the part I needed on hand. I needed this part 2 days ago it was time sensitive. The people at the counter need better training and better customer service and probably more training on ordering parts and informing customers. Will not go back do not recommend.

Once again they came to my aid when I needed a battery changed and we're immediately attentive. Darius helped me get it all changed out and they were extremely professional. I will always come here in need.

Great customer service!! We ended up on a wild goose chase looking for a part and he helped us find a part we needed to fix my sons 4 wheeler.

The managers stood around watching all the other workers work extremely hard, customers waiting to be helped, and managers didn't offer, just stood around bossing the others to move faster. Man who helped me was amazing. He was kind and worked very very hard. He did an outstanding job putting my battery in.

GreT fast service and the guy went above and beyond to make sure I got my brakes!!!Man update got a new car 2017 ford focus and my check engine light came on took it to these guys car threw an actual ecu code killed check light came back on threw the evap system code. If it wasn't for them and the knowledge these guys have I would have ended up spending 599$ but because of the patience and care they were able to carefully figure out the issue by running a diagnostic! I just want to say thank you to the whole crew up there for being kind patient, and of course putting a smile on my face! One happy customer!!

Many thanks to Eugene and Arthur who went the extra mile for me and my boat. Eugene is just the right guy in the right place with Arthur helped find an automobile power steering unit close enough to fit my boat and with a customer service team like this I m back on the water today. Thanks again guys you know your parts.

The staff here is for friendly some are very knowledgeable about the make model year and as well as where vehicles are made Manager's Eugene and Gary are both very helpful and customer service Attentive. I really appreciate the help that the entire staff of this store has given. That is my reasoning for the 5 star review

Charlie Brown the assistant store manager was such a help! We came in about 8:30pm in looks for a caliper bolt and had it set out for us! When it wasn't the right one he climbed right up the ladder to find the correct one! Great customer service even late at night on a holiday weekend!!

Autozone is the BEST place to go when you are doing mechanic work on your vehicle. I have yet to be disappointed by the service and selection available at any Autozone. If you are unsure of how to do a job on your vehicle, you can likely ask one of the employees and they will know how to help you out (great staff that is passionate about mechanic work). My dad and I had the radiator go out in our truck while driving through Durant, and were lucky enough to stop at this Autozone. They had our part in stock (radiator for 1993 F-150) and were able to lend us a tool or two so that we could get the job done in the parking lot (since it was an emergency). When we had problems getting the radiator in and accidentally ruined the radiator, the staff was helpful enough to warranty out the first radiator and get us a new one, saving us over $100. I am very impressed with their inventory management system that accurately shows (for the most part) when an item is in-stock, and if it isn't, which nearby Autozone has the part available. This is extremely helpful.

Nick needs to check his attitude and learn how to deal with customers. I took a few jugs of oil in to recycle and before I could even tell him they were old jugs he told me to put them on the counter. I informed him that I was recycling, not buying. With an attitude he said "Yeah, I said just put them on the counter" while pointing at the counter. Maybe a little retraining would be helpful. Judging by his grey shirt I'm guessing he's the manager as well.

I've actually had good luck with Durants AutoZone. They get the right parts and are very helpful, seems like their crew is knowledgeable at what you need, it's nice not having to take parts back to order new ones.

Store 521 has always had my wife's back. We have been going to Autozone for years -- our first experience was to get some windshield wipers and they changed them out for us in the middle of a downpour. The second time we went was when our car battery failed us and they did their checks and found out and replaced our battery.But this last visit really takes the cake. We would like to thank Charlie personally for his hard work. In the heat of summer, he took exceptionally good care of us. They saw the condition of our battery which was still under warranty, did their scan and found it was a bad battery and we also had bad connections. Though we are not car savvy, they politely gave us a layman's explanation and some advice on what to do.They went above and beyond by changing the entire battery out, putting on new couples for the connectors, and finally by putting on anti-corrosion pieces to keep it safe and in good contact.Thank you so much Charlie for doing that for us in the blazing heat. You were awesome and so was the lady who helped us from the get go. Sadly, I did not get her name, but she also deserves the kudos! I will always go to this Autozone. They've always been understanding and attentive!

I went to AutoZone Last night because I wanted to buy a battery I went out and checked it I back in he looks it up on the computer tell me how much the battery was $300 I told him I couldn't afford that he said well you can't go no lower than this battery here which was $199 vintage as we do it ain't your battery it's your alternator buy the $300 battery he wanted me to buy fixed income and then he's out there telling me I've been a licensed mechanic for so many years I don't care what he was he's working at AutoZone he is supposed to help afford the most expensive thing they got try to help him out a little bit don't sit there and try to sell them something else I'm going to O'Reilly's where they do help u

Every time I go in there, the staff is so courteous and helpful. They always try to find me the best products for the best prices, and offer advice on how to handle whatever issue my vehicle may be having. I appreciate them!

I was helped by Collin and a female (didn't catch her name, but service was excellent. Both very eager to help me, and explain threaders and non foulers. One of my best experiences at an auto parts store.

Great pricing and friendly service!! Only once did I receive unsatisfactory help by only one of the employees. He must of been having a bad day. Otherwise they have always been very helpful and friendly!!

Was relieved to discover the customer service of this auto zone in my new home town. I wasn't sure if I needed a new battery or not or possibly 2 ( big red has to is it diesel) but the gentleman at the counter helped me out tremendously & tested everything and thus I only needed one battery (which he installed). awesome service ....thank you so much

They do there best and will stand behind there warranty, unlike o rileys they talk down to people and won't warranty stuff like they say when you buy it.
