I purchased a set of tires and returned for the 1st balance and rotate service that I paid for when initially purchasing the tires.The serviced department was able to stay in contact with me by text when I was in the store doing my shopping. I was contacted when they started the service, and when they were done with the service... Only 15 minutes later.Great job, guys... thanks for a good experience.

If I could give them zero stars, I would! DO NOT go to the Duncan Walmart for ANY of your tire or lube needs! They are rude, relay inaccurate information, they lose track of what they are even doing and quite frankly I would be afraid they may mess your car up! Extremely poor customer service, poor service period. I will NEVER return and I will NEVER recommend anyone to them! Please do not make the same mistake as I did thinking it would be quick and cheaper... You will end up wasting time and money and may even have a bigger car problem on your hands.

I had a really bad day up until getting here, hydroplaned off the road. Had to get my tire fixed.They where helpful and friendly and made my day just that little bit better.Took them about an hour to fix my tire. I honestly just used to time to sit down and relax a bit, I sure needed it.

Went shopping and truck wouldn't start, to leave. Automotive had battery in stock, and had it installed in no time. They were fast, friendly and had the truck running in a short amount of time.

Didn t replace my oil cap. I only caught it because the engine wouldn t start.Spoke to the manager Mario who offered me reimbursement after I buy an oil cap.I live 30 minutes from this Auto place and diesel isn t cheap, plus the extra cost of adding more oil.This place is a joke and not worth your time.Ben Coffman

grandson took his car in for oil change, the service tec. did not remove old oil, but did put 4 more quarts in the car.

The workers in the shop work hard and are helpful... But, the management is horrendous. Been here for a couple of hours waiting to get a tire changed.I should have shopped local.

I only give ot a 1 star because it won't let me put 0 stars.... I've never seen people move so slowly in my life!! Seriously will not be coming here EVER again!

It took OVER 2 HOURS to get the oil changed in my truck.I can pull up at ANY other Walmart,The same amount of cars ahead of me and it never takes longer than 40-45 minutes!!
