I brought my tundra in to replace the windshield. All went well until I drove down the highway after the repair. There was a leak (seems like it was due to a leak in the bead on the driver's side) that causes a loud howl at higher speed. There is water leaking in now that it's raining. It may not be easy to see in the pictures, but they smeared a large bead of urethane on the inside of the windshield on the trim on the A pillar. (maybe to try to cover up their mistake instead of fixing it correctly).I brought it right back in, and they scraped off the bead on the inside trim, but did not fix the issue. I don't believe they took the windshield off. I guess they went to McDonald's to try it out on the highway and left trash in the truck as well.On the outside of the car, the trim/seals on either side of the wind shield are bent, torn up, and flapped in the wind. Their solution after I took it back was to fill it in and smear urethane all over them. Looks bad, and will be a pain for the next shop I find to try to fix this.It seems like they lost some talent recently, as they not longer offer tint service when I asked. This may have been a good shop in the past, but I would caution anyone to not use them now. It just seems like there's a lot of inexperience and lack of care going on.

My first call June 6 ended in getting a single pane pice of glass (basically 2.5 ft. x 3 ft) so not that big...being installed yesterday! Not impressed at all to say the least. I totally understand no one wants to work and supply backlogs, however communication to a customer is pretty important. Doing what you say you're going to do, like calling someone back is paramount in a customer service based job. It's not that hard.The guys who measured and installed the window were great and we appreciate them. The owners were supposed to call....crickets. The office staff at both locations were supposed to call us back...crickets.

The guys did an amazing job with the shower. They gave me a good quote and installed within a week. The quick turnaround was a pleasant surprise since I was expecting to wait 2 weeks. My shower box was slightly tilted and they found a way to make it look great. Thanks guys

I opted to use them after reading the response to the negative reviews. I judge based upon how a bad situation is corrected & I chose correctly the did one heck of a good job ( fast and clean ) would use them again and will tell friends and family

Avoid this business at all costs. Terrible customer service. I called them about a broken window in our home and it took multiple calls to get them to come out to measure. I had to call them after they measured because they never updated me. I was texted by Jess and told my total would be $350 and I would have to pay half down to order the window. When I called to pay my $175 I was told it was actually going to be over $250 for HALF. I told them I was not quoted that and will not be paying that much. She quickly corrected and excused it as a "fee" that sometimes they "forget" to take off. I gave the benefit of the doubt and paid my $175 and was told they would install it next week. 7 weeks, multiple phone calls, and no window replacement later, I would stray far from using Shane Burk. They never called to update on the situation. I had to call them almost daily and be told "we'll be there tomorrow" with no sight of anyone or phone call. I called 2 days ago and asked for a refund and if I could pick up my window screen that they were also supposed to repair. I was instead told they would deliver it tomorrow. 2 days later and no window screen. Highly do not recommend this company. They will try and scam you for more money, and never get you your product. We were supposed to have our new window before Thanksgiving, it is now passed new years. Do not have work done from here.

I went in to have a cracked windshield replaced on my brand new car. They said they would call me when it was done they didn t. I called them picked it up the next day. The frame around the windshield flew off my car. I took it back. They said there were two pieces of the frame that were broken and the guy who had put them back on probably knew that again they kept my car all day. They said they would call but they never did. I called them at 4:30 picked up my car, then they ordered the parts that they broke. It took over a week for them to come in and they finally fixed it yesterday I noticed there was glue all over the windshield when I took it to the car wash do not use this company

Got me in quick so I could drive my truck safely when no one else could or would after Lawton s hailstone fight with Mother Nature. That crew is working from morning to night. Hollie is great. Thanks to the whole team!

We needed some skinny custom mirrors and they did an amazing job and the price was great! They even went and got us brackets that matched our frame board! They were really quick with the quote and the installation! We could not be happier with our service. The two men who installed the mirrors were very friendly and did an amazing job installing the mirrors.

We took my son's camaro in to have windshield replaced & who ever did the work really did a number on the center of dash cover!! It was NOT IN THIS condition before we came to your establishment..

Amazing people true and honest fixed our cracked windshield at no cost his words where since it has cracked beyond the chip I can t warrenty it so I won t charge you he just wished us luck on our trip and sent us on our way true hospitality
