I purchased a 'new to me car' last night through Wiley Balthrop at Merit Dodge. I test drove this little 2019 Jeep Cherokee and really liked how it drove and handled. Wiley was great, all around, from the time I arrived. He was very knowledgeable, and super helpful with my questions. Not once did he make me feel like he was being bothered by my questions. He made me feel comfortable from the moment I sat down in his office. I couldn't be happier with my little suv. Thank you very much Wiley!

Wiley Balthrop is the absolute best. I was in a jam for an affordable vehicle and he had one brought down from another dealer ship for me. Couldn t ask for better customer service. Everyone here is so polite and helpful.

I purchased my 2016 GMC 2500HD here. Had the pleasure of working with Nichole in sales and Mark in finance. Both are top notch people. Nichole is an absolute Rockstar she went above and beyond to make it happen. In kidding around with her I told her she could sell ice to an Eskimo. And I believe she could. Overall experience was Amazing.

My wife and I are from East Texas and we were looking for an extremely specific van and found exactly what we wanted online at Merit. Jerry Firm was so kind and helpful and made the purchase seamless and easy for us being out of state. We couldn t have had a more pleasant experience purchasing our 23 Pacifica with Merit. Our family has been dealing with this company for the past twenty years. Long before they were call merit. We had nothing but great service from them. Their service team is always friendly. The sales floor representives are always willing to help whether it is to just give information or get you into a brand new car. Shout out to Wiley Balthrop. I personally will not go to another dealership unless i move to another state. And this is one of the most recent vehicles that our family bought from them. It belonged to my father and now is mine. My family has been going to this dealership for years. We travel from an hour away to get service done on our vehicles here, and this is our first stop when looking to purchase a vehicle. The staff are great, Wiley in sales is awesome and Brittany in the service department is always there to help. Highly recommend!

I have great satisfaction and confidence in Merit Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Duncan, OK! I found myself having to unexpectedly replace my Jeep Cherokee due to a wreck. My vehicle was totaled and I needed another right away. There were many things I loved about my vehicle that I wasn't willing to do without in a new vehicle. Although they didn't have what I needed on the lot at the time, my salesperson, Wiley Balthrop, worked quickly to locate the vehicle I needed/requested and made it happen! I had my new vehicle in just a matter of the days! Wiley was very understanding and compassionate of my situation and helped me work through the process. I was also very pleased with the assistance I received from the finance person and other individuals on the team. Thank you Merit for great customer service!

I arrived at the dealership looking at one specific vehicle. Ricky Myers came out within a minute or so I told him I needed to stay as close to my current payment as possible. I was basically asking Ricky to perform a miracle as the vehicle I wanted was newer and I was already upside down on the current vehicle. RICKY MEYERS DID IT !!!!! Not only that, he called me just before Christmas to make sure I was happy with the vehicle. I highly recommend Ricky he was an answer to MY prayers !

Stopped in at the dealership yesterday looking at prices of trucks. Scott Smith came out and greeted me and answered all my questions without any pressure to buy right now. It was a great experience and I would recommend anyone to go to Merit CDJR ASK for Scott so he can take care of you. When I am ready to buy I will definitely go see him. Also Scott even though we did not win always HOOK'EM HORNS!!!!

This team worked above and beyond to get the vehicle we wanted. We left with a 2023 Chrysler Pacifica. Great experience with the Service Department Supervisor who helped us set up our phone and navigation. Wiley Balthrop was our salesman.

The service department is absolutely outstanding! Brittney was very accommodating, professional and courteous. She and the service tech went above and beyond to get my Ram back up and on the road in 24 hours. If you're familiar with dealer services, you know that kind of turn around is unheard of these days. Just had one of the very best experiences at Merit of Duncan. All the employees were help throug the process. Every step was met with professionalism and courtesy. I have to mention two members of Merit especially, Salesman Mr. Scott Smith & and Manager Sean Riley. Without their expert assistance and guidance this would have not been as smooth and easy. These gentlemen are experts in the industry and they will be the next two that I approach on all future purchases. WAY TO GO MMERIT, AND THANK YOU AGAIN!!!!

Wiley Balthrop has been my salesman for a long, long time. He is very good at his job. He always looks for what I want, even though I am pretty picky. I would recommend him to anyone and I am sure they will be satisfied with his professionalism as well as his humor. My latest purchase was a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee and I am very happy with it.
