I have never been to a Chevy dealership that was so unprofessional which is saying something, since most car dealerships are the equivalent of Comcast customer service, unless you're there to buy. Went in to get a couple questions answered and to schedule some service for my car and truck. No one was at the service counter, not a huge deal when I was finally able to talk to someone has to get a quote she walked away to ask the parts department for a more accurate quote, after some more waiting around 10-15 minutes I walked around the corner and asked the lady where the service rep had gone, unenthusiastically (sorry to have interrupted whatever you were doing.) She told me she probably went to parts or the service center. So i went back to the service area stood around waited some more called two other Chevy dealerships out of the area and scheduled service for my vehicles with them. During most of the wait time I could hear someone playing Pokemon on the opposite side of the service counter. Great first impression and more than likely last.

Great dealership with great people! Loved working with Gene Brown and Wiley Balthrop. They made the process easy and enjoyable and sold my family a great quality vehicle. Very honest and upfront. Will definitely be giving them more business in the future for all our vehicle needs!

Customer service at the Service Center was exceptional. Was warmly greeted at the Service Desk when I made my first appt. for the servicing of my vehicle with a follow-up informative phone call telling me what parts needed ordered for the repair, with cost estimate. Received another wonderful phone call when it was finished and ready for pick-up. I have two vehicles being serviced by Merit, this one being a Chevy Sonic and the other a Jeep Grand Cherokee.Highly satisfied with the exceptional customer service and excellent work.

Started the service at appointment time. Completed oil change, tire rotation and a recall inspection of the a rear seat shoulder strap buckle and added an elastic strap to insure the buckle doesn't fall between the seats. Estimated time for the service was 2 hours and they completed the service in 1.5 hours. Excellent service.

I just want everybody to know that my sale's person was Rick Myers.. I had the most amazing experience ever buying a new vehicle with this guy. Everything went so smooth in the way we wanted it and it didn't take us all day. I highly rate this place at 11 out of 1-10, I am definitely glad I did not return to Lawton. If you need a Dodge dealership it's worth the drive to Duncan. I love my Rango. And I'm so happy with my new dealership

I'm so excited once again to be shopping at Merit Auto Group. I have bought 4 or more cars from Wiley Baltrop the service again is excellent. Update: I got a phone call this morning from the General Sales Manager, he apologized for everything that happened with the person who wasn't communicating professionally with me the day I had called to ask questions. Though the first guy we talked to was unprofessional about his responses with me Mr Scott helped me with questions I had & communicated professionally with me about everything. We infact will be back in the near future for more vehicles (6 kids) thank you Scott for reaching out & talking to me.So we go up and purchase a vehicle from this place they mess up on the paperwork and it's my fault my payment goes up and they don't tell you about it going up and I don't get my gap that I originally got just letting everyone know they don't care about theit customers they care about getting paid that's it when you call and your upset or mad about it they say your not gonna talk to me like that and hang up yall mess up you should have to listen to you customers be pissed not be big babies and hang up don't go here whatever you do they will just screw you and go on about their day

I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation, I got the oil change and no tire rotation and they come out showing me 2 filters that they said needed to be changed but how do I know that they even came out of my truck, where my truck is driven there is no way those filters looked that bad, it very happy about the whole experience

I won't be back have traded since 1996 when it was Battison, then Byford and stayed for my repairs with Merit. Rosa at the Chevrolet dealership has the worse customer service and spoke to different levels of management, with nothing be resolved. Got my truck back in worse shape then it was in to begin with. I have even sent an email to a young lady in Chickasha with the same dealership with no response to this day.

Friendly atmosphere, Wiley Balthrop and Bobby Armstrong were both very helpful and knowledgeable ensuring that we got the best deal and more bang for our bucks. I would recommend Merit auto group of Duncan and both wiley& bobby .I'm loving my Ram 1500 Big Horn.

I had made an appointment with Jerry Firm and, as I drove up, he was there to greet us as we left my truck. We immediately started looking at their inventory of the trucks that I said that I was interested in. Unfortunately, their inventory did not match my needs. BUT, Jerry came back with an offer on a truck that I thought was out of my price range. It was a lot more truck than I thought that I thought that I could afford. I was very surprised and, after a bit of private conversation, my wife and I agreed that this was our truck. Jerry, our sales rep, Mark, in finance, and Sean, the manager, all treated us like we were their top priority.

Brought vehicle in several times since January. Never told Brakes/ Rotors needed attention. Just got it back a few weeks ago and had to take it back in due to grinding noises in tires. Back brakes so bad the Rotors required replacement (not show on any prior inspection forms) and all brakes needed replaced. Why this was not brought up sooner with how many times it has been there this year is frustrating. And then to charge $100 to tell us this and want $1,000+ to have the service complete when parts are only $400 and takes less than 2 hours is absurd as well. Not thrilled with service at this time.

I took my 2020 GMC 2500HD Denali into the service dept for a service 4wd message. Once they looked at it, they informed me that the wiring harness pigtail at the front differential actuator was damaged. Two of the four wires were broke. They also informed me that my warranty on the $85k truck I have wouldn t cover it because of the leveling kit. They said the leveling kit cause the wires to stretch. They offered to fix it for $389 but I had to wait a week for the parts. If they had any idea how the trucks they sold work and the difference between a leveling kit and a lift kit they would know that a leveling kit like the one on my truck does not drop the differential. So there s zero possibility of the leveling kit causing the damage. Then they charge me $89 for the diagnostic fee and sent me on my way. It s just sad, they never even contacted the GM warranty department. They just assumed and I got the short end of that assumption. Maybe in the future they will educate their service writers and maybe take better care of their customers. Thanks for nothing Merit.

I went in to get a oil change and I usually do my own but after such a good experience and such a good job done I will be returning to do everyone of my oil changes and Rosa diaz was very helpful guiding me in my the right directions and getting everything done in a convenient time
