Justin and Billy and everyone at this shop went above and beyond to help me when I was stranded due to a dumb mistake on my part.I am very grateful for their kindness and customer service. They got me and my dogs and trailer safely back on the road. Much appreciated and I will definitely recommend them to friends.

Nice enough people, though after spending over a grand and being without my vehicle for three weeks I finally had to fix the issue myself after watching Youtube and buying a 15$ part.

Broke down near on the highway with an 08 Jeep Grand Cherokee diesel, wife, 2 dogs (anti-social ones) and a 20ft trailer in tow... These gentlemen were able to quickly identify what was wrong, and worked with me to get everyone and everything towed home for me. (Fyi, mobile mechanic diagnostics now verified. Culprit identified as a small 8mm wrench presumably left in the engine compartment by a previous owner!)

These are fantastic mechanics! They can fix anything. They performed a very technical and arduous engine swap and I'm very happy with their work. Additionally the customer service was fantastic, something that is very difficult to find these days. Thanks a bunch J.D. Mechanic Services!

Called this shop to work on my truck, it had bad wheel seal, they fixed it and my driver picked it up the following morning, I paid them , and no later than 50 miles we had a worse leak than when we took the truck to them, we had to call them back , they went to take a look at their mess, got everything apart and then abandoned the job, they got mad because I wanted to bring my own parts (I thought I was saving them a trip to the city) now I m coming from DFW to fix what they messed up, what it looks like happened, according to 2 different mechanics i trust is that they did not lube/grease the bearing prior putting it back causing it to burn them up, JD mechanic said that my truck had previous damage and still went a head and put it back together. I should had taken it to Hines, Stay away from these guys, they might have cheaper rates than Hines but now it s costing me more than double to get it fixed right. New hub, bearings, seal, gear oil, plus traveling from dfw to get it fixed
