Everything was great after I took my tractor in for winter service, had them add a new battery. Have to jump-start it. Called and they said we'll just change out the battery. Reason for low review is because when I took the "NEW" battery out, I still had my original battery. I've been charged for a new battery and labor.

Awesome place and service I ve bought a tractor mower and UTV from them. They always do great service and warranty work. Staff is outstanding!

Over all, this place is just one amazing place to work with! The service department is very knowledgeable and very responsive to getting parts that are needed in a timely manner. The sales staff knows their product and is always more than welcome to answer any questions. With four locations across Oklahoma, if they do not have what you need here they know where to get it very quickly. They have a service truck that is always available to come to your equipment in the field. They do their best to limit downtime and take care of customers. Like I said overall just an amazing dealership. Stop in and see what they can do for you!

I dealt with "Josh" on a mower purchase. I could not be happier with his knowledge, HONESTY, and patience in answering all of my questions. He gave me a "warts and all" detailed description of the product I was inquiring about. How refreshing to find someone informed and knowledgeable about the product he was selling, and willing to take the time to walk me through the features/benefits/positives AND negatives of the product!

The guys here are knowledgeable and helpful. Jared and Josh in sales are busy but on top of everything and are prompt in their responses and were able to push the sale through in a timely manner. Great to deal with!

The folks here are good to deal with for the most part. We've bought and rented equipment from them. The con is that we've taken in 3 applications for a rental credit line and they have not managed to get it done. Other than that, good place to go for good equipment!

I obtained a quote at the Kubota Mahindra dealer, (trencher rental) and hope the stand in computer operator received, as our property was aflood.Hopefully also that my husband got help for the big problem by a small intestine. (My attempt at humor is a personal intervention.) The sewer was the problem. Ha!Thanks guys for the great strong hot coffee. I desperately needed it, and was agape for days. Only 4 star, as I did not buy; but all looks good.Tap my name above with your finger, and see what else we others should be about.

The sales staff worked with me and answered all of my questions. Even went the extra mile to get my tractor ready early. I highly recommend great plains. I will be buying all my equipment from them.

Our kubota lawn mower only has 20 hrs on it and quit and when we took it in to get fixed they're saying it cost $ 200. Now they don't want to honor the warranty oh!! But when we bought it they said they had the best warranty shouldn't have to pay to fix a new lawnmower. When I went to pick it up I had to go get it myself and load it up on my trailer myself no help from anyone and I'm handicap. Have taken it back 2 times and still not running right pops and backfires they can't fix it and they have don't care attitude about it we are going to take it to Okc hope we are treated better there

I was there to rent some equipment and they helped me figure out what I needed. I did not want to admit I had no idea what I needed. It was a great experience and when I am ready to buy I know where I will be going.
