Quoted me 130 plus tax for transmission flush total. Then after service was done,they charged me for a "trans kit", charged me for "transmission fluid",even though the transmission fluid is included with the flush! After being quoted for 130 for eveything,total payment was $260! So whoever needs a trans flush better think twice about going here.

They said they new how to do transmission servicing for cars with no dip stick. Towed to them after a friend let a little transmission fluid out accidently because they said they had knowledge of adding some back.. Towed home to my normal mechanic for a radiator. Drove once after new radiator was put on to a store and all transmission fluid fell out because they (Erics Auto)didn't tighten plug..

Dave and the guys took care of me and worked me into a busy couple of days. They got my ac blowing cold again on one of the hottest days of the year so far. Price was reasonable and the results were great.

They go above and beyond with their services. Took my car to them for low tire pressure and had a nail stuck in my tire they stayed open after hours to fix my tire. Friendly service. I took my car in had an oil change received prompt professional services. If it needed something other than the things covered in the oil change, I was asked and quoted prices without being pressured to purchase it.Allmy fluids were checked and topped off. Eric's total car care my 1st time here the employees and gentlemen were real nice they make sure your comfortable while you waiting to get your car fixed they do a thorough check and make sure you're comfortable while you wait this is a great place definitely 5 star fror me

I was referred to Erik's from the mechanics at the local Ford dealership for having my old Chevrolet truck worked on (I was not impressed with the work from the local Chevrolet dealer nor the price for it). Also a major Corporation maintains their fleet through Erik's. I have had both my car and truck maintained by Erik's for three years and they have done great work for me at reasonable prices.

We had diagnostics run on our Diesel pickup and after 8 hours they still could not tell us what was wrong with it or how to fix it. They charged us $180 for nothing. The next day had to have diagnostics run again and they fixed it. Not too happy about paying for nothing.

Don't know whether to sue or not, had my 2010 Chevy Z71 pickup serviced after 100,000 miles getting the Transmission Filter & Fluid changed. Had 13% left on my Engine Oil left & my Truck started Tapping, always kept my Truck serviced. Took Pickup to another Car Care place in Lawton ASAP. Found out most of my oil was missing, no leaks, no burning oil, but missing oil. Had the Transmission fluid checked as well, it was tan, not the bright pink like it should have been. Now I doubt my Transmission Filter / fluid was actually changed & someone drained most of engine oil out. I spent a lot of money keeping my pickup maintained. I will seek a refund for a job not completed & any damage done to my motor.

The staff is always up beat and friendly. Have had many oil changes with them and have had some minor engine stuff. Highly recommend them for your vehicle needs.

the professional service and curtiouse attitude was really refreshing they took the time to answer all the questions and explain what they had done with my vehicle. they stood behind thier work and was very reasonable on the cost
