Trying to get service, but the online system "can't find my (in town, 60-year-old house) address." Spent three days hearing "Due to longer than expected wait times, please try your call again later." Finally got an appointment set and they had the nerve to ask me to pay extra to get service sooner. Then they don't actually show up on the day they promise to show up. But do they at least remove the extra charge from the bill? Ha, you're joking, right?When you're the only game in town, who needs customer service?

Does not show up to the appoints they set. No calls no notifications, just sit there and wait and they may show up! I have set my third appointment with them, they said there was no one home, I was there waiting on the first one, my roommate was waiting on the second one, I guess this third one we will both be there waiting! Having to spend almost an hour on hold each time waiting for customer service to answer. This is why I will never sign up for auto-pay! They want money without the services they promise.

I applied for utility assistance and was approved but when the assistance place called to pay my bill for me they were told there was nothing due, that was on August 15th, then i got a notification 3 days later that i had a bill with a past due amount due immediately. Now my gas is off so me nor my kids can shower or wash clothes for school. when i look at my account online, it says now i have to pay the past due plus a $75 deposit & $20 reconnect fee just to get it reconnected. How is this my fault?? I fullfilled my obligation of getting it paid but they refused my payment from the community assistance program and now want to tack on all kinds of extras????? This is not right!!!!!!! negitive 100 stars

This place deserves negative stars. They NEVER call before they arrive then when they miss you by 5 minutes they try to charge a $35 same day service fee when they are right down the road. Absolute trash. They also make it difficult for anyone needing to get their services started because they only run Monday through Friday. Which s means I d have to take a day off of work for them to MAYBE show up and turn it on.

If I could give this company zero stars I would. Can t get ahold of anyone without sitting on hold for an hour. They send out an email saying a tech is there , and I am outside and no one is here . They went to the wrong address and when I called back, they told me I had to pay 35.99 to get the services done today, since there is no way for them to verify that is what actually happen. So I told the supervisor if you can t verify what actually happened, why are you charging your customer for something you just said a tech can t verify with you . No response other than if you want we can bill that 35.99 and send a tech out today. Worst freaking company I ve ever had to deal with !!

Been waiting since June for someone to come out and check on moving the meter closer to the house, so the line can be repaired! Was given the impression that new builds and move-ins are more important than restoring service to senior citizens! NO stars for them!

I was a customer-to-be with a question about my gas lines on a property I recently bought. I called you today needing to talk with a real person, and you refused to let me hold for a representative. It was before 11am and the estimated wait time was 9 minutes...

I just moved into Lawton. I have been trying to get someone to come out and turn the gas on for a week so that I can have my house heated. I have talked to a representative once about this and they said someone would be out the next day. I have tried to call back and can never get a representative to answer the phone.

It s impossible to get ahold of anyone over the phone. They will have you on hold for an hour each time. We ve been trying for two days to get our gas turned on with no luck.

I would give zero if possible. The worst customer service I have ever received their technician messed up and I was forced to pay a fee to get my gas turned on. All customer service reps were very rude and seemed like they did not know what was going on the entire conversation. I was also on the phone for an hour and a half trying to get my gas turn on scheduled.

No help, put you on hold for 20 minutes and will only talk to you for 1 minute without doing anything for you and hangs up immediately. No hot water for me
