I have purchased many vehicles online, from the east to west coast and Michigan to Houston. Most were good deals and a couple not so good. With that said I am always a bit skeptical about purchasing an expensive vehicle with only pictures and the seller to get the best description from. I have to say I had a great experience with this establishment. I messaged Donny Laferr about a Navigator they had for sale, and he got back to me right away even though it was after hours. I called him the next day and asked him numerous questions about said vehicle, does this work or that work, any dents or scratchs? We went back and forth all day with me asking more questions and for more photos and Donny was on it. I was shopping for just the right Navigator and had been blown off by salesmen saying I'll get that back to you in 15 minutes then it would be hours later, or the next day before they got back to me. Not Donny, he did what he said he would do and answered everything I wanted without question. I told Donny I was having a hard time trying to figure out a way to get from Kansas to Duncan as I am a caretaker for my wife. He said give him a few minutes and he'd call me back. He called right back and offered to deliver the Lincoln to me for free. Thats attention beyond expectations. I asked him if this was a vehicle he would sell to his mother and he said it was, that he loved his mother very much and that this vehicle was one of the nicest he had seen. Man was he right on. They had my purchase to me in days. Best part was they drove it up, so that told me they were confidant in it. The man driving the Navigator and had the paperwork was friendly and did not rush me when I started looking it over. He showed me how some of the functions worked and was very knowledgeable about the truck. People, I was like a kid with a new puppy. You get the picture. The vehicle was perfect. Ok. With all that said. Donny Laferr is possibly the hardest working, most honest salesperson out I have ever worked with, and Billingsly Ford is lucky to have him. Billingsly is as far as I am concerned, an honest upstanding dealership that goes beyond to make you happy with your purchase. I got more than I expected when I had time to look it over and I hope you do too.

My mom and I found a car online, we went in after speaking with Donnie Leferr and the experience was amazing! He was great and efficient! Already recommended a few people that were looking for cars to use Billingsley in Duncan!! Awesome people! Quick and painless!!!

Between the service manager not knowing what's going on in his department and the service people in his department not telling truth even when it's not warranted I'm having my truck towed to Joe Cooper Ford out of Shawnee. They should shut down the service dep. If they can not quit lieing to people. Just tell me the truth. And I'm fine with that I just need to understand what's going on with my truck

Heater stopped working. Picked the car up after the appointment and the heater works but onky blows hot air. Also took everything out of the glove box to leave it all over the floor and one of our mats doesn t look like it matches the other car mats. And left wires hanging out. $1,000 for us to have to go somewhere else to fix a new problem now.

Been having delays in canceling my Ford Premium Protect warranty, started in October 2023, finally Ford Protect warranty customer service sent me a cancelation letter in November 2023, So far, no answers from Mike Garza or Fernando Silva at Billingsley Ford in Duncan as to why money has not been refunded to lienholder which is Endurance CREDIT Union in Duncan to my account. I am a disabled Vietnam wartime veteran, coming from OKC VA, I thought It would be a good purchase, I Thought I would be treated with respect when I informed them I needed to cancel, told I must bring vehicle to them to read ODOMETER, I live in Wichita Falls Texas. I was able to go to a Truck shop and have a letter written for that odometer reading, when I asked Fernando Silva do they have other means to read odometer, he chuckled and said I was out of luck, he had no other protocol except to come there. Trying to lower my payoff price on the truck, to sell, due to a family medical emergency situation financially, they do not care. I asked what would happen had I was living hundred of miles away, he said that would be my problem. My VFW Friends will find this interesting that Vets are treated this way. Calls, emails, no response.

We had a great experience with salesperson Shaun. He was friendly and courteous and someone I would recommend to others looking to make a purchase. However, I found the finance part of the day uncomfortable and off putting. We were treated like we were poor (we re not, but if we were, it s still wrong). The finance guy shrugged and said our credit score was okay when we asked what came up for him (we know what our score is; it s well above average). He talked down to us the whole time, licked his fingers to turn pages constantly, then made us use the computer mouse (that his spitty fingers were on) to e-sign some of the forms. The first half of our experience was great; the second half will keep me from returning to this location.

Lincoln, Billingsley has promoted service after purchase. Including loaner when Lincoln is be serviced, seems that isn't true any more, reason no loaners available.And now starting 2024 Lincoln vehicles will be made in China. I have been long time Lincoln owner, may need to start shopping another make & model SUV.

The vehicle was secured promptly with the scheduled appointment time. Everything that was asked to be completed was done plus new windshield wiper blades. In the service department, everyone was very cordial.

I bought a used Toyota Prius here a couple of weeks ago, and Dewayne was one of the best salesmen I ve ever worked with. There was no pressure at all, and he answered all of my questions about the car honestly he didn t dance around things that might have kept me from buying, which was refreshing. When we got to the dealership to test drive, he was attentive and helpful.The buying process itself was quick and painless. I d buy from these guys again in a heartbeat.

Bought a used 2019 F150 with 85,000 miles back in February. I was from out of state and these guys were generous enough to pick me up at tye airport which was great. Previous to the trip The salesman answered most of my questions and I believed I was getting a good deal.Fast forward 5000 miles and doing my first service on this truck and ran into some major issues. The motor is burning 1.5qts of oil per 1000 miles(not good). I took the truck to my dealership to get it looked at under warranty, and long story short it needs a new engine.I called up Billingsley spoke with my original salesman and he was apologetic but didn't seem like their was anything they could do even though they sold me a truck with a bad engine. Before I bought the truck I asked about the previous owner and they said they didn't know who it was. Come to find out the owner was on the title and it was used in the oil fields. That would have been a major red flag as I know those vehicles get used and abused. Secondly they shotgunned my credit which didn't give me a reasonable interest rate.A few weeks went by and I hadn't heard back from the salesman about my truck so I decided to call the GM myself. This was the first he heard of it and pretty much told me that it is what it is and after the warranty would "would gladly buy the truck back, but not what I paid for it." This is extremely disappointing as I trusted that I was getting a reliable dependable vehicle when I paid for it.So two stars for helping me with the out of state purchase but not standing behind a vehicle you sell is poor business.

This purchase was our second vehicle from Billingsley Ford in Duncan. They have been easy to work with and have not tried to tack on any fees, so we have paid MSRP - unlike so many other dealerships try to do these days. Donny LeFerr was our salesman and was very professional, courteous, and expeditious. I would happily work with him again in the future.

Service was efficient and courteous. Communications with service personnel were timely. Only a couple of issues that could have been improved.1. Black scuff marks on floor from service personel entering/exiting vehicle.2. Was quoted $20.00 for tire rotation on telephone prior to service. Actual charge was $29.95 when I picked up vehicle.Nothing serious enough for me to consider going elsewhere, just a bit more attention to detail required.

Awesome! I had a window that was stuck and needed locked in the up position until repairs could be made. I had went to two different glass companies and a body shop with no luck. I also went to another Ford Dealership that told me it would be half a day just to break apart the door. Billingsley Duncan not only saw me but had me on my way in 15 minutes with window up and parts ordered. Enough said!

I would not recommend this dealership. When I arrived for delivery of my ordered vehicle there were items missing that I had on my order sheet. The sales manager had left early so I returned the next day. I was met with the statement that I had had a phone conversation with my salesman ( who conveniently doesn t work there anymore) and changed my order. Why would I risk putting the order back in queue when I had already waited 18 months since the order date? I believe they wanted me to refuse the vehicle so it could be sold from the lot with a large mark up!! Not today!!!!

My salesman, Donny LaFerr, was great. He was very patient with me, as I called and texted him a lot during the year it took to get my vehicle. While it was took a very long time to get my Maverick, the buying process went seamlessly and I am very happy with my experience with Billingsley Ford.

The service is good but they did not reset the tire sensors that were showing low pressure. They forgot to even air the tires up until on the way out. All after bringing me the wrong vehicle totally to start with.

I am a New Yorker that arrived at this Dealership to purchase a 2022 F150 XLT. Very easy deal. No pressure to buy! Made me feel like I was the only person there (I wasn t). Being a female, care salesman tend to (my past experience) underestimate females. Kris did the exact opposite! Would recommend to anyone in the market for a vehicle

Marty in the body shop provided exceptional customer service(and I have very high standards!) and the whole experience was wonderful! Excellent communication and flexibility! We loved getting our van back from them; we could tell it had been loved on! We ll be shopping here come time for a new vehicle just after witnessing the first class service! Great experience all around. Never thought I'd say that about a car purchase. Donny Laferr was a great sales consultant, very knowledgeable and NO pressure. Very happy with trade in and price. Larry Beam was very helpful with Tech instruction. I highly recommend Billingsley Ford of Duncan.
