Let me share with you about this company.. the owner Will Buckholts hands down has the best customer service I ve ever experienced!! It s typically an awful experience when your vehicle is towed.. they don t care about you or your vehicle .. it s typically all about money. Not this company.. I can assure you that s not the case when dealing with this company!! My ice cream truck was towed not 5 hours after picking up a thousand dollars worth of ice cream inventory!! I was so worried I was going to loose it all.. everyone told me, I don t care what he said..they are NOT going to plug your truck in for you .. you will show up Monday to get it with melted ice cream. LET ME TELL YOU when I picked it up he had in plugged in.. I lost zero inventory! Not to mention I told him to help himself to whatever ice cream he wanted. If he kept me from loosing all my inventory he was welcome to anything he wanted.. when I got my van back in the middle console there was a note that said thank you for the ice cream with $17 attached!! He didn t have to do that! His heart is genuine! This company will go above and beyond to make sure their customer is 100% satisfied! Thank you Best Towing and Recovery!!Service: Vehicle wrecking

Last night for some reason, our car act up along the road so we pulled over on the road side. I have my family with me in the car. I was starting to call our car insurance when my daughter said here they are. I said what do you mean? I haven't called anybody yet. I look back and theres a big tow truck slowing down to check on us. We met Will and he talked to us a little bit and left his business card. When I got ahold of our car insurance, they told me that they referred us to a nearby towing and guess who? Yes! Best Towing!We are really thankful that Will was there, we were able to secure our car to our mechanic.Great customer service, honest and accomodating, available 24/7! Thank you very much, Will!

Great service! I scheduled a pick-up with them and the driver was on time and fully prepared to tow my vehicle. Knowledgeable drivers and trustworthy as well. The driver dropped my vehicle off at O'Neills for service and not only did he update me on the trip but also sent an acknowledgement that the vehicle arrived as requested. I will definitely use again in the future as my go to tow service.

My car was impounded and finally I found it here. The man I spoke with I believe the owner was most helpful with getting the required paperwork from the sheriff. He was understanding about things I needed from my car. Was expecting the same mentality as I received from Stephens County Sheriff s office but was pleasantly surprised.Update: 8/14/2019. When I was finally allowed to access my vehicle to retrieve the required paperwork to prove ownership and proof of insurance, my wallet was inside the center console where I had left it. Nothing had been touched and I had almost $200 in cash simply laying in the console. I was absolutely shocked as there would have been no way to prove I left cash in my car. I m sure people often claim there was something valuable that is now gone, but I d bet rarely are people thanked for being so honest. Will, you and your staff are absolutely wonderful and I appreciate your company towing my car. I hope this NEVER happens again, but this towing company made an unbearable situation almost ok. Thanks again

I have had the unfortunate experience of having to tow my vehicles a handful of times, using best towing was by far my best experience. Keep up the good work Will!

The best people I've ever dealt with! If you are around Duncan, these are the folks to call. Only $50 for a tire change. We had a front tire blowout and our jack wouldn't fit. They also brought a personal car to transport us. Awesome people!

The service they provided was fantastic.I called right after i got home after attempting to tow it myself, changed into some pajamas and started eating a bowl of noodles after the call , and they were already at my door before i could put a dent in my food.Everything was clean and quick and I was treated very well. After a long day ending with a broken-down car, the service was refreshing. Very friendly and professional business. I really appreciate everything. Thank you.I truly recommend this tow service to anyone.

Amazing service and very knowledgeable people! I blew the motor up in my truck on my way home from Lawton and he immediately picked up the phone and headed my way! He was there with in 30 mins and got loaded up very fast and professionally! Best service I ve ever had from a tow company!

Kaleb was amazing! It is very stressful when your car won't start or run And has flat tires and vandalism, he was very compassionate and personable, and the owner (forgot his name) was also a very pleasant person to deal with! Would recommend to anyone!!!

Will is truly the best in town! He is kind, punctual, professional, and you will get the best bang for your buck! He will take care of your vehicle, you never have to worry about anything being messed with or going missing. I wouldn t use anyone else!

Checked out a car to buy but they didn't even have a battery in it to start it up. And they didn't know anything about the car, weather it was even good or not. Was a bummer to go and check it out.
